Advanced ventilator vane structure
An advanced ventilator vane structure comprises multiple vanes set equidistantly on the same surface of the center of a base. The tortuosity of each vane is like S-type shape and its free end is an arc fringe. This special shape of the vanes could reduce the wind resistance and the turbulence, as well as the noise caused by resonance. This invention achieves the purpose of improving the economic efficiency via enhancing wind-force by increasing the rotary power and the speed of the vane.
1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to an advanced ventilator vane structure which can improve the prior fan deficiency of resonance noise caused by wind resistance and turbulence.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A prior fan 1, shown as
Furthermore, a back-style prior fan 2, shown as
Therefore, considering of the defects and the inconvenience of the prior fans 1, 2 mentioned as above, this invention is created to increase the value and the range of substantial utility by inventor's professional knowledge and spirit of pursuing innovation and perfecting.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThis invention provides an advanced ventilator vane structure which comprises multiple vanes set on a base at the same direction of shaft. The vane is like S-type bending shape with an arc fringe for reducing the wind resistance and turbulence, as well as the noise caused by resonance. It can increase the rotary power and the speed of the vane, as well as enhance the wind-force.
This mentioned ventilator vane structure could be applied on a blower, an exhauster or an air conditioner.
The principal object of this invention is to reduce the resonance noise, the wind resistance and turbulence by designing the vane shape as S-type arc or curve to accomplish the requirements of enhancing the wind force by increasing the rotary power and the rotary speed of vane. This invention improves the economic benefits of the economic efficiency and utility.
