Advanced ventilator vane structure

An advanced ventilator vane structure comprises multiple vanes set equidistantly on the same surface of the center of a base. The tortuosity of each vane is like S-type shape and its free end is an arc fringe. This special shape of the vanes could reduce the wind resistance and the turbulence, as well as the noise caused by resonance. This invention achieves the purpose of improving the economic efficiency via enhancing wind-force by increasing the rotary power and the speed of the vane.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to an advanced ventilator vane structure which can improve the prior fan deficiency of resonance noise caused by wind resistance and turbulence.

2. Description of the Prior Art

A prior fan 1, shown as FIG. 1, comprises a body 11 with some blades 12 set on the periphery surface of the body 11 equidistantly. Although this kind of fan structure can increase the wind-force, it is very easy to induce resonance noise due to the wind resistance and the turbulence. This will cause the noise pollution and reduce the economic efficiency.

Furthermore, a back-style prior fan 2, shown as FIG. 2, comprises a body 21 with some blade 22 of a little curved shape. This design can produce a little better wind-force and could reduce a little turbulence, but it meets the same resonance noise problem caused by the wind resistance and the turbulence as the prior fan 1. It happens just because that the blade arc is not enough curved, there are no wind resistance and the turbulence reduction is not enough. So the prior fan 2 still produces the noise pollution which reduces its economic efficiency.

Therefore, considering of the defects and the inconvenience of the prior fans 1, 2 mentioned as above, this invention is created to increase the value and the range of substantial utility by inventor's professional knowledge and spirit of pursuing innovation and perfecting.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This invention provides an advanced ventilator vane structure which comprises multiple vanes set on a base at the same direction of shaft. The vane is like S-type bending shape with an arc fringe for reducing the wind resistance and turbulence, as well as the noise caused by resonance. It can increase the rotary power and the speed of the vane, as well as enhance the wind-force.

This mentioned ventilator vane structure could be applied on a blower, an exhauster or an air conditioner.

The principal object of this invention is to reduce the resonance noise, the wind resistance and turbulence by designing the vane shape as S-type arc or curve to accomplish the requirements of enhancing the wind force by increasing the rotary power and the rotary speed of vane. This invention improves the economic benefits of the economic efficiency and utility.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

This invention comprises a ventilator 3 and a motor 4.

Referring to the FIG. 3, a ventilator 3 comprises a base 31 with some vanes 32. One end of each vane 32 is set equidistantly on the same surface of the center of the base 31. And the tortuosity of each vane 32 is as S-type shape and the fringe 321 of each vane 32 is arc shape. As the vanes 32 are rotating, the wind resistance and the turbulence are much lower then ever and the noise cased by resonance is reduction. So it increases the rotary power and the speed of the vane 32 to enhance the produced wind force.

Referring to the FIGS. 4 and 5, the preferred embodiment of this invention is that a spindle 41 set on a motor 4 is joined with a shaft 311 set on the center of the base 31. As the motor 4 drives the vanes 32, the spin-in air flow is fanned out along with the vanes 32. Because the tortuosity on the wind entrance of the vane 32 forms a like S-type shape section and an arc fringe 321, the backside of the vane 32 can reduce the wind resistance and turbulence. Furthermore, because the vanes 32 with a like S-type shape and with an arc fringe 321 can intersect the spin-in air flow with a small angle, it reduces the operating noise caused by the vane 32 rotation. It not only gets the maximum spin-in blowing rate through the high rotary power of the vanes 32, but also concentrates and fanned out all the effective wind. So this invention achieves the best effect of blowing and exhausting wind.

Referring to the FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, the ventilator 3 of this invention can be apply on a blower 6, an exhauster 7 or an air conditioner 8 to operate.

Obviously the invention is susceptible to changes or alternations without defeating its practicability. Therefore, the preferred embodiment shown in the drawings and described herein is not confined.
