Safety lighter
A safety lighter comprises a main body having a sealed pressurized storage chamber for storing fuel for supplying the fuel; a fuel spraying head protrudes from the pressurized storage chamber for opening and closing the pressurized storage chamber; wherein in a first position of the fuel spraying head, the pressurized storage chamber is opened for spraying fuel; when in a second position of the fuel spraying head, the pressurized storage chamber is closed; a fuel supply device installed in the main body; the fuel supply device being capable of inserting into the pressurized storage chamber; a manual igniter installed aside a spraying head of the fuel supply device; and a far end control device installed at or near a bottom of the main body; for controlling the position of the fuel spraying head so as to open or close the fuel supply device.
The present invention relates to safety lighters, and in particular to a safety lighter, wherein a safety structure is used so that the user only needs to press the far end control device at the bottom end by one finger. The thumb serves to ignite the igniter. Thereby a baby or children cannot push the far end control device to ignite. Thereby the danger of firing lighter by children can be avoided.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONLighter is widely used. Almost every home has one or two lighters. In general, the lighters are placed anywhere. They are easily taken by children. If the lighter is operated by mistake, a fire accident will occur so as to make the lose of asset or people will be hurt. Since the structure is complicated, cost is high and thus, the price is expensive, moreover, it is not ergonomic, the users will feel inconvenient in use. Thereby the conventional lighter is necessary to be improved.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAccordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a safety lighter, wherein a safety structure is used so that the user only needs to press the far end control device at the bottom end by one finger. The thumb serves to ignite the igniter. Thereby a baby or children cannot push the far end control device to ignite. Thereby the danger of firing lighter by children can be avoided.
To achieve above object, the present invention provides a safety lighter which comprises a main body having a sealed pressurized storage chamber for storing fuel for supplying the fuel; a fuel spraying head protrudes from the pressurized storage chamber for opening and closing the pressurized storage chamber; wherein in a first position of the fuel spraying head, the pressurized storage chamber is opened for spraying fuel; when in a second position of the fuel spraying head, the pressurized storage chamber is closed; a fuel supply device installed in the main body; the fuel supply device being capable of inserting into the pressurized storage chamber; a manual igniter installed aside a spraying head of the fuel supply device; and a far end control device installed at or near a bottom of the main body; for controlling the position of the fuel spraying head so as to open or close the fuel supply device. As the igniter is not used, the fuel spraying head is placed in the second position and the fuel supply device is closed; in ignition, the igniter serves to apply a force to the far end control device to control the fuel spraying head to opening the fuel supply device.
The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
Referring to
A main body 1 of the lighter has a sealed pressurized storage chamber 11 for storing fuel 10 for supplying to the lighter.
A fuel spraying head 21 protrudes from the pressurized storage chamber 11 for opening and closing the pressurized storage chamber 11. In position A of the fuel spraying head 21, the pressurized storage chamber 11 is opened for spraying fuel 10, see
A fuel supply device 2 is installed in the main body 1. The fuel supply device 2 is capable of inserting into the pressurized storage chamber 11.
A manual igniter 3 is installed aside a spraying head 21 of the fuel supply device 2.
A far end control device 4 is installed at or near a bottom of the main body 1. The far end control device 4 serves to control the position of the fuel spraying head 21 so as to open or close the fuel supply device 2.
As shown in
Besides, in the present invention, it is preferable that the fuel 10 is liquid gas.
As shown in
In the present invention, the igniter 3 further comprises an electronic ignition device.
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, the far end control device 4 of the present invention further comprises a press unit 41 and a driven unit 42.
As shown in
With reference to
Furthermore, the main body 1 further comprises a mask 13 for protection the far end control device 4.
With reference to
The elastic element 5 may be installed between the bottom of the main body 1 and the far end control device 4, as shown in
Referring to
As illustrated above, in the present invention, a safety structure is used so that the user only needs to press the far end control device 4 at the bottom end by one finger. The thumb serves to ignite the igniter 3, as shown in
The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
