DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, a sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a view illustrating assembly of a sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded view illustrating the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a view illustrating use of the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a coating part 1a of a sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention.

The sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a cap 1 and vessel 2, which are integrally formed with each other, and a coating part 1a formed at one end of the cap 1 to be accommodated in the vessel 2.

The sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention can be used to apply cosmetics, such as mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, lipstick, and the like, and can be distributed as a disposable test sample of cosmetics, which is disposed after a single use, by cosmetic manufactures, sellers, or the like.

The vessel 2 includes a vessel body 2a and a vessel thread 2b integrally formed with the vessel body 2a. The vessel body 2a has a cylindrical shape having a closed end and accommodates the coating part 1a of the cap 1, which will be described later. The vessel thread 2b is a female thread and is formed to the inner circumference of the other end of the vessel body 2a, which has a short cylindrical shape and has an expanded diameter. The vessel thread 2b is meshed with a cap thread 1b of the cap 1 described later.

The cap 1 includes a cap body 1d, the cap thread 1b, a support 1c, and a coating part 1a integrally connected by the cap body 1d by the cap thread 1b and the support 1c. The cap body 1d has a male thread that is formed on the one end of the cap body 1d having a decreased diameter and is meshed with the vessel thread 2b. The coating part 1a is integrally formed with the one end of the cap thread 1b by the rod-shaped support 1c.

Moreover, the coating part 1a, as shown in FIG. 1, may be a brush in which plural ring-shaped members of equal diameter are installed on the outer circumference of a rod-shaped member, a comb-shaped member in which teeth are installed in one side of the rod-shaped member, a member in which a paint brush is installed to its end, or a member for coat the cosmetics.

The coating part 1a is coated with the quantity of the cosmetics corresponding to a single or several applications in advance. For example, the coating part 1a is coated with one and half of the quantity of mascara-like cosmetic for use and is distributed to users by the manufactures, sellers, or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2, the one end of the vessel body 2a is inserted into and passes through the opening 1e of the cap body 1d such that the vessel body 2a is freely inserted into and separated from the cap body 1d. In other words, when a user wishes to test a cosmetic accommodated in the sample vessel, the user uses the sample vessel by inserting the one end of the vessel body 2a into the opening 1e of the cap body 1d. Therefore, the sample vessel according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is very convenient to use.

A sample vessel according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, further includes a detachable connector 3 installed between the coating part 1a of the cap 1 and the support 1c. The connector 3 may be a connector, in which a recess is formed at the side thereof and a protrusion formed at the other side thereof and inserted into the recess, or a structure mountable to and dissembled with the support 1c.

According to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the sample vessel further includes a funnel-shaped quantity adjuster 4 made of flexible material and formed inside the vessel body 2a of the vessel 2. In this embodiment, since the coating part 1a is coated with the quantity of the cosmetic corresponding to a single or several applications, for example, 5 to 6 applications, and only the quantity of mascara corresponding to a single application remains on the coating part 1a, the user can apply the cosmetic with the coating part 1a. Moreover, since the cap 1 is re-coupled with the vessel 2, the user can apply several times.

As described above, the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics includes an integrally formed cap and an integrally formed vessel, has minimal number of components, and can be cheaply distributed. Since the coating part is stained with the quantity of the cosmetic corresponding to a single or several applications, and in the preferred embodiments of the present invention, the coating part is coated with one and half times of the quantity of the cosmetic corresponding to a single application, the user apply the cosmetic once and disposes of the sample vessel after use. Moreover, since the sample vessel is elongated when the end of the vessel body inserted into the cap body passes through the opening of the cap body, it is convenient to use. Due to the detachable connector installed between coating part and the support, the coating part can be replaced with a different shaped coating part, such as a brush-shaped coating part, a comb-shaped coating part, a paint brush-shaped coating part, a sponge-like coating part, or the like, and is also applied to various cosmetics, such as mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, lipstick, or the like. In addition, since the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics of the present invention further includes the cosmetic quantity adjuster, the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics of the present invention can be utilized as a common vessel that can be used several times. Therefore, the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics of the present invention exhibits remarkable and meaningful effect and has a high utility.

Although conventional sample cosmetics, such as mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, lipstick, or the like, are distributed by opening the conventional sample cosmetics and coating the cosmetics at the manufacturer's or seller's shop, the sample vessel for mascara-like cosmetics of the present invention is distributed to users by coating the cosmetics in advance, and users take the sample vessels out and apply make-up at home. Therefore, users can conveniently and quietly test the cosmetics.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
