Stainless steel cabinet liner
A stainless steel cabinet liner fabricated to provide protection for the bottom of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The cabinet liner has three turned up edges with the front edge turned down for a secure fit in the bottom of the cabinetry. The cabinet liner comes in standardized sizes, allowing for pricing that fits the budget of the average homeowner.

BACKGROUND1. Description of Invention
This invention relates to the field of construction and home maintenance, specifically to the area of protection for the bottom of a kitchen or bathroom cabinet.
2. Description of Prior Art
All homes contain kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Over years of use, leaks and storage of household cleaners the bottom of these cabinets becomes damaged.
SUMMARY OF INVENTIONThe present invention is a rectangular piece of stainless steel with turned up edges fashioned in various lengths that are the standard sizes of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The liner slips into the cabinet lining the bottom to protect it from wear and tear, leaking from sinks and spills from items typically stored in kitchen or bathroom cabinets.
OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGESSeveral objects and advantages of the stainless steel cabinet liner described in the present invention are:
(a) To provide a durable surface for an area that is subject to moisture and spills.
(b) To provide a surface that is easy to keep clean.
(c) To provide removable liner for a typically dirty area.

1. Stainless Steel Cabinet Liner comprising:
- a flat piece of 26 to 20 gage brushed finish stainless steel fashioned in the shape of a rectangle;
- three edges of rectangle bent up 90 degrees with the front edge bent down 90 degrees.
2. The stainless steel cabinet liner as defined in claim 1 wherein the rectangle is 12″ long.
3. The stainless steel cabinet liner as defined in claim 1 wherein the rectangle is 15″ long.
4. The stainless steel cabinet liner as defined in claim 1 wherein the rectangle is 18″ long.
5. The stainless steel cabinet liner as defined in claim 1 wherein the rectangle is 21″ long.
