Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is a blower, especially a blower that can provide cool or heated air in all directions.

2. Description of the Prior Arts

The purpose of a blower is to make a local environment more comfortable by providing forced cool or heated air. A conventional blower has a fan to force out air and may have a heat source to heat air. With reference to FIG. 5, one kind of conventional blower is a stationary blower (60). With reference to FIG. 6, another kind of conventional blower is a pivotable blower (70) that has a reciprocating direction swing. However, both kinds of the conventional blowers (60, 70) can only force air in a limited arc of travel at best. Although the head of the pivotable blower (70) can pivot to force air to several directions, the pivotable blower (70) still cannot blow air to directions such as the back of its head. As well, the pivotable blower (70) can only blow air to a single direction at a time.

The invention is able to overcome the barriers of the stationary and pivotable conventional blowers by providing cool or heated air to all directions to mitigate or obviate the problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a cooling and heating blower that can blow air in all directions. The cooling and heating blower has a base, a meshed case, a motor assembly, a fan and a cover. The meshed case is mounted on the base and has a top opening. The motor assembly is mounted on the base and extends into the meshed case. The fan is located on and rotated by the motor assembly, which is mounted in the meshed case. The fan blows air to the top opening. The cover is mounted on the top opening of the meshed case and has a bottom bowl and a heat source. The bottom bowl is shaped to disperse the forced air from the fan to all directions. The heat source is mounted on the bottom bowl to heat the forced air.

Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanied drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIG. 1, a cooling and heating blower in accordance with the present invention comprises a base (10), a meshed case (20), a motor assembly (30), a fan (40) and a cover (50).

The base (10) has multiple switches (11) and a power supply means. The switches (11) are formed on the base (10). The power supply means is mounted on the base (10) and electrically connects to the switches. (11) Batteries or a plug (12) may be used to generate power.

With further reference to FIG. 2, the meshed case (20) is hollow, is mounted on the base (10) and has a top opening, a bottom opening, an annular top edge and multiple optional fastening holes (21) formed through the annular top edge.

The motor assembly (30) is mounted in the base (10), extends into the bottom opening of the meshed case (20) and is electrically connects to the switches (11). The switches (11) control the transmission of the motor assembly (30).

The fan (40) is mounted on the motor assembly (30) in the meshed case (20) and is rotated by the motor assembly (30) to blow air to the top opening of the meshed case (20).

With further reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, the cover (50) may be hollow, is mounted on the top opening of the meshed case (20) and has an edge, a top bowl (51), a bottom bowl (52), a heat source (53), multiple optional case fasteners (54), multiple optional heat source fasteners (55) and an optional head (56). The bottom bowl (52) is attached to the top bowl (51). The heat source (53) is attached to the bottom bowl (52) and electrically connects to the switches (11). The switches (11) turn the heat source on or off (53) to start heating or stop heating air. The case fasteners (54) are attached to the edge of the cover (50) and extend through the fastening holes (21) in the meshed case (20) to mount the cover (50) on the top opening of the meshed case (20). The heat source fasteners (55) extend through the heat source (53) and the bottom bowl (52) to mount the heat source (53) located on the bottom bowl (52). The head (56) is formed on the top bowl (51).

The advantage of the present invention is to provide a blower that can disperse air in all directions at a time. When the fan (40) rotates, the air blown by the fan (40) is reflected by the bottom bowl (52) that causes the air to exit the meshed case (20) in all directions.

Numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, along with details of the structure and features of the invention to assist in the explanations. However, please note that the disclosure is illustrative only and is not fixed. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
