Toilet seat collapsible protection system
This invention provides a simple means to protect a bathroom from being ruined by waste material. This system enables a typical user to have a clean, sanitized toilet bowl after a person deposits wastes into a toilet bowl. Based on the collapsible protection system a user can effectively prevent a person from misdirecting waste material from being deposited outside of a toilet bowl onto a bathroom.
This application is based on a Disclosure Document Deposit Request with a Serial No. 532009 for Inventor Karlene A. Murray for the “Urilette Seat”, which was received on May 20, 2003, which is herein incorporated by reference.
FIELD OF INVENTIONThis invention relates to a system provided for deflecting and directing waste material into a toilet bowl.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONIn every home, office, public area or private area there is a bathroom that is used by humans to get rid of bodily waste. Generally, people use toilet bowls as well as urinals as a place to put waste that can be later destroyed by transferring it to a waste area.
Typically, toilet bowls are usually the main source for receiving and destroying human waste. Even though these typical toilet bowls have been used efficiently to destroy and remove human waste, there are some problems associated with these toilet bowls. For instance, when a male uses the toilet bowl to destroy waste by urinating into the toilet bowl he usually lifts the toilet seat cover to urinate into the toilet bowl. However, when he urinates into the toilet bowl he often urinates in the area surrounding the toilet bowl as well as in the toilet bowl, which causes an unpleasant mess in the bathroom. This untidiness created by the male makes it very unpleasant for any other person to use the toilet bowl after him as well as the bathroom.
In an effort to remedy the problem associated with males ruining the toilet bowl and bathroom when he urinates, there were several inventions developed to prevent the male from causing havoc in the bathroom. Usually, these inventions contained some kind of a guard for the toilet bowl. The problem with these inventions is that the guards were bulky, unsightly and inefficient invention that would ruin the cosmetic of the bathroom.
Therefore, there is a need for a device that enables a male to simply utilize a bathroom to urinate that is light weight, efficient and cosmetically appealing.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention has been accomplished in view of the above-mentioned technical background, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a system that provides the user with an improved and simple device that allows a user to deflect urine from landing on the toilet seat.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention a toilet bowl system is disclosed. The toilet bowl system includes a toilet bowl that includes a toilet seat. The toilet seat is coupled to a side toilet set contractible system that is configured to prevent waste material from leaving the toilet bowl system.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, a toilet seat is disclosed. The toilet seat includes a collapsible protection system that includes plurality of segments, where the plurality of segments are laying on top of each other. A sensor is affixed to the plurality of segments, where the sensor is configured to detect if any waste material comes into contact with the plurality of segments.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the invention, a method of utilizing a toilet seat is disclosed. A collapsible protection system is initiated. There is a determination if waste materials are contacting the collapsible protection system. The collapsible protection system is cleansed when waste material contacts the collapsible protection system
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGSThese and other advantages of the present invention will become more apparent as the following description is read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein:
The presently preferred embodiments of the invention are described with references to the drawings, where like components are identified with the same numerals. The descriptions of the preferred embodiments are exemplary and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
This toilet bowl system 100 allows a user to simply and efficiently dispose waste material, such as urine into the toilet bowl 101 without misdirecting the urine into other parts of the toilet bowl system 100 or bathroom. Toilet bowl 101 is connected to a toilet bowl seat 103 and toilet seat cover 105 by the typical means known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Also, the toilet bowl seat 103 by outer segment 111, intermediate segment and inner segments 107 is connected to the toilet bowl 101 by connection device 113 and mounting member 115. The inner segment 107, intermediate segment 109 and outer segment 111 are located on either side 123 and 125 (
