Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a necktie with a wearing attachment which is easy to wear and in which various designs can be used.

2. Description of the Related Art

Neckties are worn by many people such as salaried workers. There are several kinds of tying methods of neckties. In any case, a knot is formed around the neck and a necktie is worn so that a large width portion and a small width portion may hang down in layers.

However, it is difficult to wear a necktie and, as a result, the knot loses its shape and the length of a large width portion becomes improper. Even for the people who wear a necktie every day and are accustomed to that, it takes time to wear the necktie. Further, for the people having less chances to wear a necktie, old men, children, etc., it is very difficult for them to wear a necktie.

Furthermore, in designing a necktie, the pattern and color of a cloth are the focus of attention. Thus, additional variations in materials, shapes of large width portions, etc., are very limited. Accordingly, it is difficult to largely broaden the limits of designing and introduce original designs.

In order to solve these problems, some new neckties and wearing attachments are proposed. For example, a necktie wearing attachment is proposed in Patent Document: Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2003-89913. This is a wearing attachment shaped like a broach on the back side of which an attachment part for attaching this to a button of a shirt and a latch part for latching a necktie to the attachment part.

When the necktie wearing attachment is used, it is easy for anyone to wear a necktie in a short time. Furthermore, it is able to give designs in shape, pattern, color, etc., to the necktie wearing attachment in the same way as to a brooch. Accordingly, the limits of designing a necktie can be largely expanded.

However, in this necktie wearing attachment, a necktie is latched on the back side so that the large width portion and the small width portion may hang down in layers. Accordingly, since there is nothing corresponding to a knot of a necktie, the wearing attachment and the necktie seem to be existing separately. That is, there seems to be non-unification between the wearing attachment and the necktie, and there is a problem that makes people feel uncomfortable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a necktie with a wearing attachment which even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear. Furthermore, it is another object of the present invention to provide a necktie with a wearing attachment in which the limits of designs are wide and original designs can be introduced. Moreover, it is another object of the present invention to provide a necktie with a wearing attachment in which not only the wide width portion of a necktie, but also the knot gives an impression close to conventional neckties.

In order to attain the above objects, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.

Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a second aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the necktie and the wearing attachment are integrally formed, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.

Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a third aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the necktie and the wearing attachment are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.

Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a fourth aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, a part of the necktie and the other part of the necktie are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.

Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a fifth aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, a part of the necktie and the other part of the necktie are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the necktie and the wearing attachment are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.

Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a sixth aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the necktie and the wearing attachment are formed so as to be completely separate from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.

The necktie with a wearing attachment of the present invention, which adopts the above measures, can be easily worn by even persons having a few chances of wearing a necktie, old men, children, etc. Furthermore, the limits of designs are widened and original designs can be introduced. Moreover, since the necktie of a wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through an opening of the wearing attachment, the wearing attachment and the necktie are integrated to obtain mental composure.

Accordingly, even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear the necktie 1 with a wearing attachment. Furthermore, the wearing attachment 3 and the necktie 2 are integrated to give a quiet impression.

Next, an embodiment 5 of the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 5A to 5C. The necktie 1 with a wearing attachment is another example in which the wearing attachment 3 contains three openings 4, 4, and 4. This example is similar to the embodiment 4, but the design and attachment method of the wearing attachment 3 are different. Regarding the material, shape, etc., of the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3, plentiful designs can be given in the same way as in the case of the embodiment 1.

Also in this case, the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3 are integrally formed and the attachment method is the same as in the embodiment 2. That is, as shown in FIG. 5B, a holding portion 5 is provided on the back 32 of the wearing attachment 3, the other end 22 of the necktie 2 is folded back through the holding portion 5, and the overlapping portions are stitched and connected at seams a and b.

When this necktie 1 with a wearing attachment is worn, as shown in FIG. 5C, the necktie 2 is hung around the neck, and then, after one end 21 of the necktie 2 has been passed through the openings 4, 4, and 4 of the wearing attachment 3, the one end 21 is passed between the passed-through necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3. Accordingly, even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear the necktie 1 with a wearing attachment. Furthermore, the same knot as in general neckties can be easily obtained and the wearing attachment 3 and the necktie 2 are integrated to give a quiet impression.

In the above, regarding a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment of the present invention, the embodiments 1 to 5 in which the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3 are integrally formed were described in detail.

Next, an embodiment 6 of the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 6A to 6C. Here, a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment in which a necktie 2 and a wearing attachment 3, attachable to and removable from each other, is formed is shown. In this example, a hook 6 is provided in a part of the wearing attachment 3 and a hook support 7 mating with the hook 6 is provided at the other end 22 of the necktie 2. Then, the necktie 2 can be attached to and removed from the wearing attachment 3 by engagement and disengagement between the hook 6 and the hook support 7.

Such an attaching and removing method can be applied to all of the above-described examples (embodiments 1 to 5). That is, a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment, in which the necktie and the wearing attachment are attachable to and removable from each other, can be produced by providing a hook 6 and a hook support 7 as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B in the connection portion by stitching shown in FIGS. 1B to 5B. Furthermore, the attaching and removing method is not limited to the examples shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, but also publicly known many attaching and removing methods such as a connecting method by insertion of a tongue into a buckle, etc., can be applied.

When a necktie 2 and a wearing attachment 3 are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, an effect which is different from that in the integrally formed case can be produced. That is, when the necktie 2 is passed through the opening 4 of the wearing attachment 3, the necktie 2 can be passed through starting not with the side of one end 21 having a large width, but with the side of the other end 22 having a relatively small width. Accordingly, it is able to form a wearing attachment 3 having a smaller opening 4, and design diversification is possible.

Furthermore, after the necktie 2 has been passed through the opening 4 of the wearing attachment 3, the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3 can be attached by joining the hook 6 and the hook support 7. Accordingly, the wearing attachment becomes more simple, and even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear the necktie 1 with a wearing attachment.

Next, an embodiment 7 of the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 7A to 7C. Here, a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment in which a part of a necktie 2 is made attachable to and removable from the other part of the necktie 2 is shown. As described above, in any one of the examples (embodiments 1 to 5) in which the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3 are integrally formed, the other end 22 of the necktie 2 is attached to the wearing attachment 3. Then, the other end 22 of the necktie 2 is folded back, and the overlapping portions are stitched and connected at seams a and b.

Then, these stitched portions can be formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other. That is, an example in which it is made attachable and removable by providing surface fasteners 23 in the overlapping portions of the necktie 2 is shown in FIG. 7A. Furthermore, an example in which it is made attachable and removable by providing a snap fastener 24 in the overlapping portions of the necktie 2 is shown in FIG. 7B. Moreover, an example in which it is made attachable and removable by providing a hook fastener in the overlapping portions of the necktie 2 is shown in FIG. 7C.

Such attaching and removing methods can be applied to all of the above examples (embodiments 1 to 5). That is, a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment which are attachable to and removable from each other can be produced by providing surface fasteners 23, etc., shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C in the connection portion by stitching shown in FIGS. 1B to 5B. Furthermore, the attaching and removing method is not limited to the examples shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C, but also publicly known many attaching and removing methods such as the use of clasp such as a safety pin, etc., can be applied.

In these cases, as a result, the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3 are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other. Then, when the necktie 2 is passed through the opening 4 of the wearing attachment 3, the necktie 2 can be passed through starting not with the side of one end 21 having a large width, but with the side of the other end 22 having a relatively small width. Accordingly, it is able to form a wearing attachment 3 having a smaller opening 4, and design diversification is possible.

Furthermore, after the necktie 2 has been passed through the opening 4 of the wearing attachment 3, the necktie 2 and the wearing attachment 3 can be attached by joining the surface fasteners, etc. Accordingly, the wearing attachment becomes more simple and even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear the necktie 1 with a wearing attachment. Furthermore, the wearing attachment 3 and the necktie 2 are integrally formed to give a calm and steady impression.

Next, an embodiment 8 of the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 8A to 8C. A necktie 1 with a wearing attachment shown in here is another example in which a part of a necktie 2 is made attachable to and removable from the other part of the necktie 2. The necktie 2 is formed in such a way that the surface of the other end 22 is made attachable to and removable from the back a little away from the other end 22 by using surface fasteners 23 and 23. In this way, the necktie 2 around the neck can be held. Furthermore, the wearing attachment 3 contains two openings 4.

A case in which such a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment is worn is shown in FIG. 8C. That is, after the necktie 2 has been passed through the two openings 4 and 4 of the wearing attachment 3, the side of the other end 22 of the necktie 2 is made to hang around the neck and held by surface fasteners 23 and 23. Then, the side of one end 21 of the necktie 2 is passed through the opening of the wearing attachment 3 and it is only to make arrangements so that the wearing attachment 3 may be positioned around the throat. Accordingly, the wear is simple and even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear the necktie 1 with a wearing attachment. Furthermore, the wearing attachment 3 and the necktie 2 are integrated to give a quiet impression.

Next, an embodiment 9 of the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 9A to 9C. This example shows a case in which a necktie 2 and a wearing attachment 3 are parts which are completely different from each other. That is, a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment of the present invention is composed of the same necktie 2 as in general neckties and a wearing attachment 3 having two openings 4 and 4.

A case in which such a necktie 1 with a wearing attachment is worn is shown in FIG. 9C. That is, the necktie 2 is made to hang around the neck and to pass through the two openings 4 and 4 of the wearing attachment 3 while the side of one end 21 and the side of the other end 22 of the necktie 2 are overlapped. Accordingly, the wear is simple and even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear the necktie 1 with a wearing attachment. Furthermore, the wearing attachment 3 and the necktie 2 are integrated to give a quiet impression.
