Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to ovens, and particularly to an oven with filter for filtering oil smoke, wherein a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Generally, the oven has an electric heated device at a bottom or inner lateral surface thereof. A fan is installed at an inner wall thereof so that hot air of the electric heated device is blown into the oven by the fan to convect within the oven. However as the oven is used for a longer time, the undesired objects, such as oil drops, dregs, and heated air are mixed and circulated repeatedly so as to generate oil smoke and scorched odors to destroy the foods in the oven.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an oven with filter for filtering oil smoke, wherein a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides an oven with filter for filtering oil smoke comprises a receiving chamber; a fan chamber adjacent to the receiving chamber; a plurality of wind outlets formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a plurality of wind returning holes formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a fan installed in the fan chamber; a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 shows the exploded perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a schematic cross view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is an assembled cross sectional view of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a lateral schematic view of the insertion operation of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is an assembled cross sectional view in another embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the element of the present invention will be described herein. The present invention has the following elements.

A body 1 has a door 11 and a plurality of buttons 12 at a front end thereof. The body 1 is formed with a receiving chamber 13 therein. One side of the receiving chamber 13 is spaced with a fan chamber 16. A wind outlet 14 are formed at an upper side between the receiving chamber 13 and the fan chamber 16. A plurality of wind returning holes 15 are formed at a lower side between the receiving chamber 13 and the fan chamber 16. A fan 160 is installed in the fan chamber 16. An upper side of the body 1 is a slot 17 which is communicated to the receiving chamber 13. A filter 2 is inserted into the slot 17 of the body 1 and is installed before the fan 160. An outer side of the filter 2 is installed with a handle 20.

In assembly, referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, it is only necessary to insert the filter 2 into the insertion groove 17 of the body 1 to isolate the wind outlet 14. In roasting, to operate the fan will make the hot air with oil smoke (or oil gas) in the body 1 being absorbed from the wind returning holes 15. Then the air is transferred to the receiving chamber 13 through the wind outlet 14 by the fan 160 so that the hot air is convected in the body 1. When air is blown, the filter 2 has the effect of filtering the oil smoke to prevent the smoke to circulate to harm the human body and generate undesired odor. Furthermore, the original odor of the object can be retained.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the insertion groove 17 is installed at a lateral wall of the body 1, and the filter 2 is inserted into the fan chamber 16 to be installed before the fan 160. Thus, the oil smoke (or oil gas) into the fan chamber 16 from the wind returning holes 15 is absorbed by the filter 2 and then is transferred into the receiving chamber 13 through the wind returning holes 15.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
