Description

The present invention refers to a housing for beauty products.

In the field of beauty products, housings for beauty products of a well-known kind comprise a body, which is provided with an upper opening, and a closure, which is mounted in un-mountable fashion on the body in such a way as to close the opening itself.

Recently, companies operating in the beauty products sector have created housings of the type described above in a wide variety of shapes and styles aimed at making the housings themselves distinguish the products that they contain to the detriment, at times, of the dimensions and user-friendly nature of the housings themselves.

The aim of the present invention is to produce a housing for beauty products, which will be user-friendlier and which will also be of easy and simple allocation.

According to the present invention, a housing for beauty products will be produced, comprising a body provided with an upper opening, and a closure mounted in un-mountable fashion on the body in such a way as to close the opening itself; the housing being characterised by the fact that it comprises a capsule which is integral with the closure and which is provided in its upper part with an open seat, and an engaging portion which is inferiorly integral with the body and is of a shape which complements the open seat.

The present invention will now be described with reference to the attached drawings, which illustrate a non-limiting form of embodiment of the present invention, and in which:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first preferred form of embodiment of a housing for beauty products according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view of the housing which is shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a section of FIG. 2 along the line III-III; and

FIG. 4 illustrates, in section and on a reduced scale, an example of the use of the housing which is shown in FIG. 1.

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the number 10 refers to a housing for beauty products in its entirety, in particular a housing for nail varnish, which the description which follows will make particular reference to without, however, losing any of its general nature due to this fact.

The housing 10 presents a longitudinal axis A, and comprises a body 20, a closure 30 which is mounted in un-mountable fashion on the body 20 itself, and a support base 40, which is integral with the body 20 itself opposite the closure 30 in relation to the body 20 itself, and which presents a tapering shape which tapers towards the body 20.

In particular, the body 20 is laterally and externally delimited by a cylindrical surface 21 with a curved generatrix with concavity turned towards the axis A, and is inferiorly delimited by a lower inner circular surface 22, which is arranged around the base 40, and which presents a determined angle in relation to the axis A.

According to what is better illustrated in FIG. 2, the body 20 comprises a cylindrical neck 23 which is co-axial to the axis A, and an upper cylindrical opening 24 which is defined by the neck 23 and which is sealed and closed by the closure 30, which in turn comprises a head wall 31 which is transverse to the axis A, and a side wall 32 which is co-axial to the axis A and integral with the wall 31. The wall 31 and the wall 32 define an inner cylindrical seat 33 which is engaged by the neck 23, and which is provided with an end support portion 34 for a brush 50, which extends along the axis A across the neck 23 and inside the body 20.

Finally, the housing 10 comprises a capsule 60 which is mounted integral with the closure 30, and which is provided in its upper part with an open seat 61, which presents a shape which is complementary to the shape of the base 40 in order to permit the engagement of the base 40 in the seat 61 itself of another housing 10, thereby producing, as is better illustrated in FIG. 3, a pile 100 of more housings 10.

In addition, the capsule 60 comprises a side wall 62 which is co-axial to the axis A, an inner diaphragm 63 which is arranged inside the wall 62 in order to define a base wall of the said seat 61, and an annular head wall 64, which is integral with the wall 62 and the diaphragm 63, and which extends along the axis A from the diaphragm 63 itself in order to peripherally delimit the seat 61, and which is provided with an upper circular surface 64 which is at an angle in relation to the axis A with an angle towards the axis A itself which is complementary to the angle of the lower circular surface 22 of the body 20.

The wall 62 is a cylindrical wall with a curved generatrix with its concavity turned towards the opposite part of the axis A, and which is arranged in such a way as to abut and be in complete contact with the wall 32 of the closure 30, as the diaphragm 63 is arranged in such a way as to abut and to be in complete contact with the wall 31 of the closure 30 itself.

The head wall 64 of the capsule 60 comprises an entry edge 66 to the open seat 61 of a shape which is substantially circular and which has an inner diameter of dimensions which are substantially lower than the dimensions of a diameter of a lower circular edge 67 of the base 40.

The base 40 and the seat 61 both present a substantially tapering shape, or, however, a shape which is complementary in relation to each other, and the difference in dimensions between the border 66 and the edge 67, as well as the relative rigidity of the wall 64 permit the engagement of a base 4 of a housing 10 inside the seat 61 of another housing 10 overcoming a determined resistance to the engagement and suitable for subsequently ensuring the stability of the pile 100.

In addition, engaging a base 40 in a seat 61, the surface 22 abuts the surface 65, thereby further increasing the stability of the pile 100, thanks to its properly angled shape.

It is intended that the present invention should not be limited to the forms of embodiment which are herein described and illustrated. Such descriptions and illustrations should be considered as non-limiting forms of embodiment of the present invention which is herein described and illustrated and which may instead be subject to further modifications in terms of the shape and disposition of its parts, as well as to details pertaining to construction and assembly.
