A cup with a cap provided with a grip includes a cup body, a cap threadably engaged and closed on the cup body, a grip formed on an upper surface of the cap, and a flexible sucking tube inserted through a hole formed at one end of the grip and extends deep enough in the interior of the cup body for sucking the content filled therein. When a user wants to drink the content in the cup body, the person can suck through the mouth end of the sucking tube, and if the sucking tube is not to used, the mouth end is inserted in the insert hole of the grip to let the cup body with the cap and the sucking tube carried manually by holding the grip, keeping the cup body with cap and the sucking tube in a hygienic condition.
1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a cup with a cap, particularly to one having a cap provided with a grip, and a hole bored in the grip in one end for a sucking tube to extend through and in the interior of the cup body and an insert hole in the other end for a mouth end of the sucking tube to be bent and inserted therein. A user sucks the mouth end to drink the content in the interior of the cup body. When the sucking tube is not used, it can be bent along the grip with the mouth end of the sucking tube inserted in the insert hole to prevent the sucking tube and the content in the cup from polluted from exterior maters, and convenient for manually carrying the cup with the cap and the sucking tube together in a hygienic condition.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Conventional cups shown in
This invention has been devised to offer a cup with a cap provided with a grip for conveniently carrying out manually.
The feature of the invention is a cap provided with a grip for manually holding to carry the cup body threadably combined with the cap, and moreover, a flexible sucking tube with a mouth end can be inserted through a hole provided in one end of the grip for sucking the content in the interior of the cup body, with an insert hole in the other end of the grip for the mouth end of the sucking tube to fit therein for hiding it for carrying manually the cup body with the cap and the sucking tube together.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGSThis invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
A preferred embodiment of a cup with a cap provided with a grip in the present invention, as shown in
The cup body 2 has a combining member 20 formed with male threads in an upper end.
The cap 3 is to close on and threadably combine with the cup body 2, having a nearly semicircular grip 30 diametrically formed on an upper surface, a receiving elongate recess 31 formed on an upper surface of the grip 30, a hole 32 bored in one end of the recess 31 and an insert hole 33 bored in the other end of the recess 31, a combining member 34 having female threads formed in an inner surface to engage with the male threads of the combining member 20 of the cup body 2 so the cap 3 may be stably combined with the cup body 2.
The flexible sucking tube 4 is inserted through the hole 32 to extend deep enough in the interior of the cup body 2 for a user to suck and drink the content therein, having a mouth end 40 extending out of the cup body 2.
In using, as shown in
The invention has the following advantages as can bee seen from the foresaid description.
1. The flexible sucking tube 4 enables a user to drink easily the content of the cup body 2, and the grip 30 is conveniently used for manually carrying the cup body 2 together with both the cap 3 and the sucking tube 4.
2. In case of not using the sucking tube 4, its mouth end 40 is possible to be kept inserted in the insert hole 33 of the grip 30, for directly holding the grip 30 and carrying easily the cup body 2 with the cap 3 and the sucking tube 4, with the content and the mouth end 40 also kept from polluted.
While the preferred embodiment has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
