1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a supporting/hanging device, and more particularly to a dual-use device that provides a support function when the device is turned downward and a hanging function when the device is turned upward, and the device can be connected to a fixing means to have a better hanging effect.
2. Description of the Related Art
Hanging and supporting devices are used extensively in our daily life, and more particularly for the information products or electric appliances. Related prior art hanging and supporting devices used for the products such as monitors, televisions, stereos are common examples, since these products require a support when they are placed on a tabletop or a floor, or they are hung on a wall for their applications.
In addition to the functions, the hanging and supporting devices also take appearance to fit the texture of different products into consideration. After all, the hanging and supporting devices accompany an installed supporting/hanging object all the time. Therefore, the hanging and supporting device serving as an accessory should not be overlooked.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn view of the shortcomings of the present invention, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience of the electronic and electric appliance related industry to conduct extensive researches and finally invented a supporting/hanging device in accordance with the present invention.
Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a supporting/handing device comprising a base 1 disposed at the bottom of a supporting/hanging object, a rack 2 disposed on the base at a predetermined angle and capable of turning to an angle of 90 degrees, and/or at least one fixing means 3.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe present invention will now be described in more detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings that show various embodiments of the invention, in which:
Referring to the figures, a base 1 is disposed at the bottom of the supporting/hanging object for performing different functions including but not limited to the installation of audio outputs and control keys. However, these are prior arts, and will not be described here.
A pivotal groove 11 is disposed separately and proximate to both sides of the base 1 for receiving a rack 2, and a stagnant hinge (not shown in the figure) is installed therein for rotating or fixing the rack 2 after the rack 2 is installed. The stagnant hinge is a prior art including but not limited to a rotary axle of a notebook computer.
Referring to the figures again, the rack 2 is in a curved tubular or cylindrical form and has both ends pivotally coupled to the foregoing hinge and linearly extended backward towards the middle and bent into a slightly curved arc shape and integrally coupled to provide a loop. The overall size of the rack 2 is smaller than the supporting/hanging object, and its linear section other than the ends is sheathed with a sleeve 22 for providing convenient operations and supports. The ends of the rack 2 can be connected to the hinge by sheathing or screwing to provide a pivotal rotation of the end with the hinge with respect to the base 1. Further, the connecting section is preferably hidden or gives an artistic look, and thus an end cover 23 may be installed.

Therefore, the implementation of the present invention can achieve the sheltering effect. Since the present invention features simple components, easy operations and an elegant appearance, therefore the supporting/hanging objects can be held with an artistic appearance, which is a major breakthrough of the supporting/hanging devices.
In summation of the description above, the invention complies with the requirements of the patent application and is submitted for patent application. However, the description and its accompanied drawings are used for describing preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
