Safety Fence and Protection Pole Connection Apparatus for Trampoline

A kind of safety fence and protection pole connection apparatus for trampoline, belonging to the manufacture technique field for trampoline subassembly. It comprises a fence protection stem; an outside frame with a short pole attached its bottom; a foot supporter located under the short pole; wherein the fence protection stem, short pole and foot supporter are clamped down together by hinge style embrace clamps separately. The hinge style embrace clamp comprises a clamp body with a hole for protection hole and a hole for tube, a hinge located the end of the clamp body, a clamping device located the open part of the embrace clamp. The present invention provides a safety fence and protection pole connection apparatus for trampoline; it has reasonable design, enough structure strength for the frames, nice orientation for the fence protecting stems, and conveniences in the assembly and manufacture.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION This application claims the priority benefit of a Chinese patent application No. 200520013345.7, filed on Jul. 14, 2005. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention involves a kind of safety fence and protection pole connection apparatus for trampoline, belonging to the manufacture technique field for trampoline subassembly.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Usually, a trampoline has a circular frame, a bounce surface constituted by multiple spring components is located in the circular frame. A safety ring fence that is higher than the bounce surface is established on the outer circle of the bounce surface. The safety fence includes fence protecting stems and a ring fence. Therefore, users can play jumping on the trampoline, avoid falling outside in result harm.

The safety fence always is set around the trampoline. The most convenient way is that connect the fence protection stem with the foot supporter. However, the conventional connecting type is inconvenient and lacks strength in structure, etc.

Refer to FIG. 1, the conventional trampoline has several segment frames 6 to form a circle outside frame, a bounce surface frame 7 of the bounce surface 3 is tightened by multiple spring components 4. For the bounce surface 3 having a certain height, the bottom of the outside frame 6 is supported by short poles 5, which are connected with the foot supporters 2. Multiple U clamps 8 clamp down the fence protection stem 1 with short pole 5 and foot supporter 2 together. This kind of combining structure for the fence protecting stems 1 brings inconvenience in the assembly, and causes the ring fence difficult to fit the outside frame 6. The arrow A shows the assembly direction of the fence protection stem 1, the arrow B shows the direction of the stress when the trampoline is working. Consequently, to the conventional connection apparatus its design is not reasonable, its strength of structure is weak. Thereby, its frames always shake and skid when people play on the conventional trampoline.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a safety fence and protection pole connection apparatus for trampoline, it has reasonable design, enough structure strength for the frames, nice orientation for the fence protecting stems, and conveniences in the assembly and manufacture.

The safety fence and protection pole connection apparatus for trampoline of present invention comprises a fence protection stem; an outside frame with a short pole attached its bottom; a foot supporter located under the short pole; wherein the fence protection stem, short pole and foot supporter are joined together by hinge style embrace clamps separately, the hinge style embrace clamp comprises a clamp body with a hole for protection pole and a hole for tube, a hinge located the end of the clamp body, a clamping device located the open part of the clamp body.

The clamping device can be a kind of screw and nut style clamping device, which is made up of a nut fixed on the clamp body and a screw.

The clamping device can be an eccentricity handle style clamping device made up of a nut fixed on the clamp body, and a screw having handle with eccentricity.

The clamping device can be a kind turn pucker handle style clamping device made up of a fixed screw, a nut with a pucker handle.

A connection pole is located between the short pole and the foot supporter.

The outside frame, short pole, foot supporter, fence protection stem and connection pole may be hollow tube with presetting diameter.

The present invention uses the hinge style embrace clamp to clamp down the fence protection stem with the short pole and foot supporter. The design is reasonable. Therefore, the assembly of the fence protection stem and short pole is fast and the orientation is better. Since the join of the fence protection stem and the short pole is clamped down by the hinge style embrace clamp, the stress area becomes two orientation circular surfaces rather than points. By this means, the combining force for fence protection stem and foot supporter is increased greatly. Comparing the present invention with the prior art, the new connection apparatus improves heavy and complicated operations caused by the U style clamp and avoids the disadvantages of swaying, slipping and the collapse of the combination of structures. In the mean time, the new designs of the screw and nut style clamping device, eccentricity handle style clamping device and turn pucker handle style clamping device satisfy the requirements by the new trampolines with different style and scale. When dismantlement of the ring fence, the hinge style embrace clamp can clamp on tubes. Thus, people do not worry loss of it.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention comprises a fence protection stems 1, an outside frame 6 with short pole 5 attached its bottom, a connection pole 10 and a foot supporter 2 located under the short poles 5, the fence protection stem 1 with the short pole 5 and foot supporter 2 are clamped down by the hinge style embrace clamps 9. The hinge style embrace clamp 9 comprises a clamp body 13 with a hole for protection pole 12 and a hole for tube 14, a hinge 11 located the end of the clamp body 13, and a clamping device located at the open part of the clamp body 13.

The clamping device has three models for requirements: the screw and nut style clamping device, which is made up of a nut 16 fixed on the clamp body 13 and a screw 15 (shown in the FIG. 3); the eccentricity handle style clamping device made up of a nut 16 fixed on the clamp body 13, and a screw 17 having handle 18 with eccentricity (shown in the FIG. 4); the turn pucker handle style clamping device made up of a fixed screw 19, a turn nut 21 with pucker handle 20 (shown in the FIG. 5).

The FIG. 2 shows a best embodiment for present invention includes an outside frame 6, fence protection stems 1 and foot supporters 2. The outside frame 6 is made from multiple steel tubes, a short pole 5 is down welded at the middle of the bottom of the outside frame 6, and the foot supporter 2 is connected with the short pole 5 through a connection pole 10. The short pole 5, connection pole 10, and foot supporter 2 are hollow tubes. The foot supporter 2 and connection pole 10 have a out-diameter reduced end respectively for connection, thereby, the foot supporter 2 can be connected with the short pole 5 through the connection pole 10 by the way that insert the end with small out-diameter into the hollow tube (see the FIG. 6). Thereafter, using the hinge style embrace clamps 9 clamps down the short pole 5 with the connection pole 10 and the connection pole 10 with foot supporter 2 at suitable locations.

When assembly, first connect multiple outside frames 6 with short pole 5 as a circle frame; fix the foot supporter 2 with the short pole 5 through the connection pole 10 by the inserting way mentioned above; then unfold the bounce surface 3 with frame 7, connect it with the outside frame 6 by spring components 4; then put a protection pad on the spring components 4, a trampoline having the bounce surface 3 with a presetting highness is completed. Clamp down the fence protection stem 1 with short pole 5 and foot supporter 2 together by the hinge style embrace clamp 9, wrap the ring safe fence according to the highness of the fence protection pole 1, the trampoline then can be used for play.

Claims

1. A safety fence and protection pole connection apparatus for trampoline comprising:

a fence protection stem;
an outside frame with a short pole attached its bottom;
a foot supporter located under said short pole; wherein
a hinge style embrace clamp, which clamps down said short pole and foot supporter;
said hinge style embrace clamp including a clamp body with a hole for protection pole and a hole for tube, a hinge located the end of said clamp body, a clamping device located at the open part of said embrace clamp.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said clamping device is a kind of screw and nut style clamping device, which is made up of a nut fixed on said clamp body and a screw.

3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said clamping device is a kind of eccentricity handle style clamping device, which is made up of a nut fixed on said clamp body, and a screw having handle with eccentricity.

4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said clamping device is a kind of turn pucker handle style clamping device made up of a fixed screw, and a nut with pucker handle.

5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a connection pole is located between said short pole and said foot supporter.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said outside frame, short pole, foot supporter, and fence protection stem are hollow tube with presetting diameter.

7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein said outside frame, short pole, foot supporter, fence protection stem and connection pole are hollow tube with presetting diameter.
