Pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf accessory

Scarf Art is an improved invention of a fashion accessory of women's neckwear apparel, commonly known as a Scarf. Specifically, the present invention is a collection of pre-tied button 'n go adjustable scarf accessories. The present invention does not require tying and adjust to various neck sizes by use of buttons and buttonholes, but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof. The present invention is created for individuals who are challenged by scarf tying or simply do not know how to tie a scarf. The traditional square, rectangular, and triangular forms of scarves limit the utility of the scarf. These traditional flat triangular and rectangular scarves are limited in versatility, functionality, adjustability, and design. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a versatile new scarf construction for utility, ease of use, versatility, design, functionality and adjustability to fit various body types. A scarf accessory of the present invention may provide an ornamental pre-tied, adjustable button 'n go scarf of any style, including (but not limited to): a neckerchief, a choker, a sash, an ascot, a clean line shell, a nautical square and combinations thereof. The present invention consist of seven (7) pre-designed, pre-tied button 'n go adjustable scarf accessories. The present invention does not require tying and is designed to adjust to necksize by use of buttonholes and button (but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof) The present invention included a pre-tied sewn attachment for easy of use, functionality and easy of use.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to scarves and more particularly to a pre-tied, pre-designed adjustable button 'n go scarf which adjust to various neck sizes.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Scarves are a fashion staple for females, however, most scarves are flat formless pieces of beautiful fabric void of functionality. Rectangular, oblong, and square flat formless scarves have been worn for decades by women to add a measure of attractiveness enhance an outfit. Scarves are used to accessorize business suits, dresses, blouses, shirts, coats, etc. Conventionally, scarves are constructed into various forms and shapes to increase their functionality, versatility and attractiveness. Scarves are generally worn around the neck, torso and waist.

In order to achieve usefulness, a scarf requires tying to form a shape to increase functionality and attractiveness. Scarf tying is a challenge because it is time consuming and requires skill to attain a perfectly tied knot. Knot tying is difficult for most females due to the skill required in tying a proper knot to add attractiveness to the scarf, thereby enhancing an outfit. A properly tied, correctly coordinated scarf will transform an outfit. The difficulty involved in scarf tying prevents frequent scarf usage. Most females own countless scarves but rarely wear them due to the time and difficulty involved in tying a scarf properly to enhance the attractiveness of an outfit. SUMMARY THE INVENTION

The present invention is a collection of pre-designed, pre-tied adjustable button 'n go scarves which does not require tying and accommodate various neck sizes. The present invention creates the illusion of a self-tied, self-designed scarf. The present invention is very practical, functional, user-friendly, attractive, functional, and versatile coordinated. Scarves are used to accessorize business suits, blouses, shirts, and jackets. The present invention provides a pre-shaped, preformed scarf in which the neck band adjust to accommodates multiple neck sizes and fastens for ease of use. The present invention saves time due to the decrease in time required in scarf tying. The scarves are made from various fabric types to include but not limited to silk, polyester, wool, rayon, cotton, etc.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide a variety of scarf designs which does not require scarf tying and adjust to multiple neck sizes by use of various fasteners. Additionally, it is the object of the present invention to provided a pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf which an enhancement for any properly coordinated outfit. Due to the user-friendly feature and attractiveness, the present invention will increase the frequency of use of scarves by females. The objective of the invention is to provide a pre-tied scarf which does not require tying. The objective of the invention is to provide a user-friendly, practical, functional, versatile, pre-designed scarf. The objective of the invention is to provide a scarf will enhance and update an existing wardrobe. The objective of the invention is to cover neck scars or wringles. The objective of the invention is to provide an adjustable scarf that accommodates various neck sizes. The objective of the invention is to provide a scarf that is low maintenance and easy to clean. The objective of the invention is to conserve time. The objective of the invention is to provide a quick and easy to use scarf which does not require tying. The objective of the invention is to accommodate weight lose or gain by providing an adjustable band feature. The objective of the invention is to improve personal appearance. The invention is an improvement over all prior inventions.

Claims

1. A pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf, comprising:

an adjustable fabric neck band portion;
an adjustable fabric bust band portion;
a button sewn to a first end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion;
buttonholes sewn in a second end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion;
fastener sewn in a second end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion;
buttonholes sewn in a second end of the triangular fabric neck band portion;
fastener sewn in a first end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion;
fastener sewn in a first end of the triangular fabric neck band portion;
fastener sewn in a second end of the triangular fabric neck band portion a pre-tied matching fabric attachment is sewn to the fabric neck band portion;
a pre-tied matching fabric attachment is sewn to the triangular fabric neck band portion.

2. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, an adjustable neck band portion; wherein a button sewn to a first end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion, buttonholes sewn in a second end of the adjustable fabric band portion; a pre-designed matching fabric triangular attachment wherein the pre-t ied, pre-designed, button 'n go scarf forms an Ascot.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, an adjustable neck band portion; a button sewn to a first end of the adjustable band portion; buttonholes sewn in a second end of the adjustable band portion; wherein the pre-tied, pre-designed, button 'n go scarf forms a Choker.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, an adjustable bust band portion; a button sewn to a first end of the adjustable bust band portion; buttonholes sewn in a second end of the adjustable bust band portion; wherein the pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf forms a Clean Line Shell.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, a button sewn to a first end of the triangular fabric neck band portion; buttonholes sewn in a second end of the triangular fabric neck band portion; a pre-tied matching fabric attachment is sewn to the triangular neck band portion atop the buttons; wherein the pre-tied, pre-designed, button 'n go scarf forms a Small Nautical Square and the neck band portion is triangular shaped

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, a button sewn to a first end of the triangular fabric neck band portion; buttonholes sewn in a second end of the triangular fabric neck band portion; a pre-tied matching fabric attachment is sewn to the triangular neck band portion atop the buttons; wherein the pre-tied, pre-designed, button 'n go scarf forms a Large Nautical Square and the neck band portion is triangular shaped.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, an adjustable neck band portion; a button sewn to a first end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion; buttonholes sewn in a second end of the adjustable fabric neck band portion; a pre-tied matching fabric attachment is sewn to the fabric band portion; wherein the pre-tied, pre-designed; button 'n go scarf forms a Neckerchief.

8. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein the scarf accessory forms a Sash.

9. A pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf comprising:

an adjustable neck band portion;
a first portion of a fastener is sewn or part of a first end of the adjustable neck band portion;
a second portion of a fastener is attached to or part of a second end of the adjustable neck band portion; and
a pre-tied ornamental scarf portion attached to the adjustable neck band portion.

10. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein the adjustable fabric neck band portion adjust to multiple neck sizes.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein a fabric neck band which adjust to multiple neck sizes primarily by use of a fastener, but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, where in a pre-tied matching fabric attachment is sewn to an adjustable matching fabric neck band comprised of a fastener and method of closure, by use of a fastener, but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein a fabric bust band adjust to multiple bust sizes primarily by use of a fastener, but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof, for closure.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein adjustable fabric neckband with button holes on the first end, 18″ wide, 1¼ long fabric neck band with zero to nine buttonholes and one button (but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof, on the second end with a box pleated triangular pre-sewn attachment to the neck band portion forms an Ascot.

16. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein 18″-25″ wide fabric neckband, 1¼ long fabric band with zero to nine buttonholes spaced ½′ apart with one button but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof, for closure forms a Choker.

17. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein 40.5″-50 wide, 17″ continuous fabric band with zero to five buttonholes on the top left and middle left side and zero to four buttons but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof, spaced 2″ apart on the top right side and one button at the middle right side. The five button holes on the left are spaced 2″ apart to fit bust sizes 30, 32, 34, 36 and 38 for a small medium & 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48 for a medium large for a Clean Line Shell.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein with pre-tied matching attachment, 25″×3″×15″ triangled fabric with pre-tied attachment sewn on the first side and zero to two buttons, but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof, placed under the attachment and zero to two buttonholes on the second side of the triangular fabric band for closure forms a Small Nautical Square.

The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein with pre-tied matching attachment, 30″×5″×19 triangle f but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof fabric with a pre-tied sewn attachment on the first end with zero two buttons under the attachment and two buttonholes on the second end of the triangular band fabric for closure forms a Large Nautical Square.

20. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein a 18″-25″ wide, 1¼″ long fabric neck band with a pre-tied fabric attachment sewn at center, zero to nine buttonholes spaced ½′ apart, with zero to one button but not limited to hook and loop fabric fastener (e.g. Velcro brand), d-rings, snaps, buttons, clips, metal hook and loop (like those commonly used for bras) or combination thereof, for closure forms a Neckerchief

21. The pre-tied, pre-designed, adjustable button 'n go scarf of claim 1, wherein one piece continual piece of fabric, 37″ long, 2′ wide fabric with zero to one buttonhole and zero to one button for closure.
