Abstract

An electric blow dryer with a wrap-around brush attachment that fits on the part where the air exits the dryer, the front part is where the attachment fits; the wrap-around comb has a female-shaped adapter on top (on the inside) and the dryer has a male-shaped adapter in the 2 places on the shaft which coordinates with the female-shaped adapter on the wrap-around brush.

This application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. §119 (a-d) to Chinese patent application serial no. 200520103698.6, filed Aug. 15, 2005, which is hereby incorporated in its entirety by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention/Technical Domain

This a new and practical apparatus that uses an electric blow dryer, in particular, an electric blow dryer with a brush attachment that wraps around it.

2. Description of Related Art/Background Technology

Existing electric blow dryers only have the effect of blowing the hair dry, and once the air hits long hair, the person must use one hand for the blow dryer, and one hand to use a round brush, which makes the process not very good, which makes the principle of the Stelios Dryer sound.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION/INVENTION CONTENT

This practical new invention lies in the fact that existing electric blow dryers make the process of blow drying hair not practical and not advantageous to the stylist, so this combines the electric blow dryer and brush together.

This practical new invention realizes: an electric blow dryer with a brush attachment that wraps around it. The shaft of the dryer where the wind exits the dryer is equipped with a wrap-around brush attachment.

Optimally speaking, the blow dryer and the wrap-around brush attachment fit and lock together by a female- and male-shaped adapter built into the dryer and the attachment, which allows it to be securely fastened onto the dryer.

This new invention is beneficial because: using the wrap-around brush attachment allows persons to easily blow dry hair from the root down, and also works like a hand-held comb but is not separate, just attaches to the blow dryer making the process ideal and easy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Generally, the present invention encompasses hair styling equipment, and more particularly, a hair dryer equipped with a removable built-in round brush.

Implementation of Attachments and Directions for Use

As referred to in FIGS. 1 and 2, this practical new invention, a type of electric blow dryer with a wrap-around brush attachment that fits on the part where the air exits the dryer, the front part is where the attachment fits; the wrap-around comb has a female-shaped adapter on top (on the inside) and the dryer has a male-shaped adapter in the 2 places on the shaft which coordinates with the female-shaped adapter on the wrap-around brush.

When using, (please refer to FIG. 1 attached), attach the wrap around brush attachment at the number 1 spot, which corresponds to the number 3 spot, and the number 2 spot with the number 4 (the female and male grooves correspond), then turn on the power source, and continue to blow dry hair and style as desired.

Claims

1. A type of electric blow dryer with brush attachment, its special characteristic is the wrap-around brush attachment that fits onto the front end of the dryer on the shaft where the wind blows out.

2. The electric blow dryer of claim 1, the electric dryer with wrap-around brush attachment's special characteristic is the blow dryer and the wrap-around brush attachment fit and lock together by a male and female shape built into the dryer and the attachment which allows it to be securely fastened onto the dryer.
