Decoration stones are disclosed, which are capable of simply and easily obtaining a desired design effect in such a manner that a certain design is implemented based on a preliminary attachment process when expressing a certain design at a decoration object and a secondary heating and attachment work which is performed so as to stably attach decoration stones. The decoration stone comprises a stone body; a deposition layer which is formed at a back surface of the stone body; a solid adhesive which is formed at a surface of the deposition layer; an adhesion attaching layer which is formed at the solid adhesive for a repeated attachment; and a peeling paper which is easily detached by the adhesion attaching layer.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to decoration stones, and in particular to decoration stones which are capable of simply and easily obtaining a desired design effect in such a manner that a certain design is implemented based on a preliminary attachment process when expressing a certain design at a decoration object and a secondary heating and attachment work which is performed so as to stably attach decoration stones. The present invention is directed to detaching a certain shaped decoration stone from a peeling paper and attaching to a decoration item, so that a desired decoration effect can be easily obtained without an additional process because an adhesive layer is provided, and a decoration can be performed in a user's desired shape. In addition, a mass production can be achieved because a multiple number of decoration stones is provided.

BACKGROUND ART

Generally, a decoration stone is a precious item with its inherent beauty, so that a very careful attention is needed when storing and handling the same. In the description of the present invention, the term “stone” is referred to a small thing such as decoration gemstone and metal such as precious metal, crystal, glass and plastic.

In the conventional art, as a method for storing raw stones, decoration stones, the raw stones are stored in a certain shaped pocket or are covered by a smooth cloth. When exhibiting the raw stones, they are arranged in a certain shaped box, which has a decoration cloth therein.

However, in the conventional storing methods, since the stone bodies are not fixed and stored, the decoration stones may be lost. In case of the raw stones, they may be collided with each other. This may lead to scratches or damages, so that an inherent beauty may critically decrease.

In particular, in case of expensive raw stones, it is not permitted to even touch the raw stones, so that a very careful handling is needed. The decoration stones may be attached to clothes except for being kept for views and storages. In this case, the decoration stones are fabricated at low costs in certain character shapes with various patterns.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a decoration stone 200 in the conventional art, and FIG. 2 is a partial cross sectional view illustrating a decoration stone 200 in the conventional art.

As shown therein, a conventional decoration stone 200 includes an adhesive film 210, a plurality of stone bodies 220 which are designed in various shapes and are attached to the adhesive film 210, and an embossed seat paper 230 which is placed on the back sides of the stone bodies 220 and is detachable from the adhering film 210 for thereby preventing the movements of the decoration stones 220 and achieving an easier storing of the same.

The adhesive film 210 is formed of a transparent material. The stone bodies 220 are attached thereon before being attached to the clothes for thereby preventing any movements. The stone bodies 220 are fabricated in various shapes based on the designs, so that a desired decoration effect can be obtained with their light reflection effects. A solid adhesive 210 is applied on the back surfaces of the stone bodies 220. Here, the solid adhesive 10 is not adhered to the embossed seat paper 230. The solid adhesive 10 is preferably formed of a hot melt which can be melted and adhered to a decoration thing when heat is applied thereto.

The embossed seat paper 230 is detachable from the adhesive film 110, so that the movements of the stone bodies 230 are prevented. The embossed seat paper 230 is not interfered as the stone bodies 220 are attached to the adhesive film 210 and are detached from the same.

The use of the decoration stones 200 will be described. The embossed seat paper 230 is detached in a state that the stone bodies 220 are previously designed in various patterns and are attached on the adhesive film 210. Thereafter, the embossed seat paper 230 is placed on clothes which will be decorated with the decoration stones. At this time, the stone bodies 220 are attached to the adhesive film 210 for thereby maintaining a fixed state of the same.

In addition, the clothes placed on the stone bodies 220 are ironed and heated by a certain heating device such as an iron. With this operation, the solid adhesive 221 is melted, and the clothes are attached with the stone bodies 220. Therefore, the user can achieve a desired design effect using the stone bodies 220.

However, in case of the ready-made clothes, since the decoration stones 200 use previously designed shapes irrespective of the customer's desire, the customer may dislike.

Since the previously designed stone bodies 220 are attached on the adhesive film 210, it is impossible to express ones own creative expression. In addition, when the clothes are placed on the decoration stones 200 and are ironed using a heating unit, the clothes may be moved, a beginner cannot work the above procedure.

In addition, the conventional decoration stones may not be well adapted to various objects such as a cellular phone or a notebook computer. Furthermore, the conventional decoration stones cannot be separated for use.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide decoration stones capable of overcoming the problems encountered in the conventional art.

It is another object of the present invention to provide decoration stones in which a certain design is implemented based on a preliminary attachment process when expressing a certain design at a decoration object and a secondary heating and attachment work which is performed so as to stably attach decoration stones.

It is further another object of the present invention to provide a decoration stones in which decoration stones may be attached to various objects such as a cellular phone and a notebook computer, and a plurality of stone bodies are attached on a peeling paper, and the stone bodies are easily detached from the peeling paper, and a storing is easier, and each decoration stone may be separated for decoration.

To achieve the above objects, there is provided a decoration stone, comprising a stone body; a deposition layer which is formed at a back surface of the stone body; a solid adhesive which is formed at a surface of the deposition layer; an adhesion attaching layer which is formed at the solid adhesive for a repeated attachment; and a peeling paper which is easily detached by the adhesion attaching layer.

The solid adhesive has certain adhesion so that the solid adhesive is melted by heat of a heating unit.

The adhesion attaching layer allows the stone bodies to be preliminarily attached with respect to a certain attachment object.

The stone bodies are grouped in a set form by colors, sizes, group or each number and are attached to an adhering film.

To achieve the above objects, there is further provided a decoration stone, comprising a plurality of stone bodies; a deposition layer which is formed at a back surface of each stone body; an adhesion layer which is attached to each deposition layer; and a peeling paper which is easily separated from the adhesion layer, with the stone bodies being arranged in a certain pattern and attached by the adhesion layer.

The adhesion layer is formed of a double-side adhesive tape.

The adhesion layer is formed of an adhesive printed at the peeling paper in a certain pattern based on a silk screen method.

A cutting line is formed at the peeling paper so that the stone bodies can be cut and separated by group or each stone body.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

A decoration stone 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a stone body 10, a deposition layer 20 formed at a back surface of the stone body 10, a solid adhesive 30 which is formed at a surface of the deposition layer 20, an adhesion attaching layer 40 which is designed to a repeated attachment on the solid adhesive 30, and a peeling paper 50 which is easily separated by the adhesion attaching player 40.

Here, the stone body 10 is formed in various shapes based on the design. The deposition layer 20 is designed to have a high light reflection rate by coating an aluminum material on a back surface of the stone body 10.

The solid adhesive 30 is deposited at the deposition layer 20 of the back surface of the stone body 10. With the above construction, when the solid adhesive 30 is ironed using an iron 4, which is a heating and pressurizing unit, it is melted by heat for thereby forming a hot melt layer, so that the stone body 10 is easily attached to a certain object such as clothes 3.

The adhesion attaching layer 40 is an adhesive layer having a certain adhesion, of which one surface is attached to the solid adhesive 30, and the other side is attached to a certain attachment object such as clothes. The adhesion attaching layer 40 allows the stone body 10 to be attached at the clothes 3 in a certain design pattern at a preliminary stage. Here, the peeling paper 50 allows the stone body 10 to be attached by the adhesion attaching layer 40 so as to maintain a certain adhesion of the adhesion attaching layer 40 and is designed to achieve an easier attachment and detachment even when it is repeatedly attached and detached. In addition, the peeling paper 50 is capable of maintaining certain adhesion by preventing foreign substances from being attached.

In addition, the peeling paper 50 is capable of maintaining an arrangement of the stone bodies 10 and allows the stone bodies 10 to be formed by the unit formed of a certain number of the stone bodies 10. Namely, the stone bodies 10 may be grouped by one or five or various numbers.

In case that the stone bodies 10 are grouped by the set, the peeling paper 50 can be bound by a certain number and can be provided to customers. The stone bodies 10 may be formed in various shapes and colors based on the design and may be provided in the form of products.

The customer can purchase the stone bodies 10 assorted by the colors and shapes. When designing the stone bodies 10, it may be preliminary attached using the adhesion attaching layer 40 during the designing work and attachment work.

The uses of the decoration stones 10 are not limited. Namely, the decoration stones 10 may be attached to any thing such as clothes, skin product, and other things.

A protection paper 60 corresponding to the size of the peeling paper 50 is provided on the stone bodies 10. The protection paper 60 is coated with a certain cohesive and is attached on the peeling paper 50, so that it is possible to prevent any damages of the stone bodies 10 which may occur due to a friction with external object. The protection paper 60 is removed after the stone bodies 10 are attached to a certain object such as clothes 3.

The process of attaching the decoration stones 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6.

First, the decoration using each stone body 10 will be described. Certain clothes 3 are placed so as to implement a certain design that a customer wants. The peeling paper 50 is detached from the stone body 10 so as to implement the design and is attached to the clothes.

When it is needed to change the color while attaching the stone body 10 to the clothes 3, it is needed to select one stone body 10 having a desired color. When it is needed to change the size of the stone body 10, it is needed to select one stone body 10 having a certain desired size and to attach the selected stone body 10.

When there is an attaching error during the attachment of the stone bodies 10, the stone body 10, which is preliminarily attached by the adhesion attaching layer 40, is detached and then attached at a right position. In the present invention, since it is possible to preliminarily attach the stone body 10 using the adhesion attaching layer 40, the design pattern arranged on the clothes is not changed.

In the present invention, it is not needed to worry the erroneous attachment of the stone bodies 10, so that the user can arrange and attach the stone bodies 10 based on the set design without any work load. When the attachment work is finished, the stone bodies 10 are moved to face the floor, and an ironing work is performed using the iron 4, a heating and pressurizing unit, along the position of the stone bodies 10 attached on the surface of the clothes.

The solid adhesive 30 formed at the stone bodies 10 are melted together with the adhesion attaching layer 40 by the heat applied through the clothes 3 and penetrate into the clothes. Namely, the stone bodies 10 are fixedly attached to the clothes 3 as the melted solid adhesive 30 and adhesion attaching layer 40 get cooled.

After the stone body 10 is fixed, the protection paper 60 is removed from the stone body 60.

The attaching work of the decoration stone 10 is divided into a preliminary attaching work and a main attaching work, so that the user can easily attach the decoration stones at clothes or skin product in a desired pattern.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating decoration stones 1′ according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 8 is a partial cross sectional view illustrating decoration stones 1′ according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIGS. 9A and 9B are views illustrating a separation use state of decoration stones 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention; and FIGS. 10A and 10B are views illustrating a use state of decoration stones according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the decoration stones 1′ according to another embodiment of the present invention, a stone body 100 formed in a certain shape is detached from the peeling paper 140 and is attached to a certain object which will be decorated using decoration stones. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the decoration stones 1′ include a plurality of stone bodies 110, a deposition layer 120 which is formed at a back surface of each stone body 110, an adhesive layer 130 attached to the deposition layer 120, and a peeling paper 140 which is easily detached from the adhesive layer 130, with the stone bodies 110 being arranged and attached thereon by the adhesive layer 130 in a certain pattern.

Here, the stone bodies 110 are artificial stones with certain shapes. As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the stone bodies 110 are attached to a cellular phone 5 or a notebook computer 6 for thereby achieving a desired decoration effect.

The stone bodies 110 are preferably fabricated in small sizes and in various colors for thereby meeting customer's different demands.

The deposition layer 120 is formed at a back surface of each stone body 110. The deposition layer 120 is formed by coating an aluminum material on a back surface of the stone body 110, so that a light reflection rate increases for thereby a brightening effect of the stone body 110.

The deposition layer 120 is deposited with a uniform thickness and a constant density for thereby achieving a uniform light reflection rate.

The adhesive layer 130 is attached at a back surface of the deposition layer 120. The adhesive layer 130 allows the stone body 110 to be adhered at a portion which will be decorated.

The adhesive layer 130 may be formed of a double-side adhesive tape or may be formed of an adhesive printed on the peeling paper 140 based on the silk screen method.

In the case of the double-side adhesive tape, one side of the same is attached to the deposition layer 120, and the other side of the same is attached to the peeling paper 140, so that as the peeling paper 140 is detached, the decoration stones can be attached at certain portions. In the case of the silk screen method, an adhesive is formed at the peeling paper 140 in a certain pattern, and the stone body 110 having the deposition layer 120 thereon is attached on the formed adhesive.

The adhesive layer 130 formed of an adhesive based on the double-side adhesive or silk screen method is adhered to a certain portion which will be decorated and preferably has a certain adhering force so that it is not detached. In addition, the adhesive layer 130 is designed not to leave any trace after it is removed if necessary.

The stone bodies 110 are arranged and attached at a back surface of the adhesive layer 130 in help of an adhering force of the adhesive layer 130, and the peeling paper 140, which may be detached from the adhesive layer 130, is attached thereto. The peeling paper 140 is attached to the adhesive layer 130 and prevents the adhering force from decreasing or being damaged when foreign substances are attached to the adhesive layer 130.

A cutting line 142 is formed at the peeling paper 140, so that the peeling paper 140 can be easily cut along the cutting line 142 for thereby easily separating the stone bodies 110. As the peeling paper 140 is cut along the cutting line 142, the stone bodies 110 can be separated by each, so that it is possible to store the stone bodies 100 by each.

The peeling paper 140 is preferably formed of a transparent film material, so that the stone bodies 110 can be easily cut and separated.

The use of the decoration stones 1′ according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9A through 10B.

In the case of the decoration stone 1′ according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9A, the stone bodies 1 may be separated from the peeling paper 140 having a plurality of the stone bodies 110 attached thereto. As shown in FIG. 9B, the peeling paper 40 may be cut along the cutting line 42 formed at the peeling paper 40, and the stone bodies 110 are separated if necessary.

As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the separated stone bodies 110 are attached to a small sized electric appliance such as the cellular phone 5 or the notebook computer 6 which will be decorated.

At this time, since the adhesive layer 130 is formed of adhesive based on the double-side adhesive tape or the silk screen method, a secondary process such as a heating process is not needed as compared to the conventional art.

In addition, the stone bodies 110 are not previously designed in certain shapes, so that the user can arrange and design in a desired pattern.

As described above, in the decoration stones according to a first embodiment of the present invention, the stone bodies are preliminarily attached using an adhesion attaching layer, so that the design may be amended or the stone bodies may be exchanged during the decoration work. The stone bodies can be preliminarily attached using the adhesion attaching layer provided at the stone bodies, so that it is possible to freely change the design. When the stone bodies are separated by each, a peeling paper may be attached to each adhesion attaching layer for thereby maintaining a desired adhering property. The stone bodies may be grouped by a certain number, and a single peeling paper may be provided to each group, so that an attaching work may be enhanced with one time work. The stone bodies may be grouped by colors by set or by each, so that the universal uses of the stone bodies can be achieved.

In the decoration stones according to a first embodiment of the present invention, the decoration stones with certain shapes can be attached to a small sized electric appliance such as a cellular phone or a notebook computer, so that a good outer look can be obtained, and it is possible to decorate a certain object in ones own decoration method. The stone bodies can be easily detached from the peeling paper by forming a plurality of stone bodies on the peeling paper. The storing of the decorations tones is easy. A cutting line is formed at the peeling paper, so that the stone bodies can be separated by each.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A decoration stone, comprising:

a stone body;
a deposition layer which is formed at a back surface of the stone body;
a solid adhesive which is formed at a surface of the deposition layer;
an adhesion attaching layer which is formed at the solid adhesive for a repeated attachment; and
a peeling paper which is easily detached by the adhesion attaching layer.

2. The stone of claim 1, wherein said solid adhesive has certain adhesion so that the solid adhesive is melted by heat of a heating means.

3. The stone of claim 1, wherein said adhesion attaching layer allows the stone bodies to be preliminarily attached with respect to a certain attachment object.

4. The stone of claim 1, wherein said stone bodies are grouped in a set form by colors, sizes, group or each number and are attached to an adhering film.

5. A decoration stone, comprising:

a plurality of stone bodies;
a deposition layer which is formed at a back surface of each stone body;
an adhesion layer which is attached to each deposition layer; and
a peeling paper which is easily separated from the adhesion layer, with the stone bodies being arranged in a certain pattern and attached by the adhesion layer.

6. The stone of claim 5, wherein said adhesion layer is formed of a double-side adhesive tape.

7. The stone of claim 5, wherein said adhesion layer is formed of an adhesive printed at the peeling paper in a certain pattern based on a silk screen method.

8. The stone of claim 5, wherein a cutting line is formed at the peeling paper so that the stone bodies can be cut and separated by group or each stone body.

9. The stone of claim 6, wherein a cutting line is formed at the peeling paper so that the stone bodies can be cut and separated by group or each stone body.

10. The stone of claim 7, wherein a cutting line is formed at the peeling paper so that the stone bodies can be cut and separated by group or each stone body.
