Backpack structure

A backpack primarily includes a backpack housing in which two straps are connected thereto. A speaker is buried in each of the two straps with meshes being disposed thereon. Two first pocket bodies are disposed at suitable locations from the bottom of each of the two speakers. An amplifier is then disposed in an interior of the backpack, so that the amplifier is connected to the speaker buried inside the backpack housing and the straps and further connected to a plug emerged from a top of one of the pocket bodies. Therefore, playing devices such as MP3, radios, etc. can be placed in the pocket bodies and music and songs can be played over the two speakers, by means of the conductive wires and the amplification of the amplifier.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a backpack structure, more particularly, to an improved structure capable of receiving and playing music and songs and holding a portable computer therein, in order to increase the practical values of the backpack.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

As backpacks are convenient and portable, they become highly appealing to the consumers. Other than its function of holding objects therein, the conventional backpack is not equipped with other functions. Therefore, backpack users separately carry playing devices, such as MP3, radios, etc., during hiking and traveling. However, this is not convenient, and additionally, it is not possible to receive the sound emitted from playing devices over the speakers, other than over earphones, thereby losing the fun of listening to music and songs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a backpack structure capable of both holding objects therein and receiving and playing music and songs, in order to increase its practical values.

To achieve the above object, the backpack comprises a backpack housing, to which two straps are connected thereto. A speaker is buried in each of the two straps therein, with meshes being disposed on buried locations thereon. A first pocket body is then disposed at a suitable location from the bottom of each of the two speakers therefrom. Next, an amplifier is disposed on an interior of the backpack housing, so the amplifier is connected to each of the two speakers by conducting wires buried inside the backpack housing and the straps and also connected to a plug emerged from a top of one of the first pocket bodies. This way, playing devices, such as MP3, radios, etc., are placed in the first pocket bodies formed on the straps therein, so music and songs can be played over the two speakers disposed on the straps therein, by means of the conductive wires and the amplification of the amplifier.

The other object of the present invention is to provide a backpack structure, wherein a second pocket body is disposed on an interior of the backpack housing, such that conducting wires emerge from a top edge of the second pocket body, for plugging into the amplifier disposed in the second pocket body therein.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a backpack structure, wherein an interlayer can be disposed on a bottom of the pocket body in an interior of the backpack housing therein, for holding a portable computer, a notebook, etc.

To enable a further understanding of the objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, & 3, the present invention comprises a backpack housing 1, on a front of which two straps 11 are disposed. Two speakers 12 are buried at suitable locations from top of the two straps 11 with meshes 13 disposed on the speaker 12. Two first pocket bodies 14 and 14a, comprising top covers 141 and 141a respectively, are disposed at suitable locations from the bottom of each of the two speakers 12 therefrom respectively.

A second pocket body 15 is disposed on an interior of the backpack housing 1 for holding an amplifier 16, which is then connected to the two speakers 12, by conducting wires 17 buried in a backpack cloth interlayer and an interlayer of the straps 11, and further connected to a plug 18 emerged from a top of the first pocket body 14.

By means of the aforementioned members, a playing device 2, such as a MP3 or a radio, is disposed in the first pocket body 14, and being plugged into by the plug 18. Another first pocket body 14a can be used to hold a handset 3 or a torch or other objects. When the playing device 2 is turned on, signals can be transmitted via the conducting wires 17, amplified by the amplifier 16, and then played over the two speakers 12. When hiking or traveling, the user can carry the backpack housing 1, and listen to the music and songs played over the speakers 12. In addition, the playing device 2 can also be received via an earphone 4.

Referring to FIG. 4, the second pocket body 15 comprising a top cover 151 is disposed on the interior of the backpack housing 1, for holding the amplifier 16 therein, which is then connected to the speakers 12 and the playing device 2 by the conducting wires 17, to achieve signal magnification for the playing of the speaker.

Referring to FIG. 5 for another preferred embodiment of the present invention, an interlayer 19 is disposed on a bottom of the backpack housing 1, such that the interlayer 19 is configured wider and large in size, for holding a portable computer 15 or other object.

From the abovementioned, the speakers 12 and the first pocket bodies 14 and 14a for holding a playing device 2 and an amplifier 16 are disposed on the backpack housing 1 therein, such that the backpack housing 1 is capable of simultaneously receiving and playing music and songs and holding a portable computer.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims

1. A backpack structure comprising:

a backpack housing having two straps are disposed on a front thereof; two speakers are disposed at suitable locations from a top of the two straps with meshes being disposed on the speakers; a first pocket body is disposed at a suitable location from a bottom of the speaker; a second pocket body is disposed on an interior of the backpack housing to hold an amplifier, which is then connected to the speakers buried in a backpack cloth interlayer and an interlayer of the straps, and further connected to a plug emerged from a top of one of the first pocket bodies; a playing device is placed into the other of the first pocket bodies, and connected to the plug therefrom, such that signals emitted from the playing device can be transmitted by the conducting wires and amplified by the amplifier, thereby receiving and playing music and songs over the speakers.

2. The backpack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a top cover is disposed on a top of each of the first pocket bodies formed on the straps and the second pocket body disposed on the interior of the backpack housing respectively.

3. The backpack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a wider interlayer is disposed in the backpack housing to hold objects such as a portable computer, a notebook, etc.
