Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a frame structure, particularly to an easily-disassembled and high-safety frame structure of a trampoline.

2. Description of the Related Art

The living quality of modern people has been greatly promoted; however, the time and space for enjoying sport or leisure activities is relatively decreased. Therefore, the indoor sports that are space-saving and can be played anytime, such as weightlifting or exercises with a treadmill, a stepper, and a chest press machine, have been extensively accepted by people, and there are various sport or physical training equipments in the marketplaces, such as trampolines, exercise bikes, steppers, treadmills, dumbbells, etc.

In the trampoline frame structure extensively used at present, the trampoline frames are joined to their support legs via welding. As shown in FIG. 1, the bouncing mat 10 in the center of the circle formed by the trampoline frames 14 is stretched out by the springs 12; the trampoline frames 14 are joined to each other via welding, and the trampoline frames 14 are joined to their support legs 16 via welding also. As the welded portions are apt to corrode, and also as there may be false welding or virtual welding generated during the welding process, the welded portions may be fractured during usage, which will incur safety problems or even endanger the user's life. Further, the welded trampoline frame structure cannot be disassembled any more, and when not in use, it occupies storage space rather.

Accordingly, the present invention proposes a trampoline frame structure to overcome the abovementioned problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a trampoline frame structure, which is constructed with transverse pipes, support pipes and joint sleeves and free from the welding used in the conventional technology, and can be easily assembled and disassembled.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a trampoline frame structure, which has the characteristics of easy assembly and disassembly and can be conveniently stored with less storage space occupied.

To achieve the abovementioned objectives, the trampoline frame structure of the present invention comprises: multiple transverse pipes, at least six joint sleeves, and at least three support pipes, wherein all the transverse pipes are interconnected to form a circle; each joint sleeve has an insertion portion and a clamping portion, and the clamping portion can fixedly clamp the connection portions of the transverse pipes, and the insertion portion of each joint sleeve is inserted into the opening of the end of the support pipe, and the support pipes support the circle formed by the transverse pipes.

To enable the objectives, technical contents, characteristics, and accomplishments of the present invention to be more easily understood, the embodiments of the present invention are to be described below in detail in cooperation with the attached drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a conventional trampoline structure.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing the trampoline frame structure according to the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the joint sleeve according to the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing the assembly of the support pipe and the joint sleeve.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. The trampoline frame structure of the present invention comprises: multiple transverse pipes 20, three support pipes 22, and six joint sleeves 24. The structures of those elements are described below. With respect to the joint sleeve 24, each joint sleeve 24 has an insertion portion 26 and a clamping portion 28; the insertion portion 26 is formed of two arc-shaped platelets 30, and a slit 32 is formed between those two arc-shaped platelets 30, and the width of the slit 32 grows gradually from one end of the slit 32 to the other end near the clamping portion 28, i.e. the slit 32 is V-shaped; and the clamping portion 28 of the joint sleeve 24 is partially flattened. With respect to the transverse pipe 20, two ends of the transverse pipe 20 are also partially flattened; all the transverse pipes 20 are interconnected to form a circle via sleeve-joint; and each transverse pipe 20 has multiple holes 34. With respect to the support pipe 22, the support pipe 24 is U-shaped; and the opening of two ends of the support pipe 22 can separately accommodate the insertion portions 26 of the joint sleeve 24. Thus, the description of all the elements of the trampoline frame structure of the present invention is completed, and the assembly process of the trampoline frame structure of the present invention is to be described below.

Also refer to FIG. 4. Firstly, two ends of each transverse pipe 20 are separately inserted into the clamping portions 28 of the joint sleeves 24, and thus, all the transverse pipes 20 are interconnected to form a circle via sleeve-joint, and the connection portions of the transverse pipes 20 are sleeve-held by the clamping portion 28 of the joint sleeve 24. Next, the insertion portions 26 of the joint sleeves 24 are separately inserted into the openings of the support pipes 22, and thus, the support pipes 22 can support the circle formed by the transverse pipes 20. When the insertion portion 26 is being inserted into the opening of the support pipe 22, the width of the slit 32 of the insertion portion 26 will be pressed to shrink gradually, which enables the size of the opening of the clamping portion 28 to decrease; thereby, those transverse pipes 20 are tightly clamped by the clamping portions 28. Thus, the assembly of the trampoline frame structure of the present invention is completed. Next, a bouncing face is installed to the trampoline frame structure; the bouncing face is composed of multiple elastic elements 36 and a mat 38; the elastic elements 36 may be springs, and one end of each elastic element 36 is joined to the hole 34 of the transverse pipe 20, and the other end of the elastic element 36 is joined to the mat 38; thus, the mat 38 is stretched out, and the installation of the bouncing face is completed.

In summary, the trampoline frame structure of the present invention is constructed with the transverse pipes 20, the support pipes 22 and the joint sleeves 24 and free from the welding used in the conventional technology, and can be easily assembled and disassembled. Further, the trampoline frame structure of the present invention has the characteristics of easy assembly and disassembly and can be conveniently stored with less storage space occupied.

Those embodiments described above are to clarify the present invention to enable the persons skilled in the art to understand, make, and use the present invention and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any equivalent modification and variation according to the spirit of the present invention is to be included within the scope of the present invention.
