Description

The Water Conservationist invention was given a provisional patent on Sep. 15, 2005. The number given to the invention is 60717054. I am filing for a utility patent with the following submission of my invention.

The Water Conservationist invention has multiple uses to help conserve water for the environment. It is to be used in the shower to conserve water, used in the kitchen to conserve water and used outside on the patio for the conservation of water. Plus no one has to scrub any more to clean. The motor driven rotating brush with a water compartment and thirteen attachments does the scrubbing for you. It also saves the wear and tear on hands. No more dish pan hands for the housewife.

The first use for this motorized battery operated cleaning brush is for the shower. It has a water compartment consisting of a hose, a stem and actuator to control the water. It can be used to clean and massage the human body or animals. It can also be used to clean the entire shower itself. The motor driven shower invention has multiple attachments. It has three brush attachments to clean a human body or a pets body while massaging the body at the same time while washing. It has three rubber attachments to wash the hair and massage the scalp and body. I have it drawn in the FIG. 4. This attachment has magic fingers which move back and forth to scrub the scalp and to massage the muscles of the body which can be used at any speed of the battery operated rotating invention. The massager attachment will be on a separate speed to move back and forth. It will agitate like the washing machine moving back and forth to wash the hair and the scalp along with a massage for the entire body. It also has a mesh sponge, a woven sisal sponge, and a loofah. These all attach at the various times to clean the body. It rotates 30 rpm's with a tampico brush, woven sisal sponge, mesh sponge, and loofah to wash the face, neck, ears, and body. The body can also be washed at 60 rpm's which is the medium speed. This speed will use the tampico brush, woven sisal sponge, mesh sponge, and loofah on the body only or the massaging attachments. Everyone in the house is to have their own attachments to clean for sanitary reasons. These attachments can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The fourth brush which is the hardest bristles will be used to clean the complete shower. This invention attached to the shower with a three way adapter will have a hose long enough to clean the shower walls and floor. It will measure at least 17 feet long and the invention will be on the end of the hose for the convenience of cleaning the shower and to reach all areas in the shower. The inventions water flow will be controlled by the handle of the actuator which will inhibit water flow unless pressed for the water to flow. This will conserve water plus take the labor out of cleaning the shower. There is a lot of water wasted in the shower while people are washing. This invention only has water spraying when you press the actuator for water spray. While the rotating brush is washing your body there is no need to use the water. WATER IS ONLY RELEASED WHEN THE ACUATOR IS PRESSED. This will conserve water for the environment. No more laboring while showering—let the motorized attachments clean your body for you. Relax and conserve water at the same time. The brushes can also be used for massaging while cleaning the body.

The second use of this invention is to attach it to the kitchen sink like the water sprayer. This invention at 30 rpm's with a tampico brush will clean china and crystal. At 60 rpm's with a medium bristled brush it will clean plates, casseroles, and glassware. The speed of 90 rpm's with a medium hard bristled brush will clean pots and pans and hardened food on any casserole or plates. The speed of 120 rpm's is to clean the kitchen sink. The hard bristled brush is used for this job. There will be an attachment of a sponge to clean the dishes if it is of desirable use. This will conserve water while doing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen sink. There is a lot of water wasted while doing the dishes. The actuator will control the use of water because it will not spray while a person washes the dishes. Plus it will save the dry and chapped hands of the housewife. Your hands don't have to get wet. It can also be a hose screwed onto the faucet on the kitchen sink. This will conserve water and do the labor jobs at the sink. It can either be attached to the faucet or built into the sink. This battery operated motorized invention for the sink is the same as for the shower usage. The difference is it will be not attached to the shower it will either be built into the sink or attached to the kitchen faucet. The length will vary depending on where it's attached.

The third use of this invention is to clean the patio furniture automobiles, windows, and the barbecue. It is exactly like the shower battery operated brush and kitchen operated cleaning device attached to the kitchen faucet with the motor and speed control. This third use is to screw onto the hose and use the tampico brush or sponge attachments at 30 rpm's to clean the glass table tops. At 60 rpm's use the medium bristled brush in stiffness or sponge attachments to clean the plastic and painted steel furniture. Use 90 rpm's to clean the iron furniture and the barbecue using either the four different brushes or sponges. Use 120 rpm's to clean the grill of the barbecue with a hard bristled brush. It can also be used to wash the windows and car with the larger sponge or larger brush attachments. The water conservationist does exactly what the title says. It conserves water plus does the labor of the cleaner. It will save the hands of the housewife from drying out and becoming chapped from all the contact with water and the wasted water used in all of these chores in the house and outside. WATER IS ONLY USED WHEN THE ACUATOR IS PRESSED TO CONSERVE WATER.

The brushes are all designed to the different jobs. They are different in texture of the bristles. They range from tampico, the softest, to medium texture bristle, to a hard bristle, to the hardest bristle. These attachments all attach to the shaft and rotate at different speeds. These different brushes will be used with the discretion of the user. The massager is not a brush but made of rubber and has magic miracle fingers. The magic miracle fingers are made of a hard rubber and a softer rubber. They protrude from the base and do the massaging and cleaning with the movement of going back and forth. The drawings show the design and how it will function. The attachable sponges are to be used on the body and face in the shower and can also be used in the kitchen and patio jobs. The attachable loofah is for the use in the shower only.

This invention has multiple uses and will conserve water for the people. There is water wasted in the shower, kitchen and outside. This invention will do the labor for anyone and conserve water at the same time. No more dry, chapped hands for the women. The motor driven rotating brush will do all the scrubbing without very little effort on the people's part. It's their new muscle. It can even clean the car or windows outside if used for this purpose.

The water passage is very similar to the water sprayer at the kitchen sink. It has a stem and an actuator to control the amount of water. But this invention is motor driven and has different speeds to get the jobs done. It sprays any amount of water if you press the actuator. The water passage way is a separate compartment as is the motor and shaft and the soap compartment. The soap compartment dispenses the soap through a small opening that is next to the brush attachment. The water will spray out like a shower spray. It will come out of the nozzle and go around the brush, sponge, loofah, and massage attachments. It will be a controlled spray from the stem and no water will be wasted.

The dials are set at off, low, medium, medium high, high, and massage. Each dial goes a different speed ranging from 30 rpm's to 120 rpm's. The massage dial will move back and forth in ¼ of a circular motion. This will be used to wash hair and give the muscles a massage. The last speed will rotate to add to the massage.

This invention will conserve water and take the labor out of many chores. It has many uses and during the uses water will be conserved. It also can be used in a beauty salon to wash hair and massage the scalp at the same time. In the salons this exact same motor driven washing device will have the magic fingers attachment to wash the hair and massage the scalp. It will just be the massager and the rubber attachment to wash the hair moving back and forth. I think the beauty salons could use this invention and the customers would really like it. All customers will have to buy their own rubber finger attachment for sanitary reason.

There will be five different dial speeds. The low speed will rotate 30 rpm's. The medium speed will rotate 60 rpm's. The medium high speed will rotate 90 rpm's and the high speed will rotate 120 rpm's. The massager will rotate ¼ a circle moving back and forth to wash the hair and massage the scalp. There is also a off position.

The stem can be adjusted to get the water pressure to be a conserving amount. The actuator controls the water flow. When you press the handle the water will be released. It will conserve water for the environment. It will detract of the labor of the chores I have described above for the uses of this Water Conservationist.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

The Water Conservationist is a battery operated motor cleaning device with a water compartment for the shower, kitchen, and outdoor use. It has thirteen attachments and can clean the human body in the shower, the shower stall, in the kitchen it can clean dishes, pots, pans, casseroles, silver ware, china, and the kitchen sink. It can be used outside with the hose to clean patio furniture, barbecues, windows, and automobiles. In the shower it is attached to a three way adaptor and has hose seventeen feet long, in the kitchen it can be attached to the sink or the faucet with a hose six feet long, and outside it has a hose six feet long attached to the garden hose. It has a stem in the device which controls the amount of water released to the water compartment and it has an actuator in the handle that controls water flow. It will conserve water for all these chores where water is extravagantly used and was wasted. It has three massage attachments to massage the body of humans and animals. The massage can be done with showering. It has thirteen attachments four brushes, three massaging attachments, one sponge, a loafah, swivel, a scratchy base attachment, a larger brush, and elongated brush for glasses and bottles. The brushes are all different textures for the different uses and the massaging miracle fingers are for the massage or the brushes. The miracle finger attachments can also be used to wash the hair. This can be used in the bath, shower, or beauty salon. This invention originated as shower brush to clean the human body with these attachments. When I realized how much water was wasted I added the water compartment to conserve water for the environment. Water being wasted is a controversial subject and it can be conserved with this invention and do all the chores.
