Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to cans, and in particular to a safety, environment protection and wet-proof airtight can, wherein when the cover is pressed downwards, the air in the can body will release from the through hole of the recessed area so that the air in the can body reduces greatly. The object in the can do not wet. Thus, the lifetime of the object can be prolonged. Furthermore, the can body, sealing cover and upper cover are made of reusable material and is environmental protected designed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With reference to FIG. 1, the prior art can 100 has a seal cover 200. A pullable ring 300 is installed upon the seal cover 200. An upper cover 400 serves to seal the can 100 and the seal cover 200. When the pullable ring 300 is pulled, the cover 200 is torn to separate from the can 100 so as to get the object in the can 100.

In above mentioned prior art, when the upper cover 400 is uncovered, air will flow into the can 100. When the seal cover 200 is covered, the object in the can will be wetted so as to affect the quality of the object. Moreover the prior art can 100 is un-reusable. This is cost-ineffective and not match the requirement of environmental protection. Moreover the prior art can 100 is made with paper, plastics and metals which are difficult to classify.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a safety, environment protection and wet-proof airtight can, wherein when the cover is pressed downwards, the air in the can body will release from the through hole of the recessed area so that the air in the can body 1 reduces greatly. The object in the can do not wet. Thus, the lifetime of the object can be prolonged. Furthermore, the can body, sealing cover and upper cover are made of reusable material and is environmental protected designed.

The safety, environment protection and wet-proof airtight can of the present invention has the following elements.

A can body is a long round cylinder. A receiving groove is installed in the can body. An upper side of the can body is reduced to be an annular reduced portion. The connection between the annular reduced portion and the can body is formed with an annular platform. An upper end of the annular reduced portion has a recessed area. An annular seat protrudes from an inner side of the receiving groove.

A sealing cover can be embedded to the annular seat. The sealing cover has a round plate and an annular frame at an outer side of the round plate. An outer side of the annular frame has two annular flanges, one at an upper side and the other is at a lower side. The round plate is a pullable ring. A pullable strip extends from the pullable ring. Two sides of the pullable strip are recessed to be formed as two breakable lines. When the pullable ring is pulled up, the pullable strip will be driven to move upwards so as to break along the two breakable lines. A distal end of the pullable strip is not enclosed by the breakable lines and is connected to the round plate. The round plate is lower than the annular frame.

An upper cover is a round cover. The upper cover has a receiving recess capable of combining with the annular reduced portion of the can body. The connection of the upper cover and the annular reduced portion is formed with a through hole.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 shows a prior art can.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is an assembled view of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is an embodiment showing the operation of the pullable ring of the present invention.

FIG. 6 shows one embodiment of the present invention, where the round plate is separated from the sealing cover.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 6, the safety, environment protection and wet-proof airtight can of the present invention is illustrated. The can is capable of compressing and release air in the can so that the can has an opening. The can be made of environmental protection material which is wet proof, safety and is reusable. The safety, environment protection and wet-proof airtight can of the present invention has the following elements.

A can body 1 is a long round cylinder. A receiving groove 2 is installed in the can body 1. An upper side of the can body 1 is reduced to be an annular reduced portion 3. The connection between the annular reduced portion 3 and the can body 1 is formed with an annular platform 4. An upper end of the annular reduced portion 3 has a recessed area 5. An annular seat 6 protrudes from an inner side of the receiving groove 2.

A sealing cover 7 can be embedded to the annular seat 6. The sealing cover 7 has a round plate 10 and an annular frame 8 extended upwards from the round plate 10 and at an outer side of the round plate 10. An outer side of the annular frame 8 has two annular flanges 9, one at an upper side and the other is at a lower side. The round plate 10 is a pullable ring 12. A pullable strip 11 extends from the pullable ring 12. Two sides of the pullable strip 11 are recessed to be formed as two breakable lines 13. When the pullable ring 12 is pulled up, the pullable strip 11 will be driven to move upwards so as to break along the two breakable lines 13. A distal end of the pullable strip 11 is not enclosed by the breakable lines 13 and is connected to the round plate 10.

An upper cover 14 is a round cover. The upper cover 14 has a receiving recess capable of combining with the annular reduced portion 3 of the can body 1. The connection of the upper cover 1 and the annular reduced portion 3 is formed with a through hole 15.

Thereby when an object is received in the can body 1, the can body 1 is sealed by the sealing cover 7 so that the vapor will not flow into the can. When the upper cover 14 covers upon the can body 1, the through hole 15 is aligned to the recessed area 5. When the cover 14 is pressed downwards, the air in the can body 1 will release from the through hole 15 of the recessed area 5 so that the air in the can body 1 reduces greatly. When the upper cover 14 is rotated, the position of the through hole 15 is not aligned to the recessed area 5. Thereby the outer vapor is isolated. The object (such as tea, coffee, cakes, etc.) in the can do not wet. Thus, the lifetime of the object can be prolonged.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the can body 1, sealing cover 7 and upper cover 14 are made of reusable material and is environmental protected designed.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
