Description
APPLICABILITY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention relates to a design of gold foil, cigarette structure, particularly to a cigarette different from the current commercial cigarettes. The cigarette according to the invention is rolled up with a noble gold foil, the lights automatically refracted from which present the aesthetic effect of shining and glittering, and, in turn, present noble and elegant temperament of the smoker.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

People used to smoke as a hobby, especially for releasing tense. In the manufacturing process of cigarettes, for example, rolling cigarettes includes two main procedures, i.e. management and cutting, and rolling and packaging, wherein the management and cutting procedure includes moisturizing the tobacco leaves, flavoring, storing and mixing, cutting the tobacco leaves into filiform tobacco, drying, cooling, and further adding, mixing with a predetermined amount of expanded filiform tobacco, thick tobacco and aromatics in formulated ratio to make ready tobacco for rolling cigarettes. Subsequently, the ready tobacco is transferred to the line of rolling and packaging to be installed with rolling paper and filter, and packaged into finished cigarette products.

The cigarette structure of the prior art is basically composed of tobacco, filter with sponge and activated carbon, and the outer rolling paper. To establish a famous brand name, the manufacturers concern about the pattern, color and trademark on the packaging of the cigarettes, rather than caring about the outer appearance of the cigarettes which are commonly rolled with the white paper.

The precious metal “gold” has established an elegant and noble image in human. Given that the outer rolling paper of conventional cigarettes has no special pattern and color, there exists a need for enhancing the value of the cigarettes, and subsequently presenting the smokers' state.

In markets, there are alcohol products combined with gold foil. In addition to enhancing the value of the alcohol products, the gold foil, according to the relevant research and report, can be advantageous to human health. For example, some western medical reports manifested that gold foil has the function of anti-cancer, whereas some Chinese medical reports indicated that the nature of gold foil is cool, which has the function of composing and driving cold away, as well as effectively treating arthritis and asthma.

Therefore, the main object of the invention is to provide a gold foil cigarette structure, the appearance of which is full of aesthetic effect of shinning and glittering. While the ash falls after the cigarette has burned, the burning frame of the gold foil cigarettes according to the invention refracts shining and glittering lights at the time of burning, the aesthetic feeling is beyond description.

Yet another objection of the invention is to provide a gold foil cigarette structure, the outer appearance of which is full of decorative gold foil flakes and powder, thereby showing the nobility and great state of the smoker.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To achieve the above objects, the gold foil cigarette structure according to the invention is mainly composed of tobacco, filter with sponge and activated carbon, as well as the outer rolling paper, characterized in that the rolling paper is provided with gold foil on the outer layer, wherein the gold foil permits the outer appearance of the cigarette an aesthetic effect of shining and glittering, thereby showing the great state of the smoker. When the gold foil is used in cigar products, the nobility of cigars is undoubtedly increased. While all the tobacco products can be made according to the technology of the invention, the effects are the same.

The invention will be described in more details in terms of the function and feature thereof by way of preferred embodiments along with the accompanied drawings.
