Golf bag structure

This invention is directed to a device of “golf bag structure”, primarily combined a bag body, a top frame, and bottom base to store golf clubs; and characterized by: the bag body made by adequately scrolling both sides of a plastic material into a cylinder, and connect the top frame and bottom base with upper and lower cylinder openings into golf bag; furthermore arranged the attached accessories at proper location of the bag body such as pockets, tripod, shoulder strap, handle, and umbrella holder, etc. Accordingly, the golf bag structure reduce the number of parts and simplify the structure which then reduce the manufacturing process and prevent the potential mistakes or mismatching problems from assembling different parts of the traditional golf bags.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention is related to a device of “golf bag structure”, especially refer to a technique by manufacturing the plastic board which with supporting function as the bag body, then combine with top frame and bottom base to form a simplified and solid golf bag structure.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

In recent years, daily life are promoted in a large span, the so-called noble golf sports in the old days became popular in nowadays, that means more and more people are involved in this sport. The merits of golf sports are not only for physical fit, but also people can enjoy the natural environment on the golf courses. Compared with other sports, the golf is more delicate, logical, challenging, dynamic and exciting; especially when swing out a nice hit to feel the full progress of a nice movement and achievement. It became a sport for men and women, even for young people. Therefore, one of Chinese proverbs has that “refine the tools before getting the job well-done”, the must tools in golf sport is the golf clubs which with different functions to hit the ball and to finish a game, hence every golfer has to get a suitable golf bag to store various clubs;

In current market, the more popular golf bags are in soft design. Please refer to FIG. 1, the stitched golf bag body (a) attached with accessories such as outer bag (b) and tripod (c), etc. supports by shoring rods (d) at multiple sides, with top frame (e) connected with the top openings of the bag body and bottom base (f) connected with the bottom openings of bag body (a). Although golf bag made in this method has nice looking, the structure of the golf bag is complicated for assembly; furthermore, the bag body itself (a) is soft and does not have supporting ability to keep the bag standing, it rely on the shoring rods (d) to keep the bag standing which can not protect golf clubs in the bag (a) from squeezing or colliding. There is another type of golf bag replacing the shoring rods (d) with full plastic board inside the body (a), this is an extra work than the current one, there would be 2 layers of body (a)—outside and inside.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a simplified golf bag structure with simplified parts to attain the aim of decreasing assembly process and still keep the solidity.

The present invention to provide a “structure of golf bag”, primarily comprise a bag body, a top frame and bottom base, and characterized by: The bag body made by a proper thickness of flat plastic board (such as PEPPPCPVCPET, etc . . . ) which can be stitched with different material directly on it to form different pockets, connecting two sides of plastic board appropriately (by stitching directly, rivet together, etc . . . ) into cylinder shape, then combined the top and bottom openings with top frame and bottom base individually to form a golf bag. It can be further added the tripod, shoulder strap, handle, and umbrella holder, etc. on the bag by stitching or riveting.

Accordingly, due to the bag body made from plastic board, the scrolled cylinder can stand on it's own before connecting with top frame and bottom base in various methods into a golf bag, this saved manufacturing process and without worry of the length of shoring rods (or supporting board inside the body) not matching the bag body during assembling (as the height of the bag body could be altered during the pockets stitching process). This makes golf bag easier to be manufactured and also prevent the potential mistakes or mismatching problems from assembling different parts of the traditional golf bags.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below:

First of all, referring to FIGS. 23, the structure of golf bag in accordance with the present invention primarily includes a bag body 10, a top frame 20 and bottom base 30, and characterized by:

The bag body 10 made by a proper thickness of flat plastic board (such as PEPPPCPVCPET, etc . . . ) which can be stitched with different material directly on it to form different pockets, in addition, the surface of the bag body could be with various kind of print to obtain nice looking; connecting two sides of plastic board appropriately (by stitching directly, rivet together, etc . . . ) into cylinder shape; then combined the top and bottom openings with top frame 20 and bottom base 30 individually to form a golf bag. It can be further added the tripod, shoulder strap, handle, and umbrella holder, etc. on the bag by stitching or riveting.

In summary, the present invention is related to “structure of golf bag” by applying a bag body made from a proper thickness of plastic board, and combined with top frame and bottom base into a golf bag, not only simplify the parts number and structure to attain the purpose of reducing manufacturing process, but also prevent the potential mistakes or mismatching problems from assembling different parts of the traditional golf bags.

Many changes and modifications in the above-described embodiments of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof. Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intend to be limited only by the scope of the appended claim.

Claims

1. A structure of golf bag primarily comprising a bag body, a top frame, and a bottom base to store golf clubs, and characterized by: the bag body connecting two edges of the plastic board in proper way into a cylinder, then connect the top and bottom openings with top frame and bottom base respectively.

2. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein the plastic board is made from PE material.

3. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein the plastic board is made from PP material.

4. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein the plastic board is made from PC material.

5. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein the plastic board is made from PVC material.

6. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein the plastic board is made from PET material

7. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the bag body could be with various prints to attain the aim of nice looking.

8. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein stitched accessories such as tripod, shoulder strap, handle, and umbrella holder, etc. on appropriate location of bag body.

9. The structure of golf bag according to claim 1, wherein riveted accessories such as tripod, shoulder strap, handle, and umbrella holder, etc. on appropriate location of bag body.
