BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Pertains to the servicing of toilet when toilet becomes clogged due to toilet drain being full of waist. Currently there are no products on the market from saving the toilet from overflowing and running waist on to the bathroom floors.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The three piece toilet maintenance kit was designed to assist in keeping a disaster from happening in the bathroom. The general idea is to have on hand next to the toilet a pump gun that is able to avoid this disaster from happening and to have the tools also needed to fix the problem after it has happened. The pump gun can be inserted into the toilet bowl after it is obvious that the toilet drain is clogged and that the toilet is going to overflow. In seconds the pump gun can extract the excess water from the bowl preventing the bowl water and waist from overflowing onto the floor.

Then you can take the plunger and clear the drain and then reinsert the pump gun and reinsert the water back into the bowl and flushing again. Then you can clean the bowl with cleaner agent and the toilet brush.

Optional, this could also have a 4 piece container with a disinfectant spray bottle for cleaning.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

Invention was designed to have the advantage of toilet not overflowing with human waist when toilet becomes clogged

FIG. 1C

The pump gun can be inserted in toilet bowl and then pump handle pulled up on gun to create suction of water into pump gun to reduce water level in toilet bowl and keep water bowl from exceeding its water level capacity, which will save somebody the unwanted task of cleaning human waist up from bathroom floor.

FIG. 1A

After reducing water level with gun, You can use the plunger to plunge down the drain pushing the obstruction of waist down the drain. And then take pump gun and reinsert waist from gun into toilet bowl by pushing pump gun handle down.

FIG. 1B

Toilet brush can then be used to clean toilet after toilet has been flushed.

All toilet tools then can be cleaned in bucket and put back in container.

Tool Specifications

FIG. 1A

Plunger, It can be made of a soft rubber compound with female threads in top for the handle to be screwed into plunger. Handle can be made of wood, metal or nylon hard plastics with male thread screwed into plunger.

FIG. 1B

Toilet brush, it can also have plastic handle wired to plastic or hard nylon fibers to create brush

FIG. 1C

Toilet pump gun, FIG. 1I, The pump holding tank is made out of plastics or hard nylon materials, FIG. !H, Same with handle of pump and handle on container.

FIG. 1J, Suction pump plate made of rubber.

FIG. 1K, Nozzle filter screen and nozzle filter screen plate are made out of hard plastics or stainless steel metals.

FIG. 1D

Holding container, it is also made of plastics

FIGS. 1E-1F-1G are recessed holes in container designed to hold tools firmly in container and in balance.

FIG. 1M

FIG. 1C

Important features in details is the Pump gun and most important about it is it has a special two phase filter system.

The first filter is the filter plate with small round quarter inch holes, it pushes and holds the toilet paper and solid waist products away from the main nozzle filter.

Assuring that the nozzle filter only extracts liquid and not solid waist keeping nozzle filter able for rapid suction that is needed to work effectively.

The nozzle filter has half inch holes, hole sizes are optional for future testing.

Next is the design of the pump gun,

It is designed to disassemble in five easy components for cleaning purposes starting from the top down.

First the top lid unscrews from holding tank, then pump handle and suction pump plate slide out of holding tank, then handle unbolts from suction pump plate,

Then nozzle filter screen unscrews from holding tank.

Note; nozzle and nozzle filter screen and screen plate are one solid component. The bolt holding handle and suction plate can be regular bolt with washer or butterfly bolt with washer.

FIG. 1L

Nozzle shut off is designed to work the same way as a gas valve works in a gas pipe, 90 degree turn and the water nozzle is shut off so pump gun can be set back in holding container while the plunger goes to work.
