Abstract

A filter tip used by a cigarette has at least one screw-like tunnel. Adopting the above structure, under the premise of not increasing air clogging, the screw-like tunnel of the present cigarette filter increases path length of the smoke crossing the cigarette filter and enlarges adsorbing area of the cigarette filter to injurant in the smoke, so as to achieve the object of improving filtering effect of the cigarette filter of a cigarette.

Description

Field OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a filter tip of a cigarette.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A conventional filter tip is joined one end, e.g. inhalation end of a cigarette. A cigarettes filter made up of flock fiber material is wrapped in filtration encasing paper. While fog is inhaled into human body through the cigarettes filter, part of the injurant is adsorbed into the cigarettes filter, so that this reduces smokers' inhalation quantity of the injurant such as tar to some extent.

There are two kinds of structures of the conventional filter tips mostly. One is a columniform cigarettes filter which is wrapped in filtration encasing paper and there is an interface conglutinated with the cigarette at one end of the filter tip. The defect of this kind of filter tip is the axial length of the filter tip is limited by the interspaces dimension among the cigarettes filter fiber. Along with the length of cigarettes filter increasing, resistance of fog crossing the cigarettes filter will increase correspondingly. If the length of the cigarettes filter exceeds a certain length, the smoker will feel discomfortable and the quality of the cigarettes will be influenced. Another kind is the cigarettes filter which is provided with an axial via with different section shapes, such as, star shape or triangle etc, and the axial via impenetrates the cigarettes filter and directly leads to the inhalation end of the cigarette. The axial dimension of this kind of the filter tip is normally relatively long with the aim that by the structure of increasing the axial dimension of the filter tip to increase adsorbing area of the cigarettes filter to the fog to achieve filtering effect. But the defect is that the axial dimension of the filter tip is relatively long and decreasing the length of the filter tip can obviously weaken filtering function. Therefore, the conventional filter tips of cigarette have double contradictions between the axial length of the filter tip of the cigarette and the smoke resistance, as well as between the axial length of the filter tip and the filtering effect.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a filter tip of cigarette with low Smoke resistance and can improve filtering effect.

To achieve the above object, a filter tip of the present invention adopts a technical solution that there is at least one screw-ship tunnel in a cigarettes filter. Said screw-ship tunnel adds path length of fog crossing the cigarettes filter and enlarges adsorbing area of cigarettes filter to the fog. Under the centrifugal force, injurant in the fog can be more adsorbed on wall of the tunnel.

The first embodiment of the present invention is said cigarettes filter of the filter tip has at least one hole, the wall of which has screw-ship, said screw-ship can be single-headed and can also be multi-headed.

The second embodiment of the present invention is said cigarettes filter of the filter tip has at least one screw hole axially extending along the cigarettes filter.

A screw-ship tunnel of the cigarettes filter of the filter tip of the present invention may impenetrate the cigarettes filter.

A screw-ship tunnel of the cigarettes filter of the filter tip of the present invention may also not impenetrate the cigarettes filter.

A cigarettes filter of the filter tip of the present invention can has multiple screw-ship tunnels.

Adopting above structure, under the premise of not increasing air clogging, the screw-ship tunnel of the cigarettes filter of the filter tip of the present invention increases the path length of the fog crossing the cigarettes filter and enlarges adsorbing area of the cigarettes filter to injurant in the fog, so as to achieve the object of improving filtering effect of the cigarettes filter of the cigarette.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Firstly, as shown in FIG. 1, it is a cutaway view of the first embodiment of a filter tip of the present invention. Said filter tip includes cigarettes filter 1, filtration encasing paper2 and interface 3. The FIG. 1 shows that said cigarettes filter 1 has a hole 4, the wall of which has screwgrooves 5. While after fog enter the cigarettes filter 1 through the interface 3, flow with a direction apart from the interface 3 alone with the hole 4. Part of injurant in the fog is adsorbed on wall of the hole 4 and surface of the screw grooves 5. Because the extending length of the screw grooves 5 is larger than the axial dimension of the filter tip, its filtering effect is better than the filter tips of the prior art.

Secondly, as shown in FIG. 2, it is the second embodiment of a filter tip of the present invention. It can be seen form the FIG. 2, the cigarettes filter 1 has a screw hole 7 axially extending along the cigarettes filter 1. After the fog entering the cigarettes filter 1 through the interface 3, it will flow with a direction apart from the interface 3 alone with the screw hole 7. Part of injurant in the fog is adsorbed on the wall of the screw hole 7. Because the extending length of the screw hole 7 is larger than the axial dimension of the filter tip, its filtering effect is better than the filter tips of the prior art.

As shown in FIG. 3, it is the third embodiment of a filter tip of the present invention. The hole 4 with screw grooves 5 on the cigarettes filter 1 of the filter tip does not impenetrate the cigarettes filter 1. There is a obstruction barrier 6 between the hole 4 on the cigarettes filter and the interface 3. Said obstruction barrier 6 can achieve filtering effect like the filter tips of the prior art and the hole 4 connected with it with screw grooves 5 processes the second filtering, cause better filtering effect.

As shown in FIG. 4 it is the fourth embodiment of a filter tip of the present invention. It is seen from the FIG. 4, the structure of said screw-ship tunnel is the cigarettes filter 1 has four screw holes 7. The screw holes 7 axially extend along the cigarettes filter 1. After the fog entering the cigarettes filter 1 through the interface 3, it will flow with a direction apart from the interface 3 through the screw hole 7. Part of injurant in the fog is adsorbed on wall of the screw hole 7. Because the extending length of the screw hole 7 is larger than axial dimension of the filter tip, its filtering effect is better than the filter tips of the prior art.

1. A filter tip, comprising: a cigarette filter, a filtration encasing paper, an interface, wherein said cigarette filter has at least one screw-like tunnel.

2. The filter tip as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel is a hole, the wall of which has screw grooves provided on the cigarette filter.

3. The filter tip as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel is at least one screw hole on the cigarette filter, axially extending along the cigarette filter.

4. The filter tip as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel impenetrates the cigarette filter.

5. The filter tip as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel impenetrates the cigarette filter.

6. The filter tip as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel impenetrates the cigarette filter.

7. The filter tip as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel does not impenetrate the cigarette filter.

8. The filter tip as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel does not impenetrate the cigarette filter.

9. The filter tip as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said screw-like tunnel does not impenetrate the cigarette filter.

10. The filter tip as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said at least one screw-like tunnel is multiple.

11. The filter tip as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said at least one screw-like tunnel is multiple.
