Support rack for bathroom
A support rack for a bathroom includes a first support frame, a second support frame, a plurality of guide tenons, and a plurality of placement rods. Thus, the second end of each of the placement rods is inserted into the respective mounting recess of the second support frame by guidance of the respective guide tenon, so that each of the placement rods is mounted between the first support frame and the second support frame easily and rapidly, thereby facilitating a user mounting the support rack. In addition, the second end of each of the placement rods is clamped between the respective mounting recess and the respective guide tenon so that each of the placement rods is positioned rigidly and stably, thereby preventing the placement rods from detaching from the second support frame.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a support rack and, more particularly, to a support rack for a bathroom.
2. Description of the Related Art
A conventional support rack for a bathroom in accordance with the prior art shown in
In assembly, the threaded portion 16 of each of the placement rods 13 is initially screwed into the respective screw bore 14 of the first support frame 11, and the second end of each of the placement rods 13 is then inserted into the respective connecting hole 15 of the second support frame 18.
However, after the threaded portion 16 of each of the placement rods 13 is screwed into the respective screw bore 14 of the first support frame 11, the second end of each of the placement rods 13 easily falls down due to the gravity so that the second end of each of the placement rods 13 cannot be inserted into the respective connecting hole 15 of the second support frame 18 easily, thereby causing inconvenience to a user when mounting the support rack.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn accordance with the present invention, there is provided a support rack, comprising a first support frame having a plurality of screw bores, a second support frame located opposite to the first support frame and having a plurality of mounting recesses, a plurality of guide tenons each mounted in and partially protruded outward from a respective one of the mounting recesses of the second support frame, and a plurality of placement rods each mounted between the first support frame and the second support frame and each having a first end formed with a threaded portion screwed into a respective one of the screw bores of the first support frame and a second end mounted on a respective one of the guide tenons and inserted into a respective one of the mounting recesses of the second support frame.
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a support rack having a guidance effect so that the support rack is assembled easily and conveniently.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a support rack, wherein the second end of each of the placement rods is inserted into the respective mounting recess of the second support frame by guidance of the respective guide tenon, so that each of the placement rods is mounted between the first support frame and the second support frame easily and rapidly, thereby facilitating a user mounting the support rack.
A further objective of the present invention is to provide a support rack, wherein the second end of each of the placement rods is clamped between the peripheral wall of the respective mounting recess of the second support frame and the peripheral wall of the respective guide tenon so that each of the placement rods is positioned and supported rigidly and stably, thereby preventing each of the placement rods from detaching from the respective mounting recess of the second support frame.
Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Referring to the drawings and initially to
Each of the mounting recesses 32 of the second support frame 35 is substantially circular and has a side formed with a screw hole 27 having a diameter smaller than that of the respective mounting recess 32.
Each of the guide tenons 28 is substantially circular and has diameter smaller than that of the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35. Each of the guide tenons 28 has a first portion received in the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35 and a second portion protruded outward from the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35 and inserted into and closely fit in the second end of the respective placement rod 24. The first portion of each of the guide tenons 28 has a side formed with a threaded post 29 screwed into the screw hole 27 of the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35 to secure each of the guide tenons 28 to the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35. The second portion of each of the guide tenons 28 has a side formed with a chamfered section 34 to facilitate insertion of the second portion of each of the guide tenons 28 into the second end of the respective placement rod 24.
The placement rods 24 are arranged in two layer to form two article placement layers 30 as shown in
Each of the mounting rings 22 has a plurality of fixing holes 23 to attach each of the mounting rings 22 to the wall by a plurality of screw members (not shown).
In assembly, each of the guide tenons 28 is partially protruded outward from the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35, so that the second end of each of the placement rods 24 is inserted into the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35 by guidance of the respective guide tenon 28. In addition, the second end of each of the placement rods 24 is clamped between the peripheral wall of the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35 and the peripheral wall of the respective guide tenon 28 so that each of the placement rods 24 is positioned and supported rigidly and stably, thereby preventing each of the placement rods 24 from detaching from the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35.
Referring to
Accordingly, the second end of each of the placement rods 24 is inserted into the respective mounting recess 32 of the second support frame 35 by guidance of the respective guide tenon 28, so that each of the placement rods 24 is mounted between the first support frame 21 and the second support frame 35 easily and rapidly, thereby facilitating a user mounting the support rack.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
