A watch box for storing and displaying at least a watch includes a display arrangement having a watch support having a ring shape adapted for detachably holding the watch in position, a folding panel extended from the watch support, a pivot hinge pivotally connecting the folding panel with said box body to form a hidden cavity, such that the watch support is adapted to fold between a display position and an accessing position. At the display position, the watch support is pivotally folded to enclose the hidden cavity. At the accessing position, the watch support is pivotally folded to lift up for allowing the watch detaching from the watch support; and a security locker having a breakable locking loop is provided to encircle the watch support within said hidden cavity for tying up the watch with the watch support.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to jewelry container, and more particularly, relates to a watch box with simple and effective security locker for ensuring the watch box safely displaying the watch with an elegant manner. In addition, the watch box further contains a warranty compartment for exquisitely hiding the warranty paper within the box.

2. Description of Related Arts

Commonly, a luxury watch is sold in an elegant box, which, when opened, is adapted to display the watch in a box. However, when such box is closed, nobody would know whether the watch is still in the box. Undoubtedly, a lot of shoplifters and thieves would purposely utilize such disadvantages of the conventional watch box to remove the watch from the box and then close the box. Especially, in the storage area, the security personnel would find it difficult to tell which watch is stolen because the box is formally reserved in closed position. Painstakingly, they would have to reopen every box to check the watches still safe in routing practices. That is to say, when the luxury and costly watches are display for exposition, all security personnel must pay close attention to opened and closed box for preventing any undesirable accidents and theft. In other words, the watches could not be displayed within in sealed containers for better exposition. It is therefore foreseeable that a new style of opened container would be welcome among the industry.

On the other hand, all luxury watches are generally sold with a warranty as well as a certificate. Generally, such papers are well received within the container, and preferably, within a compartment in the box. It is witnessed that a plurality of watch boxes have defined separated compartments for respectively holding the watch and the certificate. Unfortunately, such certificate compartment would more or less affect the aesthetic outlook of the watch. This is due to the fact that all luxury watches are exquisitely designed and embodied as treasured jewelry. Any supplemental elements displayed close to the watch would seem redundant and unnecessary.

It is foreseeable that a delicate watch container having an integral locking structure for fittingly secure the watch in position regardless of the open/close position of the container will be highly demandable.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

A primary object of the present invention is to provide a watch box with simple and effective security locker, wherein the watch is secured within the container while being displayed for sale or exhibition purposes.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a watch box with simple and effective security locker, wherein the securing means of watch to be displayed is invisible to outside.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a watch box with simple and effective security locker, wherein the watch box further contains a warranty compartment which is delicately hidden within the box such that only authorized personnel could easily remove such certificate while simultaneously displaying the watch.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a watch box with simple and effective security locker, wherein the watch is capable of being conveniently secured into the box.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a watch box with simple and effective security locker, wherein no complicated structure or expensive elements would be required for achieving above mentioned objects.

Accordingly, to achieve above mentioned objects, the present invention provides a watch box for storing and displaying at least a watch, comprising:

a box body having a receiving compartment;

a box cover covering on said box body to enclose said receiving compartment; and

a display arrangement, which comprises:

a watch support having a ring shape adapted for detachably holding said watch in position;

a folding panel extended from said watch support;

a pivot hinge pivotally connecting said folding panel with said box body to form a hidden cavity within said receiving compartment at a position underneath said watch support, such that said watch support is adapted to fold between a display position and an accessing position, wherein at said display position, said watch support is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment to enclose said hidden cavity so as to retain said watch support within said receiving compartment for securely holding said watch in said box body, and at said accessing position, said watch support is pivotally folded to lift up from said receiving compartment for allowing said watch detaching from said watch support; and

a security locker comprising a breakable locking loop encircling said watch support within said hidden cavity for tying up said watch with said watch support so as to securely lock up said watch in said box body in a hidden manner.

These and other objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, the accompanying drawings, and the appended claims.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the watch box according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The watch box 1 is adapted for storing and displaying at least a watch, the watch box 1 comprises a box body 10 having a receiving compartment 11, a box cover 12 covering on the box body 10 to enclose the receiving compartment 11.

The watch box comprises a display arrangement 20, which comprises a watch support 21 having a ring shape adapted for detachably holding the watch in position, a folding panel 22 extended from the watch support 21, and a pivot hinge 23 pivotally connecting the folding panel 22 with the box body 10 to form a hidden cavity 24 within the receiving compartment 11 at a position underneath the watch support 21, such that the watch support 21 is adapted to fold between a display position and an accessing position, wherein at the display position, the watch support 21 is pivotally folded within the receiving compartment 11 to enclose the hidden cavity 24 so as to retain the watch support 21 within the receiving compartment 11 for securely holding the watch in the box body 10, and at the accessing position, the watch support is pivotally folded to lift up from the receiving compartment 11 for allowing the watch detaching from the watch support 21.

And more importantly, the watch box 1 further comprises a security locker 30 comprising a breakable locking loop encircling the watch support 21 within the hidden cavity 24 for tying up the watch with the watch support 21 so as to securely lock up the watch in the box body 10 in a hidden manner.

Preferably, the pivot hinge 23 comprises a hinge member 231 downwardly extended from the folding panel 22 and a hinge wall 232 which is upwardly extended from a bottom wall of the box body 10 within the receiving compartment 11 and is pivotally connected to the hinge member 231 such that the watch support 21 is substantially supported by the hinge wall 232 when the watch support is pivotally folded within the receiving compartment 11.

As shown in FIG. 2, the hinge wall 232 is a rigid elongated member longitudinally disposed within the box body 10, such that the folding panel 22 could be securely mounted onto the hinge wall 232. In other words, the watch support 21 and the folding panel 22 are integrally formed wherein the folding panel is embodied as an elongated panel and the watch support 21 is sidewardly extended from the elongated folding panel 22 in position.

Furthermore, the box body comprise a partition wall 40 upwardly extended from the bottom wall of the box body 10 at a position adjacent to the hinge wall 232 to not only conceal the hinge wall 232 within the receiving compartment 11 but also further support the watch support 21 when the watch support 21 is pivotally folded within the receiving compartment 11. According to the present invention, the partition wall 40 is disposed as a side wall of the receiving compartment 11, such that when the watch support 21 is maneuvered by a user, the internal structure of the hinge wall 232 and the hinge member 231 would be invisible to the user thus intensifying the aesthetic effect of the watch box.

Moreover, the pivot hinge 23 further comprises a retention unit 233 for retaining the watch support at the display position, wherein the retention unit 233 has a retention groove 2331 formed at a side edge of the hinge wall 232 and a retention arm 2332, having an engaging tip 2333, downwardly extended from the folding panel 22 and arranged in such a manner that when the watch support 21 is pivotally folded within the receiving compartment 11, the engaging tip 2333 of the retention arm 2332 is driven to engage with the retention groove 2331 to retain the watch support 21 in position. That is to say, in the watch accessing position, a foreign force (user' hand) would be applied onto the watch support enabling the engaging tip 2333 dislocated from the retention groove 2331 to be freely folded within the box body 10. Preferably, the retention groove 2331 is embodied as a pit indention for correspondingly mating with the engaging tip 2333. When the watch support 21 is folded, the retention arm 2332 is rotated with respect to the box body until the engaging tip 2333 fittingly snapped into the retention groove 2331 for refraining the watch support 21 from further movement.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the security locker 30 further comprises a locking ring 35 downwardly extended from the folding panel 22 at a position adjacent to the watch support 21 such that the breakable locking loop encircles the watch support 21 with the locking ring 35 for tying up the watch with the watch support 21. Since the locking ring 35 is mounted onto the folding panel 22, which is secured onto the box body 10, therefore, the breakable locking loop is capable of fastening the watch onto the folding panel by winding or inserting such locking loop through the locking ring 35. preferably, the locking ring 35 is integrally formed onto the hinge wall 232 with rigid materials, such that the locking ring 35 could be employed as supplemental elements for reinforcing the watch support 21 in position.

On the other hand, to display the watch with an elegant manner, the watch support 21 is substantially mounted to the folding panel 22 to define a bottom disposing portion below the folding panel 22 to engage with the breakable locking loop and an upper exposing portion above the folding panel 22 such that when the watch support is pivotally folded at the display position, the bottom disposing portion of the watch support is folded within the receiving compartment 11 to conceal the breakable locking loop therein. As shown in FIG. 2, the watch support 22 is laterally projected from the folding panel 22 to expend into the free space within the receiving compartment 11. As a result, the watch support 21 could be formed as a variety of shapes, such C-shape, O-shape or G-shape to respectively accommodating different styles of watches in the market.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the watch support 21 has a G-shaped cross section, forms a hidden channel 211 below an upper surface of the watch support for the breakable locking loop sliding through the hidden channel 211, such that when the watch support is pivotally folded at the display position, the hidden channel 211 is enclosed within the receiving compartment 11 to conceal the breakable locking loop therewithin. From another perspective, the hidden channel is adapted to prohibit the breakable locking loop from sliding away from the watch support 21 during repetitious routine operations. Preferably, the G-shaped watch support 21 is prepared with soft materials for prevent any undesirable scratches of the watch.

It is worth to mention that the security locker 30 further comprises a plastic zip tie fastener 36 having a locker head 361 and an elongated tail 362 which is slidably passing through the watch support 21 and slidably engaging with the locker head 361 at irreversible direction to form the breakable locking loop for tying up the watch at the watch support 21.

Finally, the box body 10 further comprises a side platform 50, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to the folding panel 22, substantially mounted within the receiving compartment 11 to form a central channel 51 between the side platform 50 and the folding panel 22 so as to receive the watch stand in the central channel 51 at the display position.

One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.

It will thus be seen that the objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. Its embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure form such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A watch box for storing and displaying at least a watch, comprising:

a box body having a receiving compartment;
a box cover covering on said box body to enclose said receiving compartment; and
a display arrangement, which comprises:
a watch support having a ring shape adapted for detachably holding said watch in position;
a folding panel extended from said watch support;
a pivot hinge pivotally connecting said folding panel with said box body to form a hidden cavity within said receiving compartment at a position underneath said watch support, such that said watch support is adapted to fold between a display position and an accessing position, wherein at said display position, said watch support is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment to enclose said hidden cavity so as to retain said watch support within said receiving compartment for securely holding said watch in said box body, and at said accessing position, said watch support is pivotally folded to lift up from said receiving compartment for allowing said watch detaching from said watch support; and
a security locker comprising a breakable locking loop encircling said watch support within said hidden cavity for tying up said watch with said watch support so as to securely lock up said watch in said box body in a hidden manner.

The watch box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said pivot hinge comprises a hinge member downwardly extended from said folding panel and a hinge wall which is upwardly extended from a bottom wall of said box body within said receiving compartment and is pivotally connected to said hinge member such that said watch support is substantially supported by said hinge wall when said watch support is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment.

The watch box, as recited in claim 2, wherein said box body comprise a partition wall upwardly extended from said bottom wall of said box body at a position adjacent to said hinge wall to not only conceal said hinge wall within said receiving compartment but also further support said watch support when said watch support is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment.

The watch box, as recited in claim 2, wherein said pivot hinge further comprises a retention unit for retaining said watch support at said display position, wherein said retention unit has a retention groove formed at a side edge of said hinge wall and a retention arm, having an engaging tip, downwardly extended from said folding panel and arranged in such a manner that when said watch support is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment, said engaging tip of said retention arm is driven to engage with said retention groove to retain said watch support in position.

The watch box, as recited in claim 3, wherein said pivot hinge further comprises a retention unit for retaining said watch support at said display position, wherein said retention unit has a retention groove formed at a side edge of said hinge wall and a retention arm, having an engaging tip, downwardly extended from said folding panel and arranged in such a manner that when said watch support is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment, said engaging tip of said retention arm is driven to engage with said retention groove to retain said watch support in position.

The watch box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said security locker further comprises a locking ring downwardly extended from said folding panel at a position adjacent to said watch support such that said breakable locking loop encircles said watch support with said locking ring for tying up said watch with said watch support.

The watch box, as recited in claim 3, wherein said security locker further comprises a locking ring downwardly extended from said folding panel at a position adjacent to said watch support such that said breakable locking loop encircles said watch support with said locking ring for tying up said watch with said watch support.

The watch box, as recited in claim 5, wherein said security locker further comprises a locking ring downwardly extended from said folding panel at a position adjacent to said watch support such that said breakable locking loop encircles said watch support with said locking ring for tying up said watch with said watch support.

The watch box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said watch support is substantially mounted to said folding panel to define a bottom disposing portion below said folding panel to engage with said breakable locking loop and an upper exposing portion above said folding panel such that when said watch support is pivotally folded at said display position, said bottom disposing portion of said watch support is folded within said receiving compartment to conceal said breakable locking loop therein.

The watch box, as recited in claim 5, wherein said watch support is substantially mounted to said folding panel to define a bottom disposing portion below said folding panel to engage with said breakable locking loop and an upper exposing portion above said folding panel such that when said watch support is pivotally folded at said display position, said bottom disposing portion of said watch support is folded within said receiving compartment to conceal said breakable locking loop therein.

The watch box, as recited in claim 8, wherein said watch support is substantially mounted to said folding panel to define a bottom disposing portion below said folding panel to engage with said breakable locking loop and an upper exposing portion above said folding panel such that when said watch support is pivotally folded at said display position, said bottom disposing portion of said watch support is folded within said receiving compartment to conceal said breakable locking loop therein.

The watch box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said security locker further comprises a plastic zip tie fastener having a locker head and an elongated tail which is slidably passing through said watch support and slidably engaging with said locker head at irreversible direction to form said breakable locking loop for tying up said watch at said watch support.

The watch box, as recited in claim 8, wherein said security locker further comprises a plastic zip tie fastener having a locker head and an elongated tail which is slidably passing through said watch support and slidably engaging with said locker head at irreversible direction to form said breakable locking loop for tying up said watch at said watch support.

14. The watch box, as recited in claim 11, wherein said security locker further comprises a plastic zip tie fastener having a locker head and an elongated tail which is slidably passing through said watch support and slidably engaging with said locker head at irreversible direction to form said breakable locking loop for tying up said watch at said watch support.

15. The watch box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, substantially mounted within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said watch stand in said central channel at said display position.

16. The watch box, as recited in claim 11, wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, substantially mounted within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said watch stand in said central channel at said display position.

17. The watch box, as recited in claim 14, wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, substantially mounted within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said watch stand in said central channel at said display position.

18. The watch box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said watch support, has a G-shaped cross section, forms a hidden channel below an upper surface of said watch support for said breakable locking loop sliding through said hidden channel, such that when said watch support is pivotally folded at said display position, said hidden channel is enclosed within said receiving compartment to conceal said breakable locking loop therewithin.

19. The watch box, as recited in claim 11, wherein said watch support, has a G-shaped cross section, forms a hidden channel below an upper surface of said watch support for said breakable locking loop sliding through said hidden channel, such that when said watch support is pivotally folded at said display position, said hidden channel is enclosed within said receiving compartment to conceal said breakable locking loop therewithin.

20. The watch box, as recited in claim 17, wherein said watch support, has a G-shaped cross section, forms a hidden channel below an upper surface of said watch support for said breakable locking loop sliding through said hidden channel, such that when said watch support is pivotally folded at said display position, said hidden channel is enclosed within said receiving compartment to conceal said breakable locking loop therewithin.
