Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a heat-insulated container; more particularly, relates to containing food in a main body to keep temperature of the food while being environment-protecting.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ARTS

A general container 4 can be a meal box, a cup, etc. to contain food. As shown in FIG. 9, take a meal box for example. The container 4 comprises a containing part 41 and a cover 42 located at a side of the container 4 to seal an opening of the containing part 41 Thus, food can be contained in the containing part 41 and be sealed in the containing part 41 with the cover.

Although the food can be kept in the container 4, the container 4 is usually made of a poly foam or a waterproof paper which is not well conformed with actual needs. Poly foam is made of polystyrene or polyvinyl chloride which is not degradable; besides, PCDD (polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins) will be produced when it is burned and may cause serious harm to human body and environment, which is so limited on usage by law. The waterproof paper prevents the disadvantages of the poly foam; yet its capabilities on heat insulation and warmth keeping is not good. When a hot food is contained in a container 4 made of the waterproof paper, human hand can be scalded once the hot food is being put in the container 4; yet the hot food will lose heat and be cooled down in a short time afterwards. Hence, the prior arts do not fulfill users'requests on actual use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the present invention is to contain food in a main body while being heat-insulated to keep temperature of the food.

To achieve the above purpose, the present invention is a heat-insulated environment-protection container, where the container comprises a main body, which is comprised of a substrate and a coating layer, and the main body has a containing part; and, an inner heat-insulating layer is foamed in the containing part by using the material of the coating layer. Accordingly, a novel heat-insulated environment-protection container is obtained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions of the preferred embodiments are provided to understand the features and the structures of the present invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which are a perspective view and a sectional view showing a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figures, the present invention is a heat-insulated environment-protection container, comprising a main body 1 and an inner heat-insulating layer, where the main body 1 is heat-insulated by the inner heat-insulating layer 2 to contain food.

The main body 1 comprises a substrate 11 and a coating layer 12 deposed on outside surface of the substrate 11. The substrate 11 is made of a waterproof paper; and the coating layer 12 is made of a low density polyethylene. The main bosy 1 comprises a containing part 13.

The inner heat-insulating layer 2 is foamed by using the material of the coating layer 12 and is deposed in the containing part 13. The inner heat-insulating layer 2 is made of a chemical-synthesized biodegradable material of a polylactic acid, a polycaprolactone or an a aliphatic compound; or a biodegradable material of a microorganism fermentation of PHA or PHB. The inner heat-insulating layer 2 comprises a plurality of bubbles 21 on inner surface of the inner heat-insulating layer 2. Thus, a novel heat-insulated environment-protection container is obtained.

Please refer to FIG. 3 through FIG. 5, which are perspective views showing a second preferred embodiment and a third preferred embodiment and a view showing a state of use of the first embodiment, according to the present invention. As shown in the present invention, when using the present invention, a meal box (as shown in FIG. 1), a cup (as shown in FIG. 3) or a Pizza box (as shown in FIG. 4) with a main body 1 can be made according to the requirement to contain food 3 in the main body 1, 1a, 1b. A print area 14 is located on outside surface of the main body 1, 1a, 1b to be printed with product description and trademark pattern.

Take the meal box for example. When using the present invention, food 3 is contained in the containing part 13 of the main body 1; and the main body 1 is covered by a cover 15 to seal the food 3 in the main body 1. By doing so, the food 3 contained in the main body 1 is heat-insulated by the inner heat-insulating layer 2. In addition, the inner heat-insulating layer 2 is made by a foaming to obtain light-weight and low cost while comprising a self-degration in nature (conformed with Taiwan's National Standard, CNS14432, Method for determination of the ultimate aerobic biodegradability and disintegration of plastic materials under controlled composting conditions—Method for Analysis of evolved carbon dioxide) to cause no harm to environment or being recycled for a degration into compost (conformed with Taiwan's National Standard, CNS146611, Method for determination of compostable plastics) to enhance economic benefits of the container.

Please refer to FIG. 6, which is a sectional view showing a fourth preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, not only an inner heat-insulating layer 2 is deposed in a containing part 13 of a main body 1, but also an outer heat-insulating layer 2a, obtained by foaming with the material of a coating layer 12, is deposed on outside surface of the main body 1; thus, the main body is biodegradable, warmth-keeping and heat-insulated. Regarding a main body 1a (as shown in FIG. 3) of a cup to contain hot drink, a temperature in the containing part 13 is kept by the inner heat-insulating layer 2 and a scald to the palm is prevented by the outer heat-insulating layer 2a.

Please refer to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, which are views showing a state of use of a fifth and a sixth preferred embodiments according to the present invention. As shown in the figures, the present invention is used to contain an ice product 31 or a fresh food 32 in a main body 1c, 1d, which means that the present invention can be used to contain food to prevent heat from transferring. When storing a hot food, the present invention prevents heat of the food from transferring out to the outside; and, when storing a cool or cold food, the present invention prevents heat of the outside from transferring in to the food.

To sum up, the present invention is a heat-insulated environment-protection container, where a containing part of a main body is heat-insulated by using an inner heat-insulating layer in the containing part when containing food to keep the temperature of the food.

The preferred embodiments herein disclosed are not intended to unnecessarily limit the scope of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the scope of the claims and the instructions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the scope of the present invention.
