CAP-LIGHT

The “cap-light” is designed to give a person a small flashlight built into the hat they are wearing. The cap-light will give a person extra, and at times, much needed light infront of them, when working on projects, or just needing more light infront of them. This will be the first time a light is manufactured into a very popular, and casual hat. Worn by millions of people around the world.

FIELD OR BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

The “cap-light” will light up an area infront of a person wearing the hat/cap, so as to see clearly in low lighted areas.

This invention will make it easy for a person to see infront of them without using their hands to hold a flashlight, light bulb, etc . . .

The ease of turning on a light, that is built in to the cap you are wearing, makes the “cap-light” a valuable tool, freeing your hands up for whatever.

SUMMARY

A baseball type hat/cap with a front visor, has always been a popular item for men and women to wear; especially in the 2000's.

Having a light built in to the front edge of the visor, (see drawing FIG. 1A), that can be turned on and off easily, will make it very convenient for a person wearing the hat/cap “cap-light”, to see better whatever they are looking at.

VIEW OF THE DRAWING

The drawing (FIG. 1A), is to represent a baseball type cap, with a front visor, and a light/lights manufactured into the front edge on the visor, an on/off button on the visor, directly behind the lights, and a compartment underneath the visor for a battery.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The “cap-light” is; any baseball type hat/cap, with a front visor, with a light or lights manufactured into the front visor pointing outward.

The light will be built into the front-edge of the visor. (see 1C of FIG. 1A of drawing)

The batteries will also be manufactured into the visor, hidden underneath the visor. (see 1D of FIG. 1A of drawing)

The hat/cap style of the “cap-light”, is one of a common baseball, hunting, golf, etc . . . , a hat/cap with a visor on the front of the cap. (see FIG. 1A of drawing)

The benefits of this invention are limitless; any person wearing the “cap-light” will have the convenience of a light at any time they may need it, freeing their hands for things such as reading, writing, working mechanically, or just needing more light in front of them, without having to use their hands to hold a light.

Claims

1. I claim that I invented the “cap-light” in May, 1992.

2. What I claim is as my invention is titled, the “cap-light”, any baseball, ball, hunting, golf, type hat/cap with a “bill” on the front as a visor, with a light/lights in or attached to the “bill”, in any way.

3. I claim the “cap-light” is designed to light up areas in front of a persons eyes, or simply whatever a person is looking at.

4. I claim as inventor, any manufacturing of a light in or on the visor, or “bill” of a baseball type hat/cap.
