A filtering nozzle for cigarette is disclosed. The filtering nozzle comprises a suction type which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet; a connection tube which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet; an insertion tubes which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet; filtering paper being independently covering the outlet of the connection tube and the insertion tube or covering the outlet of the connection tube and the insertion tube.

BACKGROUND OF THE NVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a filtering nozzle device, and in particular, a filtering nozzle which filters away the nicotine, tar material contained in cigarettes. The filtering nozzle can be repeatedly use to effectively control the nicotine and tar amount in the cigarette.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Nicotine and tar material in cigarette are harmful to smoker. Generally, one end of the cigarette is fitted with a filtering sponge to inhibit nicotine or from being sucked by the smoker. However, the filtering sponge is not effective in prevention the nicotine or tar from entering into the smoker while smoking a cigarette.

Conventional cigarette filtering nozzle is shown in FIG. 1. The nozzle comprises a tubular body and a filtering sponge stuffed at one end of the tubular body 1. One end of the tubular body allows the cigarette with the sponge end to be inserted and the other end of the tubular body is an outlet to be placed into the mouth of the smoker such that the nicotine and the tar can be filtered twice. The drawback of this conventional filtering nozzle is that the component of the filtering nozzle cannot be easily replaced and the amounts of nicotine and tar vary from cigarette to cigarette. Too much filtering of the nicotine or/and tar causes a light to mild taste of the cigarette which may not be preferred by the smoker. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a filtering nozzle for cigarette which can overcome the above drawback.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a filtering nozzle for cigarette comprising a suction type which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet; a connection tube which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet; an insertion tubes which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet; filtering paper being independently covering the outlet of the connection tube and the insertion tube or covering the outlet of the connection tube and the insertion tube; whereby the outlet of the connection tube is corresponding to the inlet of the suction tube and the outlet of the insertion tube is corresponding to the inlet of the connection tube, forming into a filtering nozzle for cigarette with at least one layer of filter paper.

Yet still another object of the present invention is to provide a filtering nozzle for cigarette, wherein the filter paper includes facial paper or paper towel with porosity.

The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.

Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

DETAILED DESCRIPTON OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, there is shown a filtering nozzle for cigarette comprising a suction tube 10, a connection tube 20, an insertion tube 30, filtering paper 40.

The suction tube 10 is a tubular body of appropriate length having two ends, the inlet 11, and the outlet 12. The outlet 11 is a flat-shaped structure which is for the mouth of the smoker.

The connection tube 20 is a tubular body of appropriate length having two ends, the inlet 21 and the outlet 22. The outlet 22 can be connected to the inlet 11 of the suction tube 10.

The insertion tube 30 is a tubular body of appropriate length having two ends, the inlet 31 and the outlet 32. The inlet 31 is for the positioning of the cigarette sponge end 51 of a cigarette. The outlet 32 can be connected to the inlet 21 of the insertion tube 20.

The filter paper 40 includes facial paper, paper towel or active carbon paper, and/or paper material with good porosity.

Filter paper 40 is enclosed within the inlets 32, 22 of the connection tube 20 and the insertion tube 30. Then, the outlet of the connection tube 12 is mounted to the inlet 11 of the suction tube 10. Next, the outlet of the insertion tube 30 is mounted to the inlet 21 of the connection tube 20. Thus, a cigarette filtering nozzle with a layer of filtering paper 40 is thus obtained.

When application, the filtering sponge 51 end of a cigarette 50 is inserted into the inlet 31 of the insertion tube 30. The smoker will smoke the cigarette 50 via the outlet 12 of the suction tube 10 and the filtering paper 40 will filter off the excessive nicotine or tar material. Upon application, the suction tube 10, the connection tube 20 and the insertion tube 30 can be detached, and the filtering paper 40 is thus replaced.

As shown in FIG. 5, the filtering paper 40 is optionally enclosed at the outlet 22 of the connection tube 20 or the inlet 21, and as shown in FIG. 4, the filtering paper 40 can be respectively enclosed at the outlet 22 of the connection tube 20 and the inlet 21, and as shown in FIG. 6, the number of the connection tube 20 can be optionally increased, and thus, the filtering paper 40 layer is increased. The more layers of filtering paper will increase filtering of nicotine or tar.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A filtering nozzle for cigarette comprising a suction type which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet;

a connection tube which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet;
an insertion tubes which is an appropriate length of tubular structure having one end being an inlet and the other end being an outlet;
filtering paper being independently covering the outlet of the connection tube and the insertion tube or covering the outlet of the connection tube and the insertion tube;
whereby the outlet of the connection tube is corresponding to the inlet of the suction tube and the outlet of the insertion tube is corresponding to the inlet of the connection tube, forming into a filtering nozzle for cigarette with at least one layer of filter paper.

2. The filtering nozzle for cigarette of claim 1, wherein the filter paper includes facial paper or paper towel with porosity.
