Un-stripping waffle slab mold
At least a wing slab are used to increase contact area and friction with RC (Reinforced Concrete) in order to link up un-stripping waffle slab mold with RC tightly. A cannular pillar and a horizontal-precision adjusting device are utilized to increase the height of the waffle slab and hold the waffle slab horizontal, and further can replace raised flooring installations.

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention generally relates to an improvement in structure of an un-stripping waffle slab mold, and more particularly relates to a loose-proof and height-altering permanent waffle slab mold.
2. Description of the Prior Art
As times change, high quality products should be made in a clear environment in many high-technology factories for its precision processing demand. In clean room, steel frame and raised flooring installations are usually utilized to enhance the structural strength.
According to the traditional method, waffle slab can be made by the following step: first, molding RC (Reinforced Concrete) into shape of wood plate; second, stripping the wood plate after grouting; then, daubing the mold with epoxy resin. But it spends time too much and may vary to each other. Another method is to provide an un-stripping waffle slab mold, one of features is to utilize SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) method to form a mold. The surface of the mold is rough but interior thereof is smooth. The mold has not to be stripped, but may be out of shape or out of mold under the pressure of solidified RC. An improvement invention is shown in
In order to solve the problems mentioned above, the present invention provides a loose-proof and height-altering permanent waffle slab mold with fastening design.
The unfastened issue of the un-stripping waffle slab mold is resolved by utilizing the wing slab. The wing slab includes at least a through hole and at least a screw element arranged in the through hole. The wing slab and screw element cooperate to increase the friction with RC, so that each mold can be bound with RC tightly.
For corresponding with various height of factory building, the present invention utilizes a height-altering cannular pillar to increase the height of the mold. In addition, raised flooring installations above the waffle slab mold can be replaced, expenses of raised flooring installations can be saved, and construction period can be reduced.
Further, the cannular pillar can include a horizontal-precision adjusting device. The horizontal-precision adjusting device, as a trimming device, is utilized to meet the high horizontal-precision demand for factory design.
Accordingly, a first cannular pillar having a base in the bottom and at least a wing slab are arranged in the fringes thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Other advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings wherein are set forth, by way of illustration and example, certain embodiments of the present invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe foregoing aspects and many of the accompanying advantages of this invention will become more readily appreciated as the same becomes better understood by reference to the following detailed description, when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein:
Referring to
Accordingly, for meeting the demand of different pedestal distance and varied floor area, the waffle slab mold 200 may be assembled in various amounts. Referring to
The third embodiment is shown in
Accordingly, one of features is the wing slab may be used to enhance the accessibly and further a screw element arranged in the wing slab can be utilized to cooperate to increase the friction with RC in order to bound with RC tightly. Besides, three horizontal-precision adjustment devices arranged on the second cannular pillar can regulate the waffle slab mold accurately. Furthermore, another feature of the invention is to increase the height of the un-stripping waffle slab mold with changing the height of the cannular pillar to replace raised flooring installations. All of the features may be used to reduce the construction period, enhance anti-vibration ability, reduce the cost, and be more exquisite than traditional mold. And the waffle slab mold presented in the invention may be cast-in-place or pre-cast.
While the invention is susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, a specific example thereof has been shown in the drawings and is herein described in detail. It should be understood, however, that the invention is not to be limited to the particular form disclosed, but to the contrary, the invention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
