Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to ball games, and in particular to an easy pop-up net for ball games, wherein the present invention can be assembled quickly and has a compact size. The first frame, second frame and third frame of the pop-up net are made of elastic material. The elasticity of the present invention makes it can be expanded easily. After use, the pop-up net can be folded quickly for storage.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Most of ball games have dedicated ball nets which have different specifications and thus one ball net of a ball game cannot be used by a ball of different ball game. Thereby the ball net is not portable, foldable and thus the storage thereof is difficult. For example, the training field of golf ball needs a great area. However the ball bet is not suitable for transfer, and storage. Furthermore, it will erode by rain.

Therefore, to make different ball games to be proceeded indoors, there is an eager demand for a novel design which can improve the inconvenience in the prior art design.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an easy pop-up net for ball games, wherein the present invention can be assembled quickly and the present invention is compact. The first frame, second frame and third frame are made of elastic material. The elasticity of the present invention makes it can be expanded easily. After use, the pop-up net can be folded quickly for storage.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides an easy pop-up net for ball games which comprises a second frame connecting a second net surface thereon; a third frame connecting a third net surface thereon; a first frame connecting a first net surface thereon; the first frame is connected between rear sides of the second and third frames; a hollow ring connected at front sides of the third frame and the second frame as an entry of a ball; a top surface connected at a top of the second frame and the third frame; a target surface installed on a central portion of the ring. The lower left side of the first net surface is connected to the right lower side of the second net surface by a cloth; and a lower right side of the first net surface is connected to the left lower side of the third net surface by a cloth.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view about the pop-up net of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the pop-up net of the present invention.

FIG. 3 shows the first folding action of the present invention.

FIG. 4 shows the second folding action of the present invention.

FIG. 5 shows the third folding action of the present invention.

FIG. 6 shows a folded pop-up net of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the easy pop-up net 1 for ball games of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A second frame 3 connects a second net surface 30 thereon.

A third frame 4 connects a third net surface 40 thereon.

A first frame 2 connects a first net surface 20 thereon. The first frame 2 is connected between a rear side of the second frame 3 and a rear side of the third frame 4.

A hollow elliptical-approximate ring 11 is connected at front sides of the third frame 4 and the second frame 3 as an entry.

A top surface 10 is connected at a top of the second frame 3 and the third frame 4. When the top surface 10 is extended, it has a cambered shape.

The lower left side of the first net surface 20 is connected to the right lower side of the second net surface 30 by a cloth 21. A lower right side of the first net surface 20 is connected to the left lower side of the third net surface 40 by a cloth 21.

A target surface 5 is installed on a central portion of the ring 11. The target surface 5 is made of plastics or cloth. The target surface 5 can suffer from the impact force of a ball.

Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, it is illustrated that when the present invention is expanded, it can stand on the ground. Advantages of the present invention are that the present invention can be assembled quickly and the present invention is compact. The first frame 2, second frame 3 and third frame 4 are made of elastic material, such as plastics, metal, carbon fiber. When elasticity of the present invention makes it can be expanded easily. After use, the pop-up net 1 can be folded for storage. When the pop-up net 1 is opened, the frames 2, 3, and 4 will eject out and expand so as to have a great area for making the pop-up net 1 steady. Thereby the present invention is made of elastic material and thus it is not easy to deform.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
