Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a dining utensil having a replaceable pattern plate, and more particularly to a dining utensil that installs different pattern plates into a containing space of the dining utensil, so that consumers (such as parents of a child) can swap the pattern plates anytime to attract children's attention and curiosity, so as to provide more fins to the dining for children.

2. Description of the Related Art

As family income grows, parents pay more attentions to their children and treat them more precious than ever. To avoid children from getting hungry, snacks including crackers and candies are available at home all the time, so that children can have snacks whenever they feel hungry. As a result, children may not be able to eat their regular meals, and ill-balanced feeding or malnutrition may occur. To let children eat as much as they need for the balanced nutrition, parents usually put up lots of efforts to encourage children to have regular meals. Even though parents try very hard, the result is usually ineffective. In order to give more fin to the dining for children, various different patterns are printed onto the dining utensils. However, the figures painted on the exterior or the interior of a dining utensil is fixed regardless of what material the dining utensil is made. The printed figures no longer attract children when such dining utensil has been used for a while, and thus reducing the children's willingness for dining.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the monotony of a prior art dining utensil, the inventor of the present invention focused on the problems and based on years of experience to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally invented a dining utensil having a replaceable pattern plate in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 2A, 2B, 3 and 3A for the dining utensil having a replaceable pattern plate according to the invention, a preferred embodiment of the invention is applied to the structure of a bowl having a main body 10, and the main body 10 includes a containing space 11 having an indention around the periphery of the main body 10, and the containing space 11 contains a plurality of pattern plates 20 with different figures, and the pattern plates 20 are stacked in the containing space 11 for facilitating consumers to store the replaced pattern plate 20 therein, prevent the pattern plates 20 from missing, and provide an easy storage. A corresponding embedding groove 111 is disposed at an open end of the containing space 11, and the embedding groove 111 is embedded with a stopper 30, and the stopper 30 has a solid body 31, and the periphery of the solid body 31 is wrapped by an elastic body 32 which is made of silicone according to this preferred embodiment, such that the elastic body 32 presses the stopper 30 to seal an open end of the containing space 11 and fix the stopper 30 into its position, and prevent water from entering therein. The stopper 30 further includes a lug 33 provided for users to pull and separate the stopper from the main body 10, when a user wants to replace the pattern plate 20 with another different pattern plate 20.

When the invention is in use, a user holds the lug 33 and pulls the stopper 30 in a direction away from the containing space 11 to separate the stopper 30 from the containing space 11 and removes the pattern plate 20 from the containing space 11. After the pattern plate 20 is replaced by another pattern plate 20, all of the pattern plates 20 are put back into the containing space 11, and a stopper 30 is used to fix the pattern plates 20 into their position. Therefore, the pattern plates in the containing space 11 can be swapped to satisfy the children's curiosity and give more funs to the dining for children.

Referring to FIG. 4 for the present invention being applied to the structure of a fork, the fork includes a main body 40, and the main body 40 includes a fork body 42 disposed at an end of the main body 40, and the main body 40 further includes a containing space 41 for containing a plurality of pattern plates 50 with different figures, and a stopper 43 is plugged at an opening of the containing space 41, such that if the stopper 43 is pulled from the containing space 41, the stopper 43 will be separated from the containing space 11, and the pattern plates 50 can be removed from the containing space 41. After a pattern plate 50 is swapped with another pattern plate 50, all of the pattern plates 50 are put back into the containing space 41, and the stopper 43 is used to fix the pattern plates 50 into their position. Therefore, the pattern plates 50 in the containing space 41 can be swapped to satisfy children's curiosity and give more funs to the dining for children.

Referring to FIGS. 5, 6, 6A and 6B, a dining utensil having a replaceable pattern plate in accordance with the present invention is applied to the structure of a dish, the structure includes a main body 60 which is a dish in this preferred embodiment, and the periphery of the main body 60 has an indented containing space 61 for containing a plurality of pattern plates 70 with different figures, and the pattern plates 70 are stacked in the containing space 61. A corresponding embedding groove 611 is disposed at an open end of the containing space 61, and a stopper 80 is plugged into the embedding groove 611. The stopper 80 includes a solid body 81, and the periphery of the solid body 81 is wrapped by an elastic body 82 which is made of silicone in this preferred embodiment. When the invention is in use, the elastic body 82 presses the stopper 80 to seal an open end of the containing space 61 and fixes the stopper 80 into its position, and thus preventing water from entering therein. Further, the stopper 80 has a lug 83, so that when a user wants to replace the pattern plates 70, the user can pull the lug 83 to separate the stopper 80 from the main body 60.

When the invention is in use, a user holds the lug 83 to pull the stopper 80 from the containing space 61 to separate the stopper 80 from the containing space 61 and removes the pattern plates 70 from the containing space 61. After a pattern plate 70 is swapped with another pattern plate 70, all of the pattern plates 70 are put back into the containing space 61 and fixed into their position by the stopper 80. Therefore, the pattern plates 70 in the containing space 61 can be swapped to satisfy children's curiosity and give more funs to the dining for children.

Referring to FIGS. 7, 7A, 7B and 8, a dining utensil having a replaceable pattern plate of the present invention is another structure applied to a bowl, and the structure has a main body 10 which is a bowl in this preferred embodiment. The main body 10 includes an indented containing space 11 disposed at the periphery of the main body 10 for containing a plurality of pattern plates 20 with different figures, and the pattern plates 20 are stacked in the containing space 11. A corresponding embedding groove 111 disposed at an open end of the containing space 11 is a groove having a screw thread on its surface, and a stopper 90 is plugged into the embedding groove 111, and the stopper 90 includes a screw thread matching with the screw thread of the embedding groove 111, and the stopper 90 includes a plastic strip 91 which is made of silicone in this embodiment for covering the periphery of the stopper 90. When the invention is in use, the plastic strip 91 presses the stopper 90 to seal an open end of the containing space 11 and fix the stopper 90 into its position, and prevent water entering therein. The stopper 90 at its surface has an indentation 92 provided for users to unscrew and loosen the stopper 90.

When the invention is in use, the stopper 90 is rotated from the containing space 11 to separate the stopper 90 from the containing space 11. After the pattern plates 20 are removed from the containing space 11 and a pattern plate 20 is swapped by another pattern plate 20, all of the pattern plates 20 are put back into the containing space 11 and fixed into their position by the stopper 90. Therefore, the pattern plates 20 in the containing space 11 can be swapped to satisfy children's curiosity and give more funs to the dining for children.

In summation of the description above, the dining utensil having a replaceable pattern plate in accordance with the present invention comes with a simple structure and a convenient function to encourage consumers to use the dining utensil. Thus, the invention definitely can overcome the shortcomings of the prior art structure and enhance the performance.

In summation of the above description, the present invention herein enhances the performance and overcomes the shortcoming of the prior art, and further complies with the patent application requirements.

While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of a preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
