Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an elastic assembly of a chair cushion, wherein the elastic assembly formed by a frame, a plate body and an elastic connecting strips can be formed as an integral body. The structure is simple and the cost is low. The elastic assembly can be assembled quickly. The elastic assembly of the present invention has wide applications. Thereby the elastic assembly is used as an elastic buffer so that the user can feel comfortable as using the present invention.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the present invention, the elastic assembly of a chair is formed by a plurality of springs which are vertically arranged within the chair pad. However the prior art is heavy and thick so that the chair is also heavy and thick. The chair is not suitable for chairs for leisure use or beach-used chairs and office chairs. Thereby there are many chairs without installing elastic assemblies.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an elastic assembly of a chair cushion, wherein the elastic assembly formed by the frame, plate body and elastic connecting strips can be formed as an integral body. The structure is simple and cost is low. The elastic assembly can be assembled quickly. The elastic assembly of the present invention has wide applications. Thereby the elastic assembly is used as an elastic buffer so that the user can feel comfortable as using the present invention.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides an elastic assembly of a chair cushion which comprises a hollowed frame, a plate body located within the hollowed frame and a plurality of elastic connecting strips connected between the frame and the plate body. One end of each elastic connecting strip is connected to the plate body and another end of the elastic connecting strip is connected to the frame. The elastic connecting strip is folded as several folds. Each bending portion of each elastic connecting strip is formed as a cambered arc without any sharp angle. The frame, plate body and plurality of elastic connecting strips are integrally formed as an elastic assembly is then assembled to a chair. The form of the chair is not confined in the present invention. All chairs installed with the elastic assembly of the present invention are also within the scope of the present invention.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an elevational view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view along line 4-4 of FIG. 2.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 1, the elastic assembly of a chair cushion of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A hollowed frame 1

A plate body 2 is located within the hollowed frame.

A plurality of elastic connecting strips 3 connected between the frame 1 and the plate body 2. One end of each elastic connecting strip 3 is connected to the plate body 2 and another end of the elastic connecting strip 3 is connected to the frame 1. The elastic connecting strip 3 is folded as several folds. Each bending portion of each elastic connecting strip 3 is formed as a cambered arc without any sharp angle.

The frame 1, plate body 2 and plurality of elastic connecting strips 3 are integrally formed as an elastic assembly is then assembled to a chair. The form of the chair is not confined in the present invention. All chairs installed with the elastic assembly of the present invention are also within the scope of the present invention.

In the present invention, the elastic assembly can be formed with a chair.

In use, a net cloth or a soft pad can be placed upon the elastic assembly. Or a soft pad is placed only upon the plate body 2. Thereby the plate body 2 is directly used as a back cushion.

The effects of the present invention will be described herein. The elastic assembly formed by the frame 1, plate body 2 and elastic connecting strips 3 can be formed as an integral body. The structure is simple and cost is low. The elastic assembly can be assembled quickly. The elastic assembly of the present invention has wide applications. Thereby the elastic assembly is used as an elastic buffer so that the user can feel comfortable as using the present invention.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
