Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a combined material designed to prevent a propagation of floor impact sound generating between floors of a building, and in particular to a soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation which is able to prevent noises generating between floors of a building (apartment or public housing complex) formed of multiple floors.

2. Description of the Background Art

As city population increases, a public housing complex such as a multiple family housing complex or apartments increases as compared to a single-family type house. In such a public housing complex, multiple families live with a wall boundary being provided between the neighboring houses. So, disputes may occur between neighbors due to noises.

In particular, among noises, vibration noises transferred from an upper stair to a down stair are most serious problems which disturb a neighbor's sleeping and personal life.

In recent years, various methods are developed so as to decrease impact sounds by using glass cotton, waste tire chips, a new floor structure with a space below the floor surface, etc. as compared to a conventional method which uses a light expandable concrete.

However, there is not disclosed a method for obtaining a soundproof effect by changing a structure of a floor material.

The method for using glass cotton or waste tire chips is not actually applied in the industry. Products having an excellent performance in an actual application are not developed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation which is able to resolve an inter-floor noise by providing a soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation which has an excellent impact sound absorption performance.

To achieve the above objects, there is provided a soundproof panel having an impact sound insulation which comprises a lower panel which is made of a porous expanded vermiculite material (consisting of silver: yellow, skin color, viscosity 0.07˜0.15; gold: light brown, viscosity 0.12˜0.18; others: mixed color, viscosity 0.1˜0.2), a hexagonal soundproof material 20 which is adhered to an upper surface of the lower panel 30 and is made of metallic materials (waste iron, waste aluminum), with hexagonal holes 21 and 22 having different sizes of 5 mm through 10 mm passing through the hexagonal soundproof material, and an upper panel 10 which is adhered to an upper surface of the hexagonal soundproof material 20 and is made of at least one polymer expandable material selected from the group consisting of expandable polystyrene (EPS), polyethylene (PE), expandable polypropylene (EPP) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).

The important components of the lower panel 30 are preferably expanded vermiculite having adiabatic property (heat conduction ratio 0.02˜0.054 kcal/m·h° C., 10 times of common sound absorption material), sound absorption property (numerous continuous pores), lightness (volume viscosity 0.07˜0.25 g/cm2), fire resistance property (fire resistance degree 1400° C., safety use temperature 1100° C.), insulation, decay resistance property, and neutral property (pH 7, easiness when being mixed with other material).

The hexagonal soundproof material 29 is preferably waste iron or waste aluminum which has low manufacture cost and has excellent inflammable property and anti-abrasion property and reliable strength.

In particular, the material of the upper panel 10 is preferably at least one polymer expandable material selected from the group consisting of expandable polystyrene (EPS), polyethylene (PE), expandable polypropylene (EPP), and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;

FIG. 1 is a cross sectional view illustrating a soundproof panel according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating a soundproof panel according to the present invention; and

FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a hexagonal soundproof material according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Expanded vermiculite, which is an important element of a lower panel, consists of chemical components of CMg, Fe3+, Al3(Al, Si)4O10(OH)2·4H2O. It is a kind of clay formed of aluminum, magnesium, silicate hydroxide of iron. The hardness of expanded vermiculite is 1˜2, and viscosity is 2.76. It is split across in a flat shape. The color of expanded vermiculite is light gray or brown and is lustrous like pearl. In addition, the expanded vermiculite well dissolves in acid solution and has strong positive ion exchange ability. Being heated, it well expands. The expanded vermiculite has numerous porous thus having good absorption ability, so that it is used as an anti-heat material and soundproof material.

In a hexagonal soundproof material 20, when noises are transferred through hexagonal holes 21 and 22 each having a size of 5 mm through 10 mm, air vibrates forward and backward, and the air behind the hexagonal soundproof material 20 is repeatedly compressed and expanded. In particular, the sizes of the 5 mm through 10 mm hexagonal holes 21 and 22 are different so as to obtain a more efficient sound absorption performance at a frequency below 1000 Hz since sound absorption ratios are different when the sizes are 5 mm and 10 mm. Since air collision resistance occurs around a resonant frequency, the level that noises are converted into heat energy is maximized, so that the sound absorption ratios are maximized.

A polymer material such as expandable polystyrene (EPS), polyethylene (PE), expandable polypropylene (EPP) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) have much more pores as compared to the conventional materials. The above pores are able to first decrease the transmission of noises.

The following test data show that even when only the hexagonal soundproof material is used, a relatively better sound absorption effect is obtained, whereas when it is used along with a soundproof panel, the sound absorption effect is maximized owing to a synergy effect between them.

As described above, the upper panel of the soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation according to the present invention is made of a polymer expandable material having a light sound absorption function. The intermediate portion of the soundproof panel is made of a hexagonal soundproof material so that the air space of the hexagonal holes absorbs sound for thereby obtaining a soundproofing effect. The lower panel of the soundproof panel is made of an expanded vermiculite material which is able to absorb heavy sounds. With the above construction, the present invention has an excellent sound absorption and soundproof effects as compared to the conventional art.

Since the soundproof panel according to the present invention is made of an expanded vermiculite material and waste metal components, fireproof and anti-abrasion effects are excellent, and economical effect is maximized.

Contraction phenomenon does not occurs, and anti-heat and anti-cold effects are excellent, and the reliability and durability of the product of the present invention are enhanced.

An adhering and sealing work is reliable irrespective of the condition of slab, so that it is possible to minimize expansion and mortar cracks.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
