One set of ball-giving device of hitting game, which is to improve the ball-giving mode of hitting game; top-side bushing is vertically inserted into base, supporting pipe with ball-supporting seat fixed at one end is imbedded and locked into top-side bushing, one induction eye is assembled inside ball-supporting seat, forced convection connecting with base is communicated with bushing and tube of supporting pipe via loop; basing on this structure combination, when induction electric eye induces position of ball, it then transmits the induced results to forced convection so as to start or turn off it, wind from forced convection device can blow ball into floating, so that player can hit ball easily.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1) Field of the Invention

This invention relates to ball-giving device of hitting game, which applies frame to support ball, tube in the frame is communicated with positioning loop of forced convection device, so that the ball-supporting seat at top of frame can induce position of ball with induction electric eye, if it induces ball, may automatically start forced convection device to produce wind to blow ball into floating, so, the floating ball is easy to hit. This device can let you hit the ball easily and promote your interest accordingly.

2) Description of the Prior Art

“Game Machine for Batting” is a game device supporting ball in fixed point so that game player can hit ball by himself; the prior art game machine is shown as FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, such game machine can be divided into fixed and elastic structure, wherein the fixed game machine 1 is comprised by base 11, top-side bushing 12, supporting rod 14 locked one end and ball-supporting seat 13, wherein ball-supporting seat 13 can be adjusted properly according to needs of player with supporting rod 14, so that ball A can be placed (refer to FIG. 1); elastic game machine 2 is comprised by base 21, top-side protruding rod 22, compression spring S covering onto top-side protruding rod 22, ball-supporting seat 23, wherein the compression spring can control the floatability of ball-supporting seat 23, height of ball A placing on ball-supporting seat 23 may change (please refer to FIG. 2 for application), so, you can hit the ball in different heights.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

1. Problem to solve:

(A) Less interest in the fixed game machine: because ball A is placed onto the fixed ball-supporting seat 13, that lacks challenge in hitting ball, you will be tired and lose interest in it.

(B) The placement of ball A may affect the hitting: because above structure is to place ball A with ball-supporting seat 13, so, it may cover part of ball A where can hinder the hitting effect.

(C) It is unsafe to apply compression spring S: because ball-supporting seat 13 and 23 are supported by the compressed elastic force of compression spring S, the ball given is changeable due to elastic floating of compression spring S, which can promote difficulty and interest of hitting, however, compression spring S may clip the player when compressing, so, it is easy to hurt the player if don't take care.

2. Solutions:

1. This invention is to improve the ball-giving mode of hitting game, which applies tube in frame to communicate with positioning loop of forced convection device so that the induction eye of ball-supporting seat can directly induce ball and then conducts the induction to forced convection device and start it, the ball will be blown into floating, the player may be easy to hit the ball.

2. Basing on induction of the induction eye, the forced convection device may start automatically, so, as long as ball is placed onto ball-supporting seat, the forced convection device can blow wind at once after induced, therefore, its operation is very convenient and quick.

3. Floating ball seems to be given by one person, moreover, such ball isn't covered by anything, so that the player can hit it easily. Therefore, structure of this device can enhance interest and recreation of such game and ensure safety in application.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

First of all, please refer to FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, this invention is composed of base 3, supporting pipe 4, induction electric eye 5 and forced convection device 6; wherein:

Top-side bushing 31 is vertically fixed into base 3, and loop 32 of tube 311 is connected inside top-side bushing 31, port 321 of loop 32 is to connect forced convection device 6.

Supporting pipe 4 is the straight pipe that top-side bushing 31 can be embedded into, and filler-shaped ball-supporting seat 41 is fixed at its top, induction electric eye 5 is also assembled at proper position inside ball-supporting seat 41, induction electric eye 5 is connected with forced convection device 6.

Basing on this structure combination, loop 32, bushing 31, tube 311,42 of supporting pipe 4 are effectively connected, so, induction electric eye 5 can induce position of ball A, then transmits the induced result to forced convection device 6 so as to start or turn off forced convection device 6; as ball A is placed on ball-supporting seat 41, electric eye 5 may start forced convection 6 at once to produce wind, this kind of wind W pass through loop 32, bushing 31, tube 311 of supporting pipe 4 to blow towards ball-supporting seat 41 so that ball A may float(refer to fig.4), its floating height can be adjusted by volume of wind W. Basing on height selection of supporting pipe 4 and proper adjustment of wind volume W, height of ball A can be adjusted accordingly, player thereby can hit the ball easily (please refer to FIG. 5 for the application).

Claims

1. One set of ball-giving device of hitting game, which is composed of base, supporting pipe, induction electric eye and forced convection device; its features are as follows:

Top-side bushing is vertically fixed into base, loop of tube is connected inside bushing, port of loop is to connect forced convection device;
Supporting pipe is the straight pipe that bushing can be embedded into, and filler-shaped ball-supporting seat is fixed at its top, induction electric eye is also assembled at proper position inside ball-supporting seat, induction electric eye is connected with forced convection device.
Basing on this structure combination, loop, bushing, tube of supporting pipe can be effectively connected, so, induction electric eye can induce position of ball, then transmit the induced result to forced convection device so as to start or turn off forced convection device; wind from forced convection device may blow ball into floating, player thereby can hit the ball easily.

2. As claimed in claim 1, it is ball-giving device of hitting game; wherein the floating height of ball can be adjusted according to volume of wind blown.

3. As claimed in claim 1, it is ball-giving device of hitting game; wherein the ball applied can be pingpong-shaped hollow ball.
