Description

Install a microchip or sensor inside a football to electronically advise officials or referees that the football has crossed the goal line.

The two methods that could be used are an underground wire or a laser bar shooting across the goal line. This will activate a green light if the ball crosses the plain of the goal line. This will automatically advise officials or referees that the football has crossed the plain of the goal line without question.

Claims

1. A method whereby an underground wire shooting across the goal line will activate a green light if the ball crosses the plain of the goal line.

2. A method whereby a laser bar shooting across the goal line will activate a green light if the ball crosses the plain of the goal line.
