Maternity suspenders

The comfortable, plush, elastisized strapping is designed to be worn under a consumers maternity top. Maternity Suspenders keep over and under the belly maternity pants/skirts from sliding down and having to be tugged back in place.

Description

The present invention relates to maternity suspenders. The product consists of strapping that is cut to a proper length and sewn to a clip, the other side is attached to adjustment rings and sewn an additional clip.

One side of the product is clipped to the front of consumers over or under the belly maternity pant/skirt, the other side is clipped to the back of pant/skirt and straps are adjusted to proper length using the adjustment rings.

As stated in Provisional Patent Application No. 60745159 received by the USPTO on Apr. 19, 2006, this products function is to prevent maternity pants/skirts from falling down and to relieve consumers from having to tug maternity pants/skirts up.

This invention allows for maternity pants/skirts to stay up without cinching against consumers pregnant belly.

Description of drawings: FIG. 1 is a front view of a single suspender. Part 1 is a suspender clip, part 2 is an adjustment ring, part 3 is elasticized strapping and part 4 is an additional clip. The first clip is sewn to the elasticized strapping, an adjustment ring is inserted into strapping and the other end of strapping is sewn into a second clip.

FIG. 2 is a side view of a single suspender. Part 1 is a suspender clip, part 2 is an adjustment ring, part 3 is elasticized strapping and part 4 is an additional suspender clip.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a suspender pair. Part 1 on each suspender is an adjustment ring, part 2 is a suspender clip and part 3 is a suspender clip.

FIG. 4 is a forward view of a person wearing the product. Part 1 is an adjustment ring, part 2 is elasticized strapping, part 3 is a suspender clip, part 4 is an adjustment ring and part 5 is a suspender clip.

Claims

1. Design is similar to conventional suspenders, with clips on each end and adjustment rings on each side, but constructed with fabric that is comfortable against the skin Maternity suspenders are made with plush, elastisized fabric and are worn under consumers maternity top.

2. This invention prevents over and under the belly maternity pants/skirts from falling down and relieves consumers from having to pull their maternity pants/skirts up, without cinching against a pregnant woman's belly.
