DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 2, a build-up fiberglass reinforced plastics barbecue grill assembly discovered by the present invention is taken a rectangle grill body as example, which is typically includes several pieces of side boards 1 made of fiberglass reinforced plastics and four frame posts 2 made of fiberglass reinforced plastics, at least two racks 3 and an insulating wall 4.

Wherein, said side board 1 is molded into an individual sheet piece with fiberglass reinforced plastics, and has two matching portions built on the right and left edges, therein said matching portion is molded into convex edge 11 (as shown in FIG. 3a).

Said frame post 2 is molded L-shaped post with fiberglass reinforced plastics, in which a reinforced rib 21 is molded on the inside corner of the L-shaped post in one time, or attached on the inside corner by securing, and has two matching portions built on the adjacent connecting edges, said matching portion is molded into a groove 22 for the convex edge 11 engaging in (as shown in FIG. 3b), within the width of the groove 22 being equal or bigger than the thickness of the side board 1. Said individual reinforced rib 21 or molded reinforced rib 21 extends two pins out from the both ends respectively, in this case, by said pin is meant a bolt 211 for securing on the rack 3.

Said rack 3 is a rigid metal frame, in this case two or more can be used, which is drilled through-holes 31 at proper positions for fitting in the bolt 211 of the reinforced rib 21.

Said insulating wall 4 is comprised of two sheet pieces made of heat-resistant material, and located on the upper portion for insulating the fiberglass reinforced plastics grill body from the gas oven.

Due to substituting the built-up individual molded fiberglass reinforced plastics components for the conventional one whole grill body in the present invention, as packing and transporting, the goods can be processed compactly in individual piece package so as to save packing and transporting space, meanwhile to improve transportation efficiency.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in combination process, first by securing each frame post 2 on the racks 3 with nuts via the through-holes 31 and fitting through bolts 211, a build-up frame is assembled, based-on constructed frame, then the side boards 1 are sequentially mounted on by matching the convex edges 11 into the faced grooves 22 of the adjacent frame posts 2 so that the frame is enhanced without any swaying, certainly said side board 1 used for blocking one side is one or more than one piece, and the different colored and shaped side board 1 can be used for constructed variant color and pattern barbecue grill support, next said insulating wall 4 is mounted on the top side to form a support for laying a roasting oven on, thereby insulating the fiberglass reinforced plastics grill body from the gas oven.

If the barbecue grill is placed against a wall, the back side can be not installed with the side boards 1 saving material and reducing weight. If necessary of improving the integrality of the goods, a back side board can be mounted on the racks 3.

Referring to FIG. 5, the build-up barbecue grill assembly provided by the present invention can integrate the frame post into the side board molded on the both edges of the side board with matching portion on the rim of the frame post 2 in one time, therein said matching portion is groove 22 (or convex edge), in combination process, just need to insert the front side board 1 into the opposite frame posts 2 integrated on the side boards 2, a barbecue grill assembly is constructed.

Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the build-up barbecue grill assembly provided by the present invention is typically comprised of three side boards 5 6 7 (or four pieces, but three in this embodiment) and a set of L-iron 8 connecting together. Wherein two side boards 5 6 are mounted on the both opposite sides used as right and left sides of the grill assembly respectively, there are two notched slots 51 61 formed on the opposite edges of the two side boards respectively at front side for embedded the third side board 7 in and securing on with the connecting pieces 8; for facilitating to engaging with said notched slots 51 61 smoothly, said third side board 7 has two notched slots 71 formed on the two sides respectively (not shown in drawing); on the other hand, at the back side, the right and left side boards 5 6 are connected by a strut 9 at least for improving the rigidness of the whole body, next said insulating wall 4 is mounted on the top side to form a support for laying a roasting oven on, thereby insulating the fiberglass reinforced plastics grill body from the gas oven.

In conclusion, the present invention integrates substitutes the built-up individual molded fiberglass reinforced plastics components for the conventional one whole grill body in the present invention, as packing and transporting, the goods can be processed compactly in individual piece package so as to save packing and transporting space, meanwhile to improve transportation efficiency.
