AUXILIARY PEDAL STRUCTURE FOR A VEHICLE TIRE
The present invention is to provide an auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire, comprises a spanning element, two vertical shafts, a pedal, two first connecting members and two second connecting members, wherein the spanning element is a metal tube with the shape like a reverse U for be spanned on the tire of vehicle. The vertical poles are pivoted with the spanning element by the first connecting members so as to abut against the outer surface of the vehicle tire, and the pedal is pivoted with the vertical poles by the second connecting members. By such arrangement, the auxiliary pedal structure can be mounted on the vehicle tire easily for the user to sit or to step onto the vehicle, and the width of the spanning element and the height of the pedal can be adjusted according to the user's requirements.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a pedal structure, and more particularly to an auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire that is spanned on the tire of vehicle for the user to stand or to sit on and it can be assembled and detached easily.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A conventional recreational vehicle or a multipurpose vehicle is usually mounted a ladder on the fixed position at the back door thereof due to the aforesaid vehicles are usually higher, so that users can climb the ladder to take or place goods on the frame of the car roof.
However, since the ladder is fixed to the back door of the vehicle, it is inconvenient for the user to take or place the goods in the front of the frame, and the ladder will influence the beauty of the vehicle, and it will also block the eyeshot when the driver look on the situation behind the vehicle. So, not every user will accept such device.
Therefore, an improved auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire has been developed, as shown in
Although the conventional auxiliary pedal structure can not only be mounted optionally on the vehicle tire for the user to sit or to step onto the vehicle, but assembled and detached easily, it still has some disadvantages describes as follows:
Firstly, the spanning element 10 consists of too many components, thus it is difficult to assemble and is high cost, and each end of spanning tube 11 with the reverse U-shaped is respectively mounted on a pipe 12 that is fixed by an elastic positioning clip 13, which is unstable.
Secondly, the maximum angle that spanning element 10 can be rotated is approximately vertical to the erect assembly 20, which is inconvenient to assemble.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention is to provide an auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire, comprises a spanning element, two vertical shafts, a pedal, two first connecting members and two second connecting members, wherein the spanning element is a metal tube with the shape like a reverse U. Each end of the metal tube is defined with a plurality of adjusting holes. A positioning hole is formed on an upper end of the vertical pole. By using the first connecting members to pivot with the adjusting hole of both ends of the spanning element, the first connecting members can be rotated at will and adjusted displacement. In a lower end of the vertical pole is defined a plurality of adjusting holes, the pedal is formed by disposing two poles in an inner side of the reverse U-shaped frame thereof, and both ends of the reverse U-shaped frame are defined with lock-holes. And the second connecting members can be pivoted with the adjusting holes of the lower ends of the vertical pole so that the second connecting member can be positioned and adjusted the height.
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide the auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire, which not only consist simple components so as to make the assembling easier and prompt, but also lower costs and better staleness.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide the auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire, wherein the maximum angle that spanning element can be rotated is approximately aligned with the vertical pole, which is convenient to assemble.
The further objective of the present invention is to provide the auxiliary pedal structure for a vehicle tire, wherein the width of the spanning element is adjustable according to the tires with different width, and the height of the pedal can be adjusted according to the requirement, which is very practical.
The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

For the above-mentioned embodiment, the present invention has some advantages describes as follows:
Firstly, the present invention consists not only of fewer components, but also lower costs, and it is positioned by locking method which is more stably and can avoid being shaking.
Secondly, when the user assembles the auxiliary pedal device on the tire A, the spanning element 40 can be rotated more than 90 degrees, which is easily assembled and very convenient.
Thirdly, the width of the spanning element 40 is adjustable according to the tires A with different widths, also the height of the pedal can be adjusted according to the user's requirement, which is very practical.
While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
