Insole
An insole including a main body having a bottom face and a top face with a configuration adapted to a curvature of a human sole. The top face has a heel section, a hollow section and a toe section. The heel section has a substantially concaved structure with a higher periphery and a lower central portion. The hollow section integrally forward extends from the heel section and has a substantially convex structure adapted to the configuration of human sole. The hollow section gradually ascends in accordance with an inner side of the human sole, whereby the insole can snugly and tenderly attach to the heel and hollow of the human sole. The bottom face is a plane face. Two sides of the bottom face upward extend to increase the contact area with the ground and enhance firmness and flexibility of the insole.
The present invention is related to an insole with both flexibility and air-permeability.
Most of the existent insoles are plane flat sheets. However, human soles are curved rather than plane, especially the hollows of the soles. Therefore, when,walking or running, the stress exerted onto the sole can be hardly uniformly distributed over the sole. Such circumstance often results in injury.
An improved insole has been developed to overcome such problem. The improved insole has an arced structure adapted to the hollow of the sole. However, with such arced structure, the stress still can be hardly evenly distributed over the sole. A further improved insole has been developed. The improved insole is made by means of injection molding and formed with such a configuration as to more snugly attach to a user's sole. Such insole can more evenly spread the pressure borne by the sole. However, when wearing a shoe with such an insole, a user will feel uncomfortable and the user's foot cannot be fully supported.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIt is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide an insole having a top face with a configuration adapted to a curvature of a human sole. The top face has a heel section, a hollow section and a toe section. The heel section has a substantially concaved structure. The hollow section integrally forward extends from the heel section and has a substantially convex structure adapted to the configuration of human sole. The hollow section gradually ascends in accordance with an inner side of the human sole, whereby the insole can snugly and tenderly attach to the heel and hollow of the human sole. Several protuberances are formed on the top face between the hollow section and the toe section for locating a user's toes. Two sides of the bottom face upward extend to increase the contact area with the ground and enhance firmness and flexibility of the insole.
According to the above object, the insole of the present invention includes a main body having a bottom face and a top face with a configuration adapted to a curvature of a human sole.

The bottom face is a plane face. Two sides of the bottom face upward extend to increase the contact area with the ground and enhance firmness and flexibility of the insole.
Several protuberances are formed on the top face between the hollow section and the toe section for locating a user's toes.

The top face 12 has a heel section 121, a hollow section 122 and a toe section 112. The heel section 121 has a shape adapted to the shape of the human heel. Basically, the heel section 121 is a concaved structure with a higher periphery and a lower central portion. The hollow section 122 forward extends from the heel section 121 and has a substantially convex structure adapted to the configuration of human sole. The hollow section 122 gradually ascends in accordance with the inner side of the human sole. Two sidewalls 123 respectively upward extend from two sides of the top face 12. The sidewalls 123 serve to attach to two sides of the human sole, whereby the insole can snugly and tenderly attach to the heel and hollow of the human sole. Accordingly, a user can comfortably wear a shoe with the insole.

Moreover, the sidewalls 123 of the top face 12 can snugly attach to two sides of the user's sole, whereby the user's sole is fully supported by the hollow section 122 without suspending. Accordingly, the user can more comfortably wear a shoe with the insole.
Furthermore, two sides of the bottom face 11 upward extend to increase the contact area with the ground. Therefore, the pressure coming from the sole of the user can be truly transmitted without being interrupted. Also, the top face 12 and the same area as the bottom face 11 so that the concentration of the stress can be avoided.
In manufacturing, the insole of the present invention can be directly integrally imbedded in the sole of a shoe. A buffer layer can be added to the top face of the insole to achieve the same effect as the aforesaid embodiment.
The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims
1. An insole comprising a main body having a bottom face and a top face with a configuration adapted to a curvature of a human sole, the top face having a heel section, a hollow section and a toe section, the heel section having a shape adapted to a shape of the human heel, that is, the heel section being a substantially concaved structure with a higher periphery and a lower central portion, the hollow section integrally forward extending from the heel section and having a substantially convex structure adapted to the configuration of human sole, the hollow section gradually ascending in accordance with an inner side of the human sole, whereby the insole can snugly and tenderly attach to the heel and hollow of the human sole, the bottom face being a plane face, two sides of the bottom face upward extending to increase the contact area with the ground and enhance firmness and flexibility of the insole.
2. The insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein several protuberances are formed on the top face between the hollow section and the toe section for locating a user's toes.
3. The insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sidewalls respectively upward extend from two sides of the top face, the sidewalls serving to snugly attach to two sides of the human sole.
4. The insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein a buffer layer is added onto the top face of the insole.
