Heel and insole combination for woman's shoe
The heel-insole combination of the invention, that is applicable to women shoes, has the particularity that the insole incorporates, corresponding to the bridge area a rigid and laminar piece, being positioned so that it is laterally shifted towards the inner edge of said insole, that is, the area where the curvature of the bridge is more curved. Said piece is a reinforcement means of the area where it is placed, allowing that the entire user foot leans completely in the insole. This provides a greater comfort and avoids possible damage to the foot. On the other side, the heel has a forward extension that exceeds the area where the rigid and laminar piece is placed. This forward extension has a depression constituting a zone of positioning and adaptation for the piece which will constitute the base of the respective woman's footwear or shoe to which the described combination is applied.
As stated in the title of this specification, the object of this invention relates to a heel and insole combination for woman's shoe whose aim is to achieve complete support for the sole of the foot on the surface of the insole of the shoe in which the heel-insole combination is applied, providing greater comfort.
PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTIONWomen's shoes normally have a piece which is secured to the base or sole with the interposition of an insole, being complemented with the corresponding heel which can be an independent element that is fixed to the sole or it can be an element that is included between the insole and the sole.
In any case, insoles consist of a material provided with a certain flexibility so that the support of the foot on it is as comfortable as possible.
However, this flexibility of the insole, which on the other hand is necessary in order to achieve the said comfort, means that the sole of the foot is not fully supported on the insole, and the lower curvature or bridge of the foot is left in the air, which very often causes discomfort and, more importantly, possible malformations of the foot, with the consequent problems and inconveniences implied by obligatory medical treatment in order to prevent or correct the corresponding damage.
Also, the heel corresponding to a woman's shoe, even in the event of being included between the insole and sole thereof, is not usually adapted to the intermediate or bridge zone of the insole, nor is it provided for a correct intercoupling or conjunction with the respective base of the corresponding sole.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONThe heel-insole combination of the invention has been conceived in order to solve the problems referred to in the previous section, for which provision has been made for the insole to incorporate a rigid laminar piece in the zone corresponding to the bridge, this piece being slightly displaced towards the inner edge of that insole, in other words, towards the zone where the curvature is greater, defining a reinforcement with sufficient rigidity in that zone.
For its part, the heel, preferably with a metallic appearance and resistance, presents a long rigid extension towards the front which, in its connection on the insole, covers the entirety of the said part of the bridge of that insole including, of course, the rigid laminar piece, this forward rigid extension of the heel performing a support function for the curved zone or bridge of the insole.
In this way, the said combination of heel and insole maintains the anatomy of the shoe itself, where the incorporation of the rigid reinforcing lamina permits the foot to be fully supported with sufficient rigidity on the insole, including the zone of curvature of the bridge, which provides greater comfort and avoids possible damage to the foot.
Finally, provision has been made for the forward extension of the heel to present in the external face of the forward part, a depression for positioning and adaptation of the corresponding edge to the base which the sole of the corresponding shoe has to form, this adaptation giving rise to an optimum aesthetic finish of the lower part of the sole of the shoe.
In order to complement the description that is going to be made and with the aim of aiding a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this specification is accompanied by a set of drawings on the basis of which the innovations and advantages of the inventive heel-insole combination will be more easily understood.
FIG. 1.—Shows a general view in exploded perspective of the heel and insole in the position of being coupled together, with the insole showing the contour of the rigid laminar piece incorporated into the bridge zone.
FIG. 2.—Shows a view in perspective of the rigid laminar piece which the insole incorporates.
FIG. 3.—Shows a view in longitudinal section of the assembled combination, including the base corresponding to the sole.
Looking at the said figures, specifically
In terms of the heel 1, it presents a forward rigid extension 5 which, when positioned on the insole 2, exceeds the zone corresponding to the bridge or zone 4, said extension 5 being provided with a depression 6 in its forward lower zone with an internal curved profile 7, said depression 6 constituting a zone of positioning and adaptation for the piece 8 which will constitute the base of the respective woman's footwear or shoe to which the described combination is applied, which, as has been said earlier, provides an optimum aesthetic appearance for the lower part or sole of the shoe, independently of the fundamental objective that is sought with the combination of heel 1 and insole 2 of the invention, this objective being to achieve support for the entire foot on the insole, specifically support for the bridge or curved part of the foot on the curved zone or bridge 4 reinforced with the rigid piece 3 which the insole 2 incorporates.
Claims
1. HEEL AND INSOLE COMBINATION FOR WOMAN'S SHOE, said heel is preferably materialized with a metallic appearance or resistance, having a forward rigid extension on which is supported and secured part of the insole itself, the latter being provided with a certain flexibility, wherein said insole incorporates, in correspondence with the curved zone or bridge thereof, a rigid laminar piece defining a means of reinforcement of that zone, in order to permit the support of the entire foot; provision having been made for the forward extension of the heel to have a length that exceeds the curved zone or bridge of the insole, this extension having, in the forward zone of its lower face, a depression for positioning and adaptation of the part corresponding to the respective piece constituting the base of the sole which is secured to the actual insole.
2. HEEL AND INSOLE COMBINATION FOR WOMAN'S SHOE, according to claim 1, wherein the rigid reinforcement piece is preferably of a metallic nature and is provided in such a way that it is shifted towards the inner edge of said respective curved zone or bridge of the insole.
