Collapsible door and window decorative article structure
A collapsible door and window decorative article structure comprises a set of counterweight boards attached to the bottoms of both lateral sides of a fan-shaped blind body. The underside of each counterweight board has a recessed groove with insert pieces symmetrically extending at both side edges. A support seat is mounted to a central hollow-out portion of the fan-shaped blind body, and a frame body of a door/window has a positioning seat with support legs and flexible guide hooks to fix to both sides of the top surface thereon respectively so that the counterweight board can be forced downward along the guide hooks, permitting the guide hooks to precisely engage with the insert pieces for location. In dismantling, the counterweight board is simply lifted upwards to detach from the positioning seat for replacement of the fan-shaped blind body, facilitating flexible and convenient dismantling and assembling of the present invention thereby.

The present invention relates to a collapsible door and window decorative article structure, comprising a set of counterweight boards attached to both lateral sides of a fan-shaped blind body wherein support legs with flexible guide hooks of a positioning seat are utilized to reciprocally engage with insert pieces of each counterweight board so that the counterweight board can be easily assembled onto or detached from the positioning seat, facilitating flexible and convenient assembling/dismantling thereof as well as preventing any damages done to the fan-shaped blind body or glue remains left on a frame body of a door/window in the dismantling process thereof.
A conventional door/window 10 (referring to
There are some drawbacks to the afore-mentioned fan-shaped blind body structure. First, the fan-shaped blind body 11 is directly fastened to the top surface of the frame body 101. To replace the fan-shaped blind body 11, the fan-shaped blind body 11 fixedly fastened to the top surface of the frame body 11 must be removed there-from by force and, as a result, will be torn out of use. Thus, the conventional fan-shaped blind body 11 cannot be flexibly assembled or dismantled. Besides, after the fan-shaped blind body 11 is dismantled, the remains of the fastening agent tend to be left on the top surface of the frame body 101, which can also cause difficulty and trouble in cleaning thereof. Second, the fan-shaped blind body 11 is collected in plaited form. In assembly, after one bottom side of the fan-shaped blind body 11 is fastened onto the top surface of the frame body 101, the other bottom side of the fan-shaped blind body 11 must be held by hands to prevent the fan-shaped blind body 11 from folding backwards in the fastening process thereof, which can cause inconvenience in the assembly thereof.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONIt is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a collapsible door and window decorative article structure, comprising a set of counterweight boards attached to both lateral sides of a fan-shaped blind body wherein support legs with flexible guide hooks of a positioning seat are utilized to reciprocally engage with insert pieces of each counterweight board so that the counterweight board can be easily detached from the positioning seat for replacement of the fan-shaped blind body to avoid any damages done to the fan-shaped blind body and the remains of fastening agent left on a door/window frame body, facilitating flexible and convenient dismantling/assembling as well as keeping the wholeness of the fan-shaped blind body thereby.
It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide a collapsible door and window decorative article structure wherein, when the fan-shaped blind body is unfolded at both lateral sides, the weight of the counterweight boards can expand and locate the blind body naturally into a fan-like form without the bottom sides of the fan-shaped blind body being held by hands for the assembling process as found in the aforementioned prior art, achieving the best state of application thereby.
