Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a vacuum dust-collecting barrel with innovatory features, and more particularly to a vacuum dust-collecting barrel which is loaded on a movable loading frame, so as to conveniently and promptly deal with waste oil or solid impurities.

2. Brief Description of the Prior Art

The inventor of the present invention has a patent application, entitled “Liquid level control device for a container of 50 gallons” and filed on Mar. 21, 2006. The liquid level control device is provided to secure to the exit of a container of 50 gallons, so as to control the liquid level in the container.

However, after being filled with waste oil or solid impurities, the container of 50 gallons is not only heavy but also hard to be moved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, an objective of the present invention is to improve the practical utility of an empty oil barrel of 50 gallons.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a vacuum dust-collecting barrel which is loaded on a movable loading frame that can be conveniently and promptly pushed or hung.

Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a vacuum dust-collecting barrel which can be quickly and firmly loaded and fastened on a movable loading frame.

Accordingly, a vacuum dust-collecting barrel is loaded on a movable loading frame in the present invention. The vacuum dust-collecting barrel is provided with a cover, a starting device (electric motor) is provided on the cover, an entrance is provided in the cover for a sucking pipe to be inserted therein, and notches are disposed in the circumference of the cover. The movable loading frame is provided with a base seat, sliding wheels are provided at the bottom of the base seat, pivotal articles are disposed on the circumference of the base seat, each pivotal article is connected with a movable piece, each movable piece is provided with a screw hole for receiving the screwing section of each hanging ring.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent in the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which

FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of the vacuum dust-collecting barrel and the movable loading frame in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the vacuum dust-collecting barrel and the movable loading frame in assembled configuration in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the vacuum dust-collecting barrel loaded on the movable loading frame in accordance with the present invention while being operated to collect dust and liquid;

FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the cover of the vacuum dust-collecting barrel being fastened by hanging rings after the vacuum dust-collecting barrel being loaded on the movable loading frame in accordance with the present invention; and,

FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the vacuum dust-collecting barrel loaded on the movable loading frame in accordance with the present invention being lifted (by a crane).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the vacuum dust-collecting barrel 1 can be loaded on the movable loading frame 2 in the present invention. The vacuum dust-collecting barrel 1 is provided with a cover 11, a starting device (electric motor) 1 la is provided on the cover 11, an entrance 12 is provided in the cover 11 for a sucking pipe 12a to be inserted therein, and notches 13 are disposed in the circumference of the cover 11. The movable loading frame 2 is provided with a base seat 21, sliding wheels 211 are provided at the bottom of the base seat 21, pivotal articles 22 are disposed on the circumference of the base seat 21, each pivotal article 22 is connected with a movable piece 23, each movable piece 23 is provided with a screw hole 231 for receiving the screwing section 241 of each hanging ring 24.

While being assembled, referring to FIG. 2, the top surface of an empty oil iron barrel of 50 gallons is removed, a cover 11 is provided to cover the top opening thereon, and the cover 11 is provided with a vacuum dust-collecting device. After the vacuum dust-collecting barrel 1 is placed on the movable loading frame 2, each movable piece 23 is set upright to register with each notch 13 of the cover 11, and then the screwing section 241 of each hanging ring 24 is penetrated through each notch 13 to screw into the screw hole 231 of each movable piece 23, so as to fasten the cover 11 and the vacuum dust-collecting barrel 1, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4.

While being operated, referring to FIG. 3, when the starting device 11a is started, the sucking pipe 12a is used to suck solid impurities (such as metal scraps, plastic grains, soy beans, dust) or liquid (waste oil or chemical solution) into the vacuum dust-collecting barrel 1 as to a certain height. The full vacuum dust-collecting barrel 1 firmly loaded on the moveable loading frame 2 can be pushed or hung to a certain place by means of the hanging rope 3 connecting the hanging rings 24 of the movable loading frame 2 with the hook 4 of a crane, as shown in FIG. 5.

While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein, and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
