Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to toolboxes, and in particular to a light reflected toolbox, which metal reflecting plates are adhered to the surface of the toolbox body, the toolbox can be found easily and rapidly at night. Furthermore, the metal light reflecting plates are lower than the surfaces of the toolbox so that the reflecting plates will not wear and thus the reflecting functions can be retained for a long time. Moreover slide stop portions are formed on the toolbox so as to have the affect of retaining the toolbox body on a surface.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Handtools are necessary for many workers, even people traveling outdoors need handtools for overcoming some difficulties. Generally, the workers need carry a plurality of handtools at a time. Thus, the handtool box is developed for receiving a plurality of handtools at one time.

However the prior art handtool boxes have simple structures, such as a cover and a receiving tank. The handtools are placed in the box irregularly. Furthermore, the handtool box has a dark outlook so that as the worker works at a dark environment, he (or she) cannot find the box or take some time to find it. All these make troublesome to workers. Thereby the outer surface of the handtool box is smooth. It is not slide stop and thus cannot be firmly positioned.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a light reflected toolbox, which metal reflecting plates are adhered to the surface of the toolbox body, the tool box can be found easily and rapidly at night. Furthermore, the metal light reflecting plates are lower than the surfaces of the toolbox so that the reflecting plates will not wear and the reflecting functions can be retained for a long time. Moreover slide stop portions are formed to have the affect of retaining the toolbox body on a surface.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a light reflected toolbox which comprises a toolbox body includes a lower box and a cover which are closeably and openably pivoted; each outer surface of the lower box and cover is formed with a groove; a middle portion of the groove being adhered with a light reflecting plate. At least one receiving spaces is formed at the container formed by the lower box and cover. Each of the left and right portions of the lower box and cover is formed with a U shape recess; and each U shape recess is adhere with an U shape metal reflecting plate. Each of left and right portions of the pivoted portion of the cover and lower box has a respective buckle; and a surface of each buckle having an arrow indication for identifying open and close state. The light emitting plate in the groove is lower than the respective surface of the toolbox.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the present invention has the following elements.

A toolbox body 1 includes a lower box 2 and a cover 3 which are closeably and openably pivoted. Each of left and right portions of the pivoted portion of the cover 3 and lower box 2 has a respective buckle 4. A middle portion of the pivoted portion has a handle 5. A surface of each buckle 4 has an arrow indication 41 for identifying open and close state. A plurality of receiving spaces 6 are formed at the container formed by the lower box 2 and cover 3, as shown in FIG. 4. The receiving spaces 6 have shapes corresponding to shapes of hand tools so that the hand tools can be firmly retained therein.

Furthermore, each outer surface of the lower box 2 and cover 3 is formed with a groove 7. The left and right portions of the groove 7 are formed with slide stop portions 8 which are formed by a plurality of strips. The other portion of the groove 7 is adhered with a metal light reflecting plate 9. An upper end of each strip is flushed with the surface of the lower box 2 or cover 3 and is higher than the metal light reflecting plate 9. Each of the left and right portions of the lower box 2 and cover 3 is formed with a U shape recess 10. Each U shape recess 10 is adhered (or buckled) with a U shape metal reflecting plate 11. Preferably, the U shape metal reflecting plate 11 is lower than the surface of the lower box 2 or the cover 3. In another example, as illustrated in FIG. 5, two ends of each U shape metal reflecting plate 11 are formed with respective hooks 111 for hooking a respective edge of the cover 3 and lower box 2 so as to from a light reflected tool box.

The affect of the present invention will be illustrated herein with referring to FIG. 6.

Since the U shape metal reflecting plates 11 and metal light reflecting plate 9 are adhered to the surface of the toolbox body 1, the toolbox can be found easily and rapidly at night.

Furthermore, the metal light reflecting plate 9 and U shape metal reflecting plates 11 are lower than the surfaces of the lower box 2 and cover 3 so that the reflecting plates will not wear so that the reflecting functions can be retained for a long time.

The slide stop portions 8 at two sides of the grooves 7 have the affect of retaining the toolbox body on a surface.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
