Table component assembly

An assembly table has a leg of a round tube, a beam, a combining unit, and wherein a table body is assembled by the upper end of the leg by using of the combining unit to combine the beam. The leg is a hollow tube. The straight positioning holes are opened at the upper end of the leg and serves to combine the combining unit. Each side of the straight positioning hole has one enhancing body. The beam is a hollow tube. The each end of the beam has a combining unit. The combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam. The combining unit has a substrate, a stud, a washer, a nut and a positioning pin. The stud and the positioning pin are fixed firmly on the substrate. The washer is looped on the stud. The nut is screwed in the stud.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to table assemblies, and in particular to a table component assembly which is capable of fast positioning the components of the table and hiding the components of combining units.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A prior art of a table component assembly is difficult not only to position table components, but also to expose combining units thereof. Therefore, the assembly table of the prior art is not so beautiful as well as unsafe. The combing perpendicularity of the leg and the beam of the prior art is usually lack of accuracy and the adjusting the combining perpendicularity takes so much time. Sometimes, the leg and the beam is incapable of being screwed tightly causing to rotating relatively thereof so as to influence the stability of the assembly table.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to assure the appearance at higher quality. Besides, all the combining units are hidden in the hollow tube of the leg and the beam. Therefore, the present invention fits the requirements of beauty and safety.

Because the combining units of the prior art of the traditional hollow tube are exposed out of the table body whiling assembling, the appearance quality of the table is reduced and the exposure causes the assembly table unsafely.

The secondary primary objective of the present invention is to assure the positioning convenience of the leg and the beam whiling assembling. By using that a unique straight positioning hole of the leg and a combining unit of the beam, the assembly table is capable of being assembled quickly, being positioned accurately, and has the function of preventing from the leg and the beam rotating relatively.

In order to reach the objectives and functions, the present invention provides the novel techniques as the followings.

An assembly table has a leg of a round tube, a beam, a combining unit, and wherein a table body is assembled by the upper end of the leg by using of the combining unit to combine the beam.

The leg is a hollow tube. Two vertical straight positioning holes are opened at the upper end of the leg. The straight positioning hole serves to combine the combining unit. The each side of the straight positioning hole has one enhancing body so as to increasing the structural strength of the table.

The beam is a hollow tube. The each end of the beam has a combining unit. The combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam.

The combining unit has a substrate, a stud, a washer, a nut and a positioning pin. The stud and the positioning pin are fixed firmly on the substrate. The washer is looped on the stud. The nut is screwed in the stud.

The combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam to form the each end side of the beam having the combining unit. The stud of the combining unit and positioning pin passes through the straight positioning hole. The positioning pin is buckled in the bottom part of the straight positioning hole. And the stud is buckled in the middle of the straight positioning hole. The nut is screwed on the stud. After the nut is screwed, the side wall of the straight positioning hole of the hollow tube of the leg is pressed firmly between the nut and washer so that the assembly of the leg and the beam is completed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 1, a table main body is assembled by four leg2 1 with round tube shapes and four beams 2. A plurality of slide stop pads 5 are placed suitably on four table beams so as to provide enough friction force for a glass plate 6. The glass plate 6 as a tabletop is free from arbitrarily movement.

Referring to FIG. 2, a table leg cover 3 is covered on the leg 1 for a purpose of improving table appearance. Besides, a table leg pad 4 is installed on the bottom of the leg 1 so that the table leg pad 4 can not only prevent from table sliding, but also from scraping a floor because the leg 1 rubs directly against the floor.

Referring to FIG. 3, a combining unit 7 is used to assemble the leg 1 and the beam 2. Two sides of each leg 1 are installed at two beams 2 and the two beams are vertical each other.

Referring to FIG. 4, the combining unit 7 has a substrate 71, a stud 72, a washer 73, a nut 74 and a positioning pin 75. The stud 72 passes through and fixed on the middle of the substrate 71. The positioning pin 75 is located on the substrate 71 directly under the stud 72. The washer 73 is looped on the stud 72 and stays closely to the substrate 71. The nut 74 is screwed into the stud 72. Between the nut 74 and the washer 73 has a gap about larger than the wall of the hollow tube body of the leg 1.

After assembling the combining unit 7, the substrate 71 of the combining unit 7 is welded directly to the two side of the hollow tube body of the beam 2. The surfaces of the substrate 71 flush the two end of the beam 2, so that only the components, such as a stud 72, a washer 73 and a positioning pin 75 are shown up. The two ends of the beam 2 have a combining unit 7 so as to be assembled to the leg 1.

The two sides which are vertical each other of the upper leg 1 have opening up straight positioning holes 11. The position of the straight positioning hole 11 is corresponding to the whole combining unit 7. Besides, each side edge of the straight positioning hole 11 has an enhancing body 8.

Referring to FIG. 5, the positioning pin 75 of the combining unit 7 is aimed firstly at the straight positioning hole 11 of the leg 1. Then the positioning pin 75 is downward vertically to the straight positioning hole 11 so as to buckle the hole 11. Both the stud 72 and the positioning pin 75 are respectively buckled to the straight positioning hole 11. By using of the limitation effect of two point movement, the leg 1 prevents from rotating relatively with the beam 2. Then the nut 74 is screwed tightly using a ratchet spanner. The tube wall of the straight positioning hole 11 of the leg 1 is pressed tightly between the nut 74 and washer 73 so that the leg 1 and the beam 2 is assembled each other firmly.

The FIG. 6 is illustrated to the relatively positions among the stud 72, the positioning pin 75 and the straight positioning hole 11. The stud 72 and the positioning pin 75 are buckled respectively to the straight positioning hole 11. The nut 74 of the stud 72 and washer 73 serves to press tightly the enhancing bodies 8 on the two tube walls of the straight positioning hole 11 of the leg 1 between the leg 1 and the beam 2. The present invention prevents that the leg 1 and the beam 2 rotating relatively causing to loose or crash thereof. And the present invention is also firmer than the prior art.

Referring to FIG. 7, after the combining unit 7 passing through the straight positioning hole 11 on the upper side of the leg 1, the beam 2 with the whole combining unit 7 is put downwards until that the positioning pin 75 is buckled to the straight positioning hole 11. Whiling both the stud 72 and the positioning pin 75 are respectively buckled to the straight positioning hole 11. By using of the limitation effect of two point movement, the leg 1 prevents from rotating relatively with the beam 2. Then the nut 74 is screwed tightly using a ratchet spanner. The tube wall of the straight positioning hole 11 of the leg 1 is pressed tightly between the nut 74 and washer 73 so that the leg 1 and the beam 2 is assembled each other firmly.

The FIG. 8 is illustrated to the cross-sectional view of the combining unit 7. After being assembled, the leg 1 and the out tube side of the beam 2 has not shown any exposure components. All components of the combining unit 7 are hidden in the leg 1 and the hollow tube of the beam 2 so that these components are not available to be seen exteriorly.

The FIG. 9 is illustrated to the relatively positions among the stud 72, the positioning pin 75 and the straight positioning hole 11. The stud 72 and the positioning pin 75 are buckled respectively to the straight positioning hole 11. The nut 74 of the stud 72 and the washer 73 serves to press tightly the enhancing bodies 8 on the two tube walls of the straight positioning hole 11 of the leg 1 between the leg 1 and the beam 2. The present invention prevents from the leg 1 and the beam 2 rotating relatively causing to loose or crash thereof. All components of the combining unit 7 are hidden in the hollow tubes of the leg 1 and the beam 2.

To sum up, the present invention facilitates not only the assembly speed fast, but also the accuracy assembly by using of the positioning principle of the positioning pin and the straight positioning hole. The present invention is the best and specific improvement for the table component assembly. Besides, all assembly components of the present invention are hidden so that the beauty and quality of the table appearance is promoted as well as the unsafe problem because of exposure the table components is resolved.

The present invention is thus described, and it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A table component assembly comprising:

a leg of a round tube;
a beam;
a combining unit; and
wherein a table body is assembled by an upper end of the leg by using of the combining unit to combine the beam.

2. The table component assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leg is a hollow tube, and the upper end has a straight positioning hole serves to combine the combining unit.

3. The table component assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the beam is a hollow tube; both ends of the beam have respectively a combining unit; and the combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam.

4. The combining unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the combining unit is assembled by a substrate, a stud, a washer, a nut and a positioning pin; the stud and the positioning pin is fixed on the substrate; the washer is looped on the stud; and the nut is screwed with the stud.

5. The combining unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the combining unit is assembled by a substrate, a stud, a washer, a nut and a positioning pin; the stud and the positioning pin is fixed on the substrate; the washer is looped on the stud; and the nut is screwed with the stud.

The combining unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam; the two ends of the beam have respectively a combining unit; the stud and the positioning pin are respectively buckled to the straight positioning hole; and the nut; the nut of the stud and the washer serves to press tightly the enhancing bodies on the two tube walls of the straight positioning hole of the leg between the leg and the beam so as to firm the table assembly.

The combining unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam; the two ends of the beam have respectively a combining unit; the stud and the positioning pin are respectively buckled to the straight positioning hole; and the nut; the nut of the stud and the washer serves to press tightly the enhancing bodies on the two tube walls of the straight positioning hole of the leg between the leg and the beam so as to firm the table assembly.

8. The combining unit as claimed in claim 4, wherein the combining unit is welded directly to the hollow tube of the beam; the two ends of the beam have respectively a combining unit; the stud and the positioning pin are respectively buckled to the straight positioning hole; and the nut; the nut of the stud and the washer serves to press tightly the enhancing bodies on the two tube walls of the straight positioning hole of the leg between the leg and the beam so as to firm the table assembly.
