Waist Carrying Case

Abstract

The invention provides a new waist carrying case, which can be fastened to a belt or a backpack to provide portability and convenience. The waist carrying case structure is mainly coupled first shell and second shell, between which concave space is to store personal belongings. When a belt with the case is put on the user, it offers immediate convenience to carry personal belongings. Besides, the first shell can also be combined with a storage case that is made of the third shell and the fourth shell, or various kinds of tools and equipment. This further provides mobility, convenience, usability and safety.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention provides a waist carrying case, especially for storing personal belongings and offering convenience in use.

2. Description of the Prior Art

For convenience, people usually would use a carrying bag or a backpack in proper size, depending on the size and amount of things to be carried, to meet practical needs when going outside.

Under certain circumstances, when only a limited number of personal items are needed, like credit cards, keys, condoms, medicine and lighters, the people would put all such small items in a wallet. However once the wallet is full, it makes the pocket stick out and does not look well. If a carrying bag is used, it may be redundant and easy to be forgotten.

Therefore, how to properly arrange personal carry-on items and avoid the use of extra backpacks and carrying bags to offer convenience and lightweight for the user when going out is the subject for which the invention is seeking solutions.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective for the invention is to provide a waist carrying case that stores personal belongings. In use, it is combined with belt. When the waist carrying case is put on the user, it provides the user with mobility, convenience, usability and safety.

Another objective for the invention is to provide a waist carrying case that can be directly combined with different kinds of tools and equipment to provide multiple functions and convenience in use.

To achieve the above objective, the waist carrying case in the invention consists of coupled first shell and second shell. Both have concave on surface. On the back of the first shell there are a fastener and a linking rod. When the first and the second shells are combined, the space in between is sufficient to store personal belongings. When the waist carrying case is coupled with a belt, it can be put on the user to provide portability and convenience.

Another embodiment for the waist carrying case in the invention is that the second shell is replace by the storage case, which is made of the third shell and the fourth shell, to provide increased privacy and security in use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer to FIG. 1 for a disassembly diagram for the waist carrying case in the invention. The diagram shows the waist carrying case is made of a first shell (1) and a second shell (2) that are coupled with each other; and

The first shell (1) and the second shell (2) are a flat board (10, 20) with two sides to form curved flanges (11, 21). Extended from the curved flange (11, 21) to the center, there are stoppers (12, 22). In this way, the surface of the first shell (1) and the second shell (2) has concave. When the two shells are coupled, the concave provides space for storing personal belongings.

Please refer to FIG. 2 (A) and (B) for the front view and the side view for the first shell (1) of the waist carrying case. It is clearly seen in Figure (A) that the front of the first shell (1) has concave space surrounded by the flat board (10), the two curved flanges (11) and the stoppers (12). As shown in FIG. 2 (B), on the back of the first shell (1) there are a fastener (13) and a linking rod (14), which make the first shell (1) similar to a belt buckle.

Please refer to FIG. 3 for an embodiment for the waist carrying case in the invention. The first shell (1) uses the linking rod (14) on its back to combine with one end of a belt (3). The user can put the belt (3) around the waist and set the fastener (13) selectively into a proper hole of the belt (3). The user can leave personal belongings like credit cards, keys, condoms, medicine and lighters in the concave space between the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), and the close the two shells. In this way, when the user puts the belt (3) on, the user also carries those personal belongings in the case. When something is needed from the case, the user can immediately pull out the second shell (2). It is convenient and effective.

Please refer to FIG. 4 for another structure of the waist carrying case (1) in the invention. It is composed of:

A first shell (1), which is formed by a flat board (10) with two curved flanges (11) and stoppers (12) on the extension of the curved flanges (11), so the surface of the first shell (1) has concave;

A storage case (4), made of the third shell (40) and the fourth shell (41) and a storage space (42) for storing personal belongings, able to insert into the first shell (1) for positioning.

Accordingly, the user can fasten the first shell (1) of the waist carrying case to a belt (3) that is put on user's waist and leave personal belongings to the storage case, which is then put in the first shell (1) for positioning. When something is needed from the case, the user directly pulls out the storage case (4) and takes the desired items. It is very convenient.

Please refer to figures from FIG. 5 to FIG. 8. The above-mentioned second shell (2) that is coupled with the first shell (1) or the storage case (4) can be replaced by other tools or equipment (5) like calculator (as shown in FIG. 5), lighter (as shown in FIG. 6), lighter (as shown in FIG. 7) and can opener 9 (as shown in FIG. 8) to satisfy the user's needs. The combination of proper tools and equipment (5) with the first shell (1) offers benefits in multiple functions and convenience.

Please refer to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10. The integrated first shell (1) can be re-manufactured and re-assembled as shown in FIG. 9. The first shell (1) consists of one independent flat board (10) and two curved flanges (11). On the side of the flat board (10) there is a shallow groove (101). At the extension of the curved flange (11), there is a positioning thin plate (111), which fits with the shallow groove (101). The assembly can be made by screw fastening as shown in FIG. 10 (A) or pivot fastening as shown in FIG. 10 (B). Either will allow the two curved flanges (11) set firmly on the two sides of the flat board (10) to complete the assembly of the first shell (1).

On the other hand, the first shell (1) of the waist carrying case in the invention is not only fastened to the belt (3) but also to a backpack in an adjustable style. Depending on the user's need, the first shell (1) can work with the second shell (2) or the storage case (4) or the tools and equipment (5). This offers flexibility, portability and convenience in a variety of applications.

In summary, the waist carrying case in the invention can achieve the expected objective and functions as well as usability and convenience through the above design. The invention has never been published and meets the requirements in innovation and progressiveness for patent application.

Claims

1. A waist carrying case is composed of:

a first shell made of curved flanges with stoppers, which has concave on surface, and a fastener and a linking rod in the back;

a second shell made of curved flanges with stoppers, which has concave on surface;

through the coupling of the first and the second shells, the concave provides space for storing personal belongings.

2. A waist carrying case is composed of:

a first shell made of curved flanges with stoppers, which has concave on surface, and a fastener and a linking rod in the back;

a storage case made of the third shell and the fourth shell, which can be set into the above first shell for positioning.

3. As described in claim 1 or claim 2 for a waist carrying case, the second shell or the storage case that is coupled with the first shell can be replaced by tools and equipment, such as calculator, lighter, flash light and can opener.

4. As described in claim 1 or claim 2 for a waist carrying case, the waist carrying case can be fastened to a backpack in an adjustable style.
