Description
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The invention relates to a method to manufacture a shoe, more particularly to connect the vamp and the outsole of a shoe.

2. Description of Related Arts

Referring to the FIG. 1, it illustrates a conventional way to manufacture a shoe, including a vamp 110, a connecting medium apparatus 120 including a plurality of holes 140, and an outsole 130. The connecting medium apparatus 120 is used to be stitched on the vamp 110 and enclose the lower portion of the vamp 110. The vamp 110 and the connecting medium apparatus 120 are placed in a mold, and then the melt rubber is poured into the mold to form the outsole 130. The holes 140 in the connecting medium apparatus 120 is filled the rubber to help connect the vamp 110 and the outsole 130. But the connecting strength is not strong enough between the vamp 110 and the outsole 130.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a solution to improve the connecting strength between the vamp 110 and the outsole 130.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

A object of the present invention is to provide method to help connect the vamp and the outsole, comprising:

a vamp, comprising a lateral vamp and a bottom vamp;

a connecting medium apparatus, comprising a first plane enclosing said lateral vamp, a second plane connected to said first plane and extending outward, a third plane connected to said second plane and extending downward, and a forth plane connected to said third plane and extending inward, wherein said second plane comprises a plurality of holes; and

    • an outsole enclosing said connecting medium apparatus and said bottom vamp, wherein a material forming said outsole fills a gap between said forth plane of said connecting medium apparatus and said bottom vamp and said holes in said second plane.

One or part or all of these and other features and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent to those skilled in this art from the following description wherein there is shown and described a preferred embodiment of this invention, simply by way of illustration of one of the modes best suited to carry out the invention. As it will be realized, the invention is capable of different embodiments, and its several details are capable of modifications in various, obvious aspects all without departing from the invention. Accordingly, the drawings and descriptions will be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 illustrates a conventional way to manufacture a shoe.

FIG. 2 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 3 illustrates the cross section of the present invention.

FIG. 4 illustrates the lateral view of the shoe

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In an embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, a shoe comprises a vamp 200 including a lateral vamp 210 and a bottom vamp 220, a connecting medium apparatus 230, and a outsole 240. The connecting medium apparatus 230 includes 4 planes. The first plane 231 is used to be stitched on the lower portion of the lateral vamp 210 to enclose the vamp 200. The second plane 232 is connected to the first plane 231 and extends outward. There are a plurality of holes 235 in the second plane 232. The third plane 233 in connected to the second plane 232 and extends downward. The first plane 231 and the third plane 233 are parallel to each other, and are connected by the second plane 232. The forth plane 234 is connected to the third plane 233 and extends inward. The forth plane comprises a plurality of saw-toothed objects, and are parallel to the second plane 232. There is a gap between the bottom vamp 220 and the forth plane 234.

The vamp 200 and the connecting medium apparatus 230 are placed in a mold (not shown). A material, such as rubber, is meld and poured into the mold to form the outsole 240. The material is filled the holes in the second plane and the gap between the bottom vamp 220 and the forth plane 234 to help connect the outsole 240 and the vamp 200.

Referring to FIG. 3, it is the cross section diagram of the shoe. The forth plane 234 is not in the same cross section plane as the other planes. It is shown to help understand the structure. The second plane 232 is not shown because it is a hole in the cross section. Referring to FIG. 4, it is the lateral view of the shoe.

One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.

The foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. It is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise form or to exemplary embodiments disclosed. Accordingly, the foregoing description should be regarded as illustrative rather than restrictive. Obviously, many modifications and variations will be apparent to practitioners skilled in this art. The embodiments are chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and its best mode practical application, thereby to enable persons skilled in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use or implementation contemplated. It is intended that the scope of the invention be defined by the claims appended hereto and their equivalents in which all terms are meant in their broadest reasonable sense unless otherwise indicated. It should be appreciated that variations may be made in the embodiments described by persons skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims. Moreover, no element and component in the present disclosure is intended to be dedicated to the public regardless of whether the element or component is explicitly recited in the following claims.
