The opening 20 is an entrance opened so as to receive the upper body of the human and is designed to in a hollow container shape using the same material as the body 10. It is separately fabricated and then is assembled for easier fabrication.
A sealing member is provided at the end so as to open or close the opening 20, so that the inner of the body 10 is sealed in a state that the upper body is received. The above construction will be provided in detail later with reference to
As shown therein, an engagement member 16 having a step part 16a is installed at the end of the support member 12 fixed at the corners of the body 10. A fixing clip 18 is detachably installed at the step part 16a of the engagement member 16 with the fixing clip having one opened side and having a certain tension, so that the support member 12 fixed at the corners of the body 10 is prevented from separation. Here, the engagement member 16 installed at the end of the support member 12 is integrally fixed while the support member 12 is fabricated.
As shown therein, the support member 12 is separately fabricated and is foldable with respect to the rotation plates 32 and 32′ rotating at certain equal angles by the stop groove 32a and the stop pin 32a′ by installing the engaging plate 30 at the opposite ends or in connection with a hinge H as an axis.
As shown in
The hinge H is disposed together with an elastic spring S and is installed with the rotation plates 32 and 32′ being closely contacted and being engaged with the ends of the hinge H for thereby defining a C shape. Here, a plurality of stop grooves 32a pass through the rotation plate 32 so that certain equal angles are maintained with respect to the hinge H. The stop pin 32a′ is protruded from the rotation plate 32′. After the intervals between the rotation plates 32 and 32′ are maintained by pressing the hinge H, the rotation member 12 is rotated, and the stop pin 32a′ is engaged at the stop groove 32a for thereby fixing the position.
The support member 12 is rotated with respect to the engagement pipe 30 or the hinge H and is easily folded based on the rotation plates 32 and 32′ fixed by the stop groove 32a and the stop pin 32a, so that the installation and uninstallation of the upper body tent structure are easy, and the entire volume decreases, and the carry and storage are easy.
As shown therein, the zipper 40 is installed in a horizontal direction or in a streamline shape near the anti-insect net 14 of the body 10. As shown in
At this time, as shown in
As shown therein, in the sealing member, the elastic member 50 such as rubber may be disposed at the end of the opening 20 or the fixing band 52 is disposed together with the fixing member 52a.
When using the upper body tent structure according to the present invention, the body 10 is exploded, and the support members 12 are pressurized downwards and are fixed through the engagement pipe 30 or the rotation plates 32 and 32′, so that the body 10 is formed in a hollow semi-spherical shape. In this state, the body 10 is lifted, and the ends of the opening 20 are tightened like wearing the upper clothes, so that the wearing of the upper body tent is finished. Thereafter, the user takes a rest or a sleep, leaning against the rocks, slope or rock gap.
In addition, while the user takes a rest or a sleep in the tent, the user feels thirst or needs a certain item arranged outside the tent, and the user drinks the beverage by opening the zipper 40. When the user stops resting or sleeping or wants to move or return home, it is needed to uninstall the tent in the reverse sequence of the installation. Therefore, the installation of the upper body tent is performed by separating and folding only the support members 12.
The installation and uninstallation of the upper body tent are fast performed, and the carry and storage are easy, and it is possible to take a rest or a sleep leaning against the ground or the rocks as shown in
As shown therein, the bottom shapes of the body 10 may be rectangular shape, trapezoid shape, or hexagonal shape.
The bottom surface of the body 10 according to the present invention may be formed in a rectangular shape, a trapezoid shape or a hexagonal shape, but the trapezoid shape is preferred based on the workability and convenience of the use. At this time, the trapezoid shape bottom surface of the body 10 has a high application degree when taking a rest or a sleep in a state that the user extends arms.
As shown therein, there is provided a semi-spherical shadow ply 60 which receives the upper side of the body 10 and has a lower side opened. The shadow ply 60 is made of the same material as the body 10 and is coated with a certain material having an ultraviolet ray prevention function and water resistance function in the same arc shape as the upper shape of the body 10. The shadow ply 60 is fixed at the corners of the body 10 by an engaging member J such as a snap button, a magic tape, etc. With the shadow ply 60, it is possible to prevent the input of sunshine and rain by installing the shadow ply 60 at the upper side of the body 10 when taking a rest or a sleep in a place where does not have any shadows, so that the user can take a rest or a sleep.
As shown therein, there is provided a sub-ply 70 having a close contact protrusion 70a at the lower surface near the bottom surface of the body 10. Here, the sub-ply 70 is made in the same shape as the bottom surface of the body 10 and is provided with a certain engagement member J such as a snap button or a magic tape at the corners. The sub-ply 70 is detachable through the engagement member J near the bottom surface of the body 10. The close contact protrusion 70a is provided at the lower surface of the same. The close contact protrusion 70a is formed so as to prevent slide by coating a certain material such as rubber having smooth and close contact property. With the above construction, it is possible to prevent any movement by the close contact protrusion 70a of the sub-ply 70 for thereby enhancing a stability when taking a rest or a sleep leaning against the rocks or rock gaps in a state that the upper body tent is worn.
At this time, the sub-ply 70 is positioned at the bottom surface of the body 10, and the lower surface of the same contacts with the ground or the rocks. So, it is needed to fabricate the same with a substantially rigid material. The surface of the same is coated with a water resistance material so as to prevent water from being inputted.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITYAs described above, in the present invention, the upper body tent structure according to the present invention is fabricated in a compact size structure so as to partially receive the upper body of a human by improving the conventional tent structure.
