BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a flexible composite structure, and more particularly to a composite structure with a multi-purpose function and made of special plates.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98

When the children or pets play in a closed environment, parents often erect a playroom or fence with wooden plates, or purchase commercially available composite playrooms or fences that require assembly. However, either the former ones or latter ones present a fixed structure, which requires a fixed space without greater expandability, leading to insufficient assembly functions and poor flexibility.

Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve efficacy.

To this end, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention offers a flexible composite structure, which comprises the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20. The first composite board 10 is folded internally from both sides, forming two opposite coupling joints 11. The second composite board 20, being half the height of the first composite board 10, is folded internally from an upper side, forming a coupling joint 21. Referring to FIG. 3, the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20 form an enclosed fence structure (shown in FIG. 4) by a joining coupling joint 11, 21. So, the combined structure is enabled to be assembled and removed quickly and easily when the children or pets play in a fixed space. By joining coupling joints 11, 21 of the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20, various fence structures could be tailor-made and assembled to achieve multiple purposes.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1 and 2 depict preferred embodiments of composite structure of the present invention, which comprises at least a first composite board 10 and a second composite board 20.

The structural features include the first composite board 10 being folded internally from both sides, forming two opposite coupling joints 11.

The second composite board 20, being half of the height of the first composite board 10, is folded internally from an upper side, forming a coupling joint 21.

Referring to FIG. 3, the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20 are assembled into an enclosed fence structure (shown in FIG. 4) with the mating of coupling joints 11, 21. So, the combined structure is enabled to be assembled and removed quickly and easily when the children or pets play in a fixed space. By joining coupling joints 11, 21 of the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20, various fence structures could be tailor-made to achieve multiple purposes.

Referring to FIG. 4, the fence structure formed by first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20 could be provided with a base plate 30, which may accommodate the rubbish or excreta of children or pets.

Referring to FIG. 5, the first composite board 10 or the second composite board 20 could be linked or extended by a connector 40. The connector 40 protrudes from both sides of the connection face 41, and the connection faces 41 are folded internally from both sides, forming two opposite coupling joints 42 for the first composite board 10 or the second composite board 20 (shown in FIG. 6). Thus, if the first composite board 10 or the second composite board 20 is mounted onto the central connection face 41, the fence structure could be comparted for higher flexibility.

Referring to FIG. 7, the connector 40 is used to expand the fence structure, or a base plate 30 is provided at the bottom.

Referring to FIG. 8, the fence structure formed by the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20 could be internally provided with a vessel 50. Some through-holes 51 are arranged around the vessel 50, while fixed portions 12, 22 for fixation of through-hole 51 protrudes from the top flange of the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20. Then, a pressing component 60 with several spaced trepan borings 61 are placed around the vessel 50, such that the fixed portions 12, 22 could pass through the trepan boring 61. Finally, a sleeve 70 is sleeved onto the fixed portions 12, 22, such that the periphery of vessel 50 is retained between the first composite board 10, the second composite board 20 and pressing component 60. The vessel, which could accommodate water, is fabricated into a water tank for the children or pets. The vessel 50 could be fabricated flexibly according to the fence comprising the first composite board 10 and the second composite board 20.

FIG. 9 shows another preferred embodiment of the connector 40. The connection face 41 of the connector 40 could be extended to form a polygon structure, e.g. a rectangular body in the figure, making it possible to extend and compart the space in different directions.

FIG. 10 shows another preferred embodiment of the connector 40. The connection face 41 of the connector 40 could be extended to form a hexagon structure, making it possible to extend and compart the space in different angles. Furthermore, the connector 40 could be expanded to form some other polygons excluding rectangle or hexagon.

Claims

1. A flexible composite structure, comprising:

a first composite board folded internally from both sides, forming two opposite coupling joints; and
a second composite board, being half of a height of said first composite board and being folded internally from an upper side thereof, forming a coupling joint,
wherein the coupling joints of said first composite board and said second composite board, the first and second composite boards being fabricated into various fence structures with different sizes.

2. The composite structure defined in claim 1, further comprising:

a base plate, fitted to a fence structure formed by the first composite board and the second composite board.

3. The composite structure defined in claim 1, further comprising:

a vessel, fitted to a fence structure formed by the first composite board and the second composite board.

4. The composite structure defined in claim 3, wherein said fence structure has a fixed portion thereof to protrude from a top flange for fixing a through-hole preset around said vessel.

5. A flexible composite structure, comprising:

a first composite board folded internally from both sides, forming two opposite coupling joints;
a second composite board, being half a height of said first composite board and being folded internally from an upper side thereof, forming a coupling joint; and
a connector protrudes from both sides of a connection face, each connection face being folded internally from both sides, forming two opposite coupling joints,
wherein the coupling joints and a connection face of said connector are linked to said first composite board or said second composite board, said first composite board and said second composite board being fabricated into various fence structures in different sizes.

6. The composite structure defined in claim 5, further comprising:

a base plate, fitted to a said fence structure formed by the first composite board, the second composite board, and connector.

7. The composite structure defined in claim 5, further comprising:

a vessel, fitted to said fence structure formed by the first composite board, the second composite board and connector.

8. The composite structure defined in claim 7, wherein said fence structure has a fixed portion to extrude from a top flange for fixation of a through-hole preset around said vessel.

9. The composite structure defined in claim 5, wherein said connection face of said connector extends to form polygons.
