Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to toolboxes, and particularly to a handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox, which can enhance the structure and strength of the handle and presents various appearances to the handle.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the prior art toolbox, the toolbox has a handle at an upper side of the toolbox. The handle is made of plastics. A plurality of protecting sheets are installed on the proper positions of the handle. The hardness of the protecting sheets are greater than that of the handle so as to enhance the structural strength of the handle.

In the prior art, the protecting sheets only protect a part of the handle, but they can not protect the whole structure of the handle from collision so that as the handle of the toolbox is collided dramatically, it is possible that the toolbox can not be used.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox, which can enhance the structure and strength of the handle and presents various appearances to the handle.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox comprising: a handle; and an enclosing set enclosing the handle; the enclosing set having a left enclosing sheet and a right enclosing sheet; each of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet having an embedding portion for engaging with the handle so as to enhance the structure of the handle. Shapes, sizes and structures of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet are identical. Outer sides of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet have various colors. The enclosing set is made of plastics or steel. Each of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet has a plurality of screw holes.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an assembled view of the handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a partial cross sectional view of the handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox of the present invention.

FIG. 4 shows the second embodiment of the handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox of the present invention.

FIG. 5 shows the third embodiment of the handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A handle 11 is at an upper side of a toolbox body 1. The handle 11 has a hollow portion 111. A plurality of screw holes 112 are formed at two sides and a lower side of the handle 11.

An enclosing set 12 has two enclosing sheets, which are a left enclosing sheet 121 and a right enclosing sheet 122. Each of the left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122 has an embedding portion 1211, 1221. The embedding portion 1211 and embedding portion 1221 can be embedded into the hollow portion 111 of the handle 11. The left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122 completely encloses the handle 11. The sizes, shapes, and structures of the left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122 are identical. Thus, in assembly, it is unnecessary to classify the left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122. The left enclosing sheet 121 has a plurality of screw hole 1212. The right enclosing sheet 122 has a plurality of screw holes 1222. The screw holes 1212, 1222 of the left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122 are corresponding to the screw holes 11 of the handle 11. The left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122 are locked to the handle 11 by using the screw unit 13.

The left enclosing sheet 121 and right enclosing sheet 122 may have different colors and patterns and made of different materials, such as plastics or rigid materials. Thus, the enclosing set 12 can be selected by users.

The enclosing set 12 can completely encloses the handle 11 so that the handle 11 can be protected by the enclosing set 12 completely. Thus the handle 11 will not be destroyed by external forces, and the structure of the handle 11 is strengthened. Moreover, the lifetime of the toolbox body 1 is prolonged. Furthermore in the present invention, the appearance of the enclosing set 12 may have different colors and patterns and may be made of different materials. The user can select the desired combinations.

Thus, the handle 11 is protected by the enclosing set 12 and will not be destroyed by external force. The lifetime of the toolbox body 1 is prolonged.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the second and third embodiments of the present invention are illustrated. In these drawings, the enclosing sets 12 have different patterns so as to present different outlooks.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
