The objectives and other advantages of the invention may be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a vinyl pack for vacuum packing, the vinyl pack includes: a body including a zipper and an air discharge hole; an air discharge valve installed on the body so as to selectively open and close the air discharge hole; and a container disposed inside the body and coupled with the air discharge valve, the container including a pack containing an antimicrobial agent or a microbicide.
In some embodiments, the air discharge valve includes a bracket supported by the body and including a hole corresponding to the air discharge hole of the body; and a valve member connected to the bracket so as to selectively open and close the hole of the bracket.
In other embodiments, the bracket includes: an outer bracket making tight contact with an outer surface of the body; and an inner bracket making tight contact with an inner surface of the body, wherein the outer bracket is detachably coupled to the inner bracket.
In still other embodiments, the outer and inner brackets are coupled with each other using a hook structure.
In even other embodiments, the vinyl pack further includes a control stick for controlling opening and closing operations of the valve member.
In yet other embodiments, the container includes: a base including an air vent; and a cover coupled to an upper portion of the base and including an air vent.
In further embodiments, one end of the cover is rotatably coupled to one end of the base, and the other end of the cover is coupled to the other end of the base using a hook structure.
In still further embodiments, the container is detachably coupled with the air discharge valve.
In even further embodiments, the container is coupled with the air discharge valve using a hook structure or slide structure.
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description of the present invention are exemplary and explanatory and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed.
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate embodiment(s) of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principle of the invention. In the drawings:
Reference will be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Referring to
The body 20 can receive clothes or bedclothes.
One end of the body 20 is opened, and a zipper 22 is formed on the open end of the body 20 so as to selectively close the open end.
An air discharge hole 24 is formed in one side of the body 20 to a predetermined size. Air can be discharged from the body 20 to the outside through the air discharge hole 24 so as to create a vacuum inside the body 20.
The air discharge valve 30 is used to selectively open and close the air discharge hole 24 formed in the body 20.
The air discharge valve 30 includes a bracket 32 and a valve member 34. The bracket 32 is supported by the body 20 and includes a hole 31 corresponding to the air discharge hole 24. The valve member 34 is coupled to the bracket 32 so as to selectively open and close the hole 31.
The bracket 32 includes an outer bracket 32a making tight contact with an outer surface of the body 20 and an inner bracket 32b making tight contact with an inner surface of the body 20. The inner bracket 32b is detachably coupled with the outer bracket 32a. The hole 31 is formed through the outer and inner bodies 32a and 32b.
The outer and inner bracker 32a and 32b are coupled with each other using a hook structure. In detail, a groove 33a is formed in the outer bracket 32a, and a hook 33b corresponding to the groove 33a is formed on the inner bracket 32b.
Alternatively, a groove can be formed in the inner bracket 32b, and a hook corresponding to the groove can be formed on the outer bracket 32a.
Various structures and methods can be used to couple the outer and inner bracket 32a and 32b as long as the outer and inner bracket 32a and 32b can be easily and stably coupled with each other.
The valve member 34 is controlled using a control stick 36 connected to the bracket 32.
The container 40 includes a pack 50 containing an antimicrobial agent, a microbicide agent, a wet absorbing agent, an aromatic agent, etc. Therefore, clothes or bedclothes can be kept in the body 20 in optical condition owing to the pack 50.
As explained above, the vinyl pack for vacuum packing of the present invention is designed such that when clothes or bedclothes are kept in the plastic pack for a long time, the clothes or bedclothes can be efficiently protected from must caused by humidity and bacteria.
Referring to
The container 40 includes a base 42 and a cover 44 coupled to an upper portion of the base 42.
The base 42 and the cover 44 include air vents 46 so as to allow the agents contained in the pack 50 to be uniformly distributed inside the body 20.
The shape, location, and number of the air vents 46 can vary.
One end of the cover 44 is rotatably coupled to one end of the base 42, and the other end of the cover 44 can be coupled to the other end of the base 42 using a hook structure. Therefore, the container 40 can be easily opened and closed.
When assembled, the container 40 is detachably coupled with the air discharge valve 30. For this, referring to
Referring to
The slide coupler 60 includes air vents 66.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
